The purpose of this study is to see whether recruitment, training, work experience affects job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis and data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The sample of this study was 115 employees. The results show that recruitment, training, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a full mediating effect (full mediation) between training and employee performance. This company can increase the variables that need to be used in the future.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the effect of Compensation(X) on Employee Retention (Y) with Job Satisfaction (M) as an mediation variable. Data was collected through distribution questionnaires via google form to 50 employees of PT Prima Utama Teknik Jakarta. Data processing techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that compensation  has a positive and significant effect on employee retention , compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction,and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. This study prove compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi (X) terhadap Retensi Karyawan (Y) dengan Kepuasan Kerja (M) sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner via google form kepada 50 karyawan PT Prima Utama Teknik di Jakarta. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan dari SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini membuktikan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap retensi karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and examines the mediating effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables. The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. Job satisfaction variable, on the other hand, becomes a very good intermediary (full mediation) between exogenous and endogenous variables

This study tested the effect of person–organization fit (P-O fit) in mediating the link between job satisfaction and hospital performance with income as a moderator. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 301 physicians from two public hospitals in Zhejiang province of China. Respondents were asked to rate their job satisfaction, value congruence (P-O fit) with the hospital, and the hospital’s performance. The mediating effect of P-O fit on the link between job satisfaction and hospital performance was tested through partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Income was introduced to the model as a moderator on the “P-O fit → hospital performance” and “job satisfaction → hospital performance” path, respectively. Higher job satisfaction and P-O fit were associated with higher ratings on hospital performance (p < 0.01). P-O fit had a partial mediating effect on the association between job satisfaction and hospital performance, accounting for 73% of the total effect. The effects of P-O fit and job satisfaction on hospital performance were stronger in the respondents with higher income. Overall, high job satisfaction is associated with high ratings on hospital performance, which is partially mediated through P-O fit. Value congruence is particularly important when financial tools are used to incentivize hospital physicians.

Changes in organizational climate and employee mutation as a consequence of changes in organizational structure are the interesting things for an object of research. This research is directed to explaine the influence of organizational climate and mutation through job satisfaction on employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to employees and interviews. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling.  The analysis shows that: The influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction is categorized as weak but significant. The influence of mutation on job satisfaction is categorized as weak and insignificant. The influence of organizational climate on employee performance is categorized weak and significant. The effect of mutations on employee performance is categorized weak and it is not significant. The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is categorized weak but significant. The influence of organizational climate and mutation on job satisfaction is categorized moderate and significant. The influence of organizational climate, mutation and job satisfaction on employee performance categorized as moderate and significant. The efforts that can be made to improve employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency are by giving fair rewards to employee performance, carrying out mutations in a planned and periodic manner, and improving communication between work units so as to create synergies to achieve performance targets.

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of workload, teamwork and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Bappeda Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this is all employees of the Bappeda Payakumbuh Municipality. The sampling method used the census method, where all members of the population were used as research samples. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires that were submitted directly to all employees of the Payakumbuh Municipality Planning Agency as many as 38 questionnaires and all respondents returned the questionnaires. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction and a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Then other results show that teamwork has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bappeda Payakumbuh employees. Keywords: workload, teamwork and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh beban kerja, teamwork dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai di Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam ini adalah seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disampaikan secara langsung kepada seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh sebanyak 38 kuesioner dan seluruh responden mengembalikan kuesioner tersebut. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian hasil lain menunjukkan teamwork berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan  kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kota PayakumbuhKata kunci : Beban kerja, teamwork dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai
