The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of fixed assets and the impact of these variables on stock prices. The population used are companies that are included in the LQ45 index contained in the IDX with a period of 3 years (2018-2020). The number of samples used were 15 companies and used a purposive sampling method using the SSPS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program testing program. The results of this study are fixed assets in the company have a positive effect on shares.

Tourism is one of the essential components to drive economic growth around the world in recent times, one of the tourism activities is visiting tourism destinations. This research activity is expected to provide the correct strategic input for Transjakarta companies during the pandemic. The variables used are Service Quality (X1) and Image (X2). Determining the location and channel used to provide services to customers involves thinking about how to deliver or deliver services to customers and where this will be done. Problem Solving Orientation states and Dependent Satisfaction (Y1) where service, product, and image benchmarks are maintained during the pandemic despite following health protocols.

The purpose of implementing the Teaching Campus program is to provide opportunities for students to develop themselves through activities and creativity outside the scope of lectures. The Teaching Campus Program has the aim that students can be directly in the field with various conditions in elementary schools throughout Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is SDS ABC North Jakarta, totaling 12 students. The object of the research is the implementation of the teaching campus at SDS ABC, North Jakarta. Data was collected by using observation and documentation techniques. From the results of observations, it can be concluded. The first program implemented was training on adaptation of online learning technology to SDS ABC North Jakarta students that went well, and Assisted School Administration and Teachers. The SDS ABC learning process method used online and offline learning methods. The learning media used are lesson plans distributed in WhatsApp groups and theme books (textbooks). The use of video conferencing applications such as Zoom or Gmeet, is only done once every two weeks or once a month. offline learning is done once a week.

This study aims to analyze legal supervision in preventing criminal practices and capital market violations. The type of research used in this study is the juridical-normative method, namely research on a legal principle contained in positive law that has been applied in Indonesia. The positive law in question is the regulation that regulates Capital Market Number 8 of 1995, the Law on the Financial Services Authority, and other Implementing Regulations. The types of legal sources used in this study are secondary legal sources and tertiary legal sources collected using the library research method. The research analysis used qualitative methods which were analyzed using a sociological approach. Qualification of forms of criminal acts Law no. 8/1995 concerning the Capital Market is regulated in Article 103 paragraph (1), Article 104, Article 106 and Article 107. As for criminal acts in the form of violations, it is regulated in Article 103 paragraph (2), Article 105 and Article 109. The forms of sanctions for violations are divided into: administrative sanctions, civil sanctions, and criminal sanctions.

Working from home (WFH) has been implemented at PT. Sakti Mandiri Gifari Makassar in order to investigate the impact of WFH on employee performance and employee performance procedures during the influenza epidemic. The descriptive quantitative methodologies were used in this study, and a sample of 113 respondents from PT. Sakti Mandiri Gifari Makassar was selected using a random sampling methodology for the study. On the basis of the findings of the descriptive statistical test analysis, the data validity test, and the regression analysis, it can be concluded that Work from Home (WFH) has a high link with employee performance (t = 4.757) and has a statistically significant effect (p = 0.000). As a result, in this analysis, we accept Ha and reject HO, which indicates that the WFH variable (X) has a statistically significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y).

Parking is an inseparable component or aspect of the need for a transportation system because every trip with a private vehicle generally always starts and ends in the parking lot. Regarding parking management in this study, namely analyzing how the Garut Regency Transportation Service carries out parking management in Garut Regency in its implementation, the inhibiting factors that affect parking management, and how the efforts are made to overcome the parking management problem in the Regency arrowroot. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method that describes parking management with data collection techniques that include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study in parking management are analyzed with management functions, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring where there are still many things that need to be improved again because there are so many obstacles and problems in conducting the parking management analysis, which is caused by factors that hinder into the parking lot. Parking management is factors of awareness, communication and coordination, and resource factors carried out by employees and parking attendants involved in managing the parking lot.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religious education background, and entrepreneurial spirit on the business performance of Muslim female entrepreneurs in Bandung. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The data in the study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Methods of collecting data using interview methods and literature study. The research respondents were 45 business students from various universities in the city of Bandung. Research respondents used the purposive sampling method. Students who have a religious education background in Islamic boarding schools get the highest score in relation to improving business performance, This is because in Islamic boarding schools respondents are taught the character of an entrepreneur who is independent, honest, disciplined, hardworking, not easy to give up and innovative. Students who have the spirit of worship in running their business get the highest score in relation to business performance.

When the globe was engulfed by the COVID-19 pandemic, substantial adjustments were undertaken in the educational system. Face-to-face learning is prohibited by the government in order to prevent the spread of this illness. Since the epidemic, distance learning has emerged as a new learning technique for students. At SMPIT in Bekasi Regency, this project attempts to assess the efficacy of adopting Open source-based E-Learning in distant learning. Pre-test-post-test control group design is a quasi-experimental design used in this study to create the genuine experimental technique by treating the research subject in question with a particular treatment. As a result, the experimental group's post-test average value and normalized gain were higher than the control group. The experimental group's average value was 85.97 while the control group's average value was 80.19. The experimental group's normalized gain value was 0.52 while the control group was only 0.30.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province in carrying out orderly administration of death certificates. This study uses an exploratory approach with qualitative methods. Informants are selected based on internal and external information who really understand the problems that occur in the field. Qualitative data analysis was written descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the orderly administration of death certificates in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province in terms of productivity, service quality, responsiveness and responsibility is still not running optimally. The actions suggested by the author to improve the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office in the orderly administration of death certificates are adjusting population and civil registration regulations, preparing programs that focus more on death certificates, making field monitoring teams as supervisors, making services through websites or applications on the one hand which facilitates and also improves the quality of information services.

This research aimed to analyze and evaluate the organizational effectiveness of Community and Village Empowerment office in West Sumba District, NTT Province. It involved 43 informants (17 from the PMD office, 2 from the inspectorate, 2 from Bappeda, 3 from the organization, 4 from the sub-district, 13 from the village, 1 from the District PKK, and 1 from the P3MD Professional Companion Staff). Data were collected using qualitative methods (qualitative interviews and qualitative document collection), with a case study research strategy. The collected data were analyzed using an interactive model. The implementation of the duties and functions of the PMD Office of West Sumba District, NTT Province has not been effective, of the 5 effectiveness criteria analyzed and evaluated, it was found that 4 criteria (production, satisfaction, adaptability and development) were still low, and 1 other criteria, namely efficiency was quite high, but did not have a positive correlation with the achievement of its performance.
