The undertaking was finished so one can pick out the effectiveness of the worker pride level closer to the recruitment and schooling manner going on inside the corporation. The powerful become measured utterly based totally at the opinion of the employees and workers in all level, it's also analyzed with various statistically announcement and studied approximately the sources. The examine turned into finished because the management wanted to find out the various factors that affected the advantages of the schooling for the personnel. corporation is imparting education programs and seminars, and numerous different improvement applications also. on the subject of those info a established questionnaire changed into prepared. Which became used to get response from a pattern of 250 personnel? on this have a look at Descriptive research design turned into used and comfort Sampling approach was used as the sampling process, and records obtained were statistically analyzed the usage of Chi-rectangular test and Kolmogrov Smirnov D take a look at and Kendall's Concordance check. The evaluation and interpretations enables to identification the findings and suggestion of the workers. Recruitment bureaucracy the primary level within the process which keeps with choice and ceases with the location of the candidate. it is the next step within the procurement feature the primary being the manpower planning. Recruiting makes it viable to gather the range and kinds of humans essential to make certain the ongoing operation of the corporation. Abstract After the 2003 SARS epidemic, China started constructing a primary-level emergency response system and focused on strengthening and implementation of policies, resource allocation. After 17 years of restructuring, China's primary-level response capabilities towards public health emergencies have greatly improved. During the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic, primary-level administrative and medical personnel, social organisations, volunteers, etc. have played a significant role in providing professional services utilising the primary-level emergency response system of 17 years. However, China's organisations did not learn their lesson from the SARS epidemic, and certain problems are exposed in the system. By analysing the experience and shortcomings of China's disease prevention and control system at the primary level, we can focus on the development of disease control systems for major epidemics in the future.

The subject of this article is on-board information control systems that ensure the movement of heavy vehicles in a convoy with the driver only in the first car, as well as cruise control systems, including adaptive and intelligent ones. The purpose of the article is the formation of the specified on-board system of a heavy truck, which includes both a set of algorithms and key functions that implement movement in a column, and a list of used categories of sensors. All considered functions are arranged hierarchically at three levels: strategic, tactical and operational. The study collected both theoretical and practical information provided by automakers, revealing the essential content of onboard information systems and cruise control. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the model of intellectual cruise control has been improved, providing movement of heavy vehicles in a convoy, if there is a driver only in the first car. The proposed model includes the hierarchical architecture of the on-board information management system, key algorithms and sensors for its implementation.

Modern industry and commerce are dependent on accurate measurement, and there is a need throughout all industry for improvement in measurement skills. The science and technology of measurement is a multi-disciplinary subject, while measurement and control are interdependent. Sufficient and proper teaching and training in the subject, particularly in further and higher education, is unlikely to occur unless the subject becomes established as a systemised discipline in its own right. A set of unifying, underlying, general principles and concepts organised in a logical framework is required, although it is desirable to avoid both the temptation to overtheorise and to produce mere catalogues of devices. Of considerable importance is a suitable means of presenting theoretical and practical knowledge about primary sensing elements and measuring transducers. The paper will consider recent developments that are helping to establish the discipline of measurements.

The product fails to be a product that cannot be categorized as a final product and is economically or technically irreversible so that it should be discarded or sold below the sale price of the final product, due to the factors affecting the failure Products are the maintenance and quality control factors to minimize product failure rates. Through this research the author intends to further analyze the maintenance and control of quality that affect the failure of failed products in PT. Granesia. The effectiveness of resources is crucial to face the various challenges of the company both internally and externally to maintain the quality of the product. Through increased ability employees are expected to obtain a competent workforce that will reduce the failure rate of products produced by the company. Therefore, the descriptive and Vericular methods become the author's choice with the subject of production division employees. The instrument is used through the validity and reliability test first. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire distributed with 70 questionnaires. The statistical method uses the analysis path. The results of the descriptive research on the production division of PT. Granesia showed that maintenance is already good, the quality control assessed is good and the product level fail to be assessed low. The results of the verificative studies indicate that there is an influence on the maintenance and quality control of the production division of PT. Granesia. Based on the results The study showed that PT. Granesia maintenance significantly affects the product's level of failure. Quality control has significant effect on the failing product level. Quality maintenance and control are simultaneously influential.

Abstract The article describes proposal to create a vast, heterogeneous, distributed simulation network dedicated to the needs for the Polish Armed Forces, the Research & Development Institutes and companies carrying out research and development projects for defense and security. The authors described possibility to utilize proposed network to implement computer-aided exercise at all levels of command: from tactical to strategic level. In addition, it is described the possibility of using the network for research development projects for the defense and security, through the implementation of tests to verify the integration of new solutions with existing systems and experimenting with innovative products.

This study aimed to identify the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices related to biosafety measures, prevention and control by dental surgeons (DCs) during the pandemic. An online questionnaire consisting of 42 questions was disseminated to the DCs operating in Brazil through social networks and also to the 27 Regional Councils of Dentistry in the country via e-mail. The collection period was from June 26 to July 2, 2020. A total of 751 DCs answered the questionnaire, of these, 54.9% undertook training in preventing and controlling the spread of the virus and the scientific article was the main means of information (44.5%). Regarding biosafety in dental care, 95.9% reported having knowledge of ANVISA's rules on the subject, however, regarding attitudes and practices, there was a failure to comply with the recommendations. Link between professional performance and training or not, were factors associated with greater knowledge and correct biosafety attitudes and practices. Although the Brazilian DCs have good levels of knowledge about biosafety measures for the prevention of COVID-19, they still fail to comply with basic attitudes and recommended practices.
