Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. The lack of competency possessed by BMT employees in Pekanbaru City both related to the competence of sharia science and from business development competencies, lack of employee ability to manage or organize Islamic financial service cooperatives and the low level of job satisfaction possessed by BMT employees . This research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model with PLS program. The population in this study were all BMT employees in the city of Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study were 79 respondents. The results of this study indicate there is a direct influence between competencies on Job Satisfaction of BMT employees in Pekanbaru, there is a direct effect between satisfaction on the performance of BMT employees in Pekanbaru, there is no indirect effect between competencies on performance through job satisfaction of BMT employees in Pekanbaru. Through the results of this study it is expected that all BMTs in Pekanbaru to pay attention and be more focused on aspects of employee job satisfaction because the level of employee job satisfaction is very significant influence on the performance of BMT employees in Pekanbaru. Efforts to improve the quality of a hospital should consider how job satisfaction of medical personnel, which will later have an impact on medical personnel performance. There are various ways that will be taken to improve performance, for example by providing appropriate compensation and improving quality of work environment conditions. Then job satisfaction is expected to increase and have a good impact on medical personnel performance at a hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction with employee performance at Prambanan Regional Hospital. This study used four variables namely compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and performance. The population in this study was employees who worked at Prambanan Regional Hospital, amounting to 300 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a research sample of 150 people. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The result shows that there is a positive an significant effect between the compensation on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the compensation on the employee performance; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee performance; there is no effect of the job satisfaction on the employee performance;  satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on the employee job satisfaction at Prambanan Regional Hospital.

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the influence of compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh kompensasi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan PT. Temara Mas Sakti. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Performance in carrying out its functions is related to employee job satisfaction and is influenced by skills, abilities and individual traits. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, competence, locus of control, on job satisfaction and employee performance in the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar. The sample was determined by 90 people with saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) model. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, locus of control has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a significant effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on performance, locus of control has a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar.

This research was carried out to determine the effect of work environment, motivastion and compensation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, This study used porposive sampling technique where the selected sample was 50 respondents who were employees of  PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, a financial services provider company, the date were analyzed throught Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), method and SMARTPLS 3 dfe to the small number of targeted respondent from result of the study, it was found that the environment, motivation, and compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, beside job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance moreover the intervening varable namely job satisfaction could partially moderate exogenous variable Keyword: work environment, work motivation, compensation, performance, job satisfaction

This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..

Research was conducted to explore job satisfaction of employee in PT. Holcim Indonesia,Tbk.Thisstudycoveredforpermanentemployee.Thepurposeofthispaper is to investigate whether employee promotion, upward downward communication and work environment influences the job satisfaction of PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of all employee position (manager and non-manager) in all plant of Indonesia with a random sample of 225 employees, and the method of analysis used is the frequency distribution and path analysis. The Data was collected through a self-administered survey questionnaire. The questionnaire is adopted from a previous validated survey. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS. The results showed that among seven hypotheses tested, all variables have the positive influence, however, there are two latent variables which have direct significant associations, while the others have not. A variable which have indirect significant associations, while the other one has not. WorkEnvironmenthavedirectpositiveandsignificantinfluenceonthejobsatisfaction, while employee promotion and upward downward communication have a direct positiveinfluencebutnotsignificant.Otherwise,both employee promotion and upward downward communication have an indirect positive influence on the job satisfaction with intervening variable (work environment). The study provides ways to increase the job satisfaction of all employees so that they will be able to produce reliable company performances.

The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; (3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by self-efficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to see whether recruitment, training, work experience affects job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis and data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The sample of this study was 115 employees. The results show that recruitment, training, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a full mediating effect (full mediation) between training and employee performance. This company can increase the variables that need to be used in the future.

<p><em>The decline in employee performance at UP PTSP Makasar District is characterized by a decreased level of service time efficiency in the area of KRK and IMB licensing. In addition, the cause of the decline in employee performance is due to the behavior of employees who like to postpone work and come late to work intentionally, and also employees lack the determination of high morale at work. The achievement of the duties of UP PTSP employees in Makasar Sub-District was not in accordance with the determined time standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of UP PTSP Makasar District employees and to know the factors that had to be prioritized to become better. The data used for research is questionnaire data which is processed by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study analyzes the factors of work environment and workload using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS applications. Based on SEM output regression weights value states that there is no significant effect between work environment on employee performance. While there is a significant effect between workload on employee performance. The main priority in improving employee performance through the work environment is cleanliness in the workplace. The main priority in improving employee performance through better workloads is with work conditions at the workplace.</em></p>
