The Internet of Things (IoT) describes the network of physical objects or 'things' that are embedded with sensors, software and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the internet. Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has revolutionized health care sector drastically since last decade. Recent advances in digital world have helped to achieve prevention and management of chronic diseases by the IoMT technology based devices in medical eld. Advanced science, cloud technology, and new generations of smart-phones with integrated apps have helped patients to track their diseases continuously on daily basis. Dentistry has also transformed completely due to establishment of computer-based advanced technologies, new preventive disease measures, and improved diagnostic techniques in last few years. Internet of Dental Things (IoDT) is an innovative approach to achieve prevention and management of dental caries, periodontal diseases, oral cancers, and other dental diseases. IoDT could play vital role in collection and monitoring of patients' data for oral health care; moreover this data could be used in eventual risk assessment and further research. This paper reviews IoT and its possible application in dentistry; additionally it also introduces IoDT technology dependent oral heath-care model and architecture applied to dentistry. In addition, it also reviews data collection devices used with reference to IoDT technology. Thus the overview compiles recent studies on arising digital progressions in dentistry and recommends IoDT as the futuristic advent in the advanced clinical dentistry.

The term “cloud of things” is currently in the forefront of computer research topics due to its vital role towards the internet of things. To integrate cloud computing and internet of things into a single technology or worldview, this chapter discussed the evolution of internet of things and cloud computing and reviewed literature on cloud computing and internet of things and their possible integration. The chapter also discussed the importance of cloud internet of things, its architecture, and operation; the need to integrate internet of things and cloud computing; and challenges of cloud internet of things. The chapter then used the identified open issues and future direction to propose a generic cloud internet of things architecture and pilot simulated the results to verify the possibility and effectiveness of cloud computing and internet of things (CIoTs) integration. The researchers believe that the chapter will provide a better insight for anyone who wishes to carry out research in the field of cloud internet of things.

Wellbeing is fundament requirement. What's more, it is human appropriate to get quality health care. These days, India is confronting numerous medical problems in light of fewer assets. This survey article displays the idea of solving health issues by utilizing a recent innovation, the Internet of Things (IOT). The Internet of Things with their developing interdisciplinary applications has changed our lives. Smart health care being one such IoT application interfaces brilliant gadgets, machines, patients, specialists, and sensors to the web. At long last, the difficulties and prospects of the improvement of IoT-based medicinal service frameworks are talked about in detail. This review additionally summarizes the security and protection worries of IoT, administrations and application of IoT and smart healthcare services that have changed the customary medicinal services framework by making healthcare administration more proficient through their applications.

UNSTRUCTURED The Internet of Things (IoT) is a system of wireless, interrelated, and connected digital devices that can collect, send, and store data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The IoT promises many benefits to streamlining and enhancing health care delivery to proactively predict health issues and diagnose, treat, and monitor patients both in and out of the hospital. Worldwide, government leaders and decision makers are implementing policies to deliver health care services using technology and more so in response to the novel COVID-19 pandemic. It is now becoming increasingly important to understand how established and emerging IoT technologies can support health systems to deliver safe and effective care. The aim of this viewpoint paper is to provide an overview of the current IoT technology in health care, outline how IoT devices are improving health service delivery, and outline how IoT technology can affect and disrupt global health care in the next decade. The potential of IoT-based health care is expanded upon to theorize how IoT can improve the accessibility of preventative public health services and transition our current secondary and tertiary health care to be a more proactive, continuous, and coordinated system. Finally, this paper will deal with the potential issues that IoT-based health care generates, barriers to market adoption from health care professionals and patients alike, confidence and acceptability, privacy and security, interoperability, standardization and remuneration, data storage, and control and ownership. Corresponding enablers of IoT in current health care will rely on policy support, cybersecurity-focused guidelines, careful strategic planning, and transparent policies within health care organizations. IoT-based health care has great potential to improve the efficiency of the health system and improve population health.

In the current digital world, the Internet is changing our lives in terms of the way we work, learn, and interact. Cloud Computing has a platform for sharing resources that include infrastructures, software, applications; the cloud is the best way to integrate all departments using e-Governance and business. Many Governments facing critical challenges to maintain pending, unattended documents, reported to the authority, document proof of the statement, law, and order unable to solve over the year. Cloud-based e-governance plays a vital role in solve these issues helping to e-governance services. Citizens easily access government services and provide transparent activities with the help of cloud e-governance applications. This paper discusses cloud computing and cloud-based e-governance in India and to adopt cloud computing in e-Governance applications, challenges and also extended to the usage of cloud-based e-governance.
