The activities of specialists in the social sphere are aimed at creating conditions for the successful development of society as a whole and the welfare and prosperity of each of its members. At the same time, the quality of training of such specialists does not always correlate with the expected results. The reason for this discrepancy lies in the absence of a clearly expressed methodological strategy for training specialists in the social sphere. This article is devoted to the substantiation of the spheral approach to the training of specialists in the social sphere, which serves as a kind of methodological guideline, since the social sphere itself is a kind of springboard that launches this process. The study confirmed the assumption of the spheral approach as a global strategy, following which it is possible to predict with a certain accuracy the results aimed at transforming both the social sphere itself and the social institutions that make up it.

Sari Ne Lemon in East Denpasar is an UKM that is active in lemon cultivation. The lemon plantation owned by Sari Ne Lemon is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Although the lemon plantation is currently still in the village of Petang, the production and sales center is located in East Denpasar. Initially the results of the cultivation of lemon plantations were only in the form of lemons that had not undergone further processing. Currently, Sari Ne Lemon has developed lemon juice into packaged lemon juice. In its effort to develop lemon juice products, Sari Ne Lemon encountered difficulties in terms of packaging and marketing. The packaging owned by Sari Ne Lemon is still very simple, namely lemon juice is packaged and sold in plastic bottles. Therefore, the resulting product has not been able to compete in the industrial market. This service activity aims to find and implement solutions to the problems experienced by partners. Packaging that is only in the form of plastic bottles without labels will be changed into 2 types of packaging, namely labeled plastic bottle packaging and labeled plastic press glass packaging. With the activities of making branding and training on packaging of processed lemon juice products, it will produce products that have higher competitiveness and selling value. UKM Sari Ne Lemon has been helped by the successful development of their new product packaging through packaging design and implementation in 14 oz glass cups and small plastic bottles.

This article is devoted to the topical problems of studying Russian anthroponyms at the initial stage of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The authors highlight and describe the main difficulties that foreigners face when using Russian first and last names in speech – the choice of the combination of components of the Russian personal name necessary in a specific communicative situation; the presence of a wide range of hypocoristic and qualitative personal names, the difficulty of correlating them with the full form of the name; the coincidence of some male and female hypocoristic personal names, making it difficult to distinguish them in a small context. A comparative analysis of elementary level textbooks on Russian as a foreign language from the point of view of the representation in them of Russian personal names prescribed by the lexical minimum of the corresponding level for mastering by students. It is established that the necessary lexical material in the analysed manuals is not fully presented, lack of systematic presentation of information about the formation and use of anthroponyms is mentioned. The authors of the article have formed and presented a system of language and speech tasks that make up for these shortcomings and contribute to the successful development of Russian personal names by foreign students at an elementary level of language proficiency.

Background Academic literature highlights blockchain’s potential to transform health care, particularly by seamlessly and securely integrating existing data silos while enabling patients to exercise automated, fine-grained control over access to their electronic health records. However, no serious scholarly attempt has been made to assess how these technologies have in fact been applied to real-world health care contexts. Objective The primary aim of this paper is to assess whether blockchain’s theoretical potential to deliver transformative benefits to health care is likely to become a reality by undertaking a critical investigation of the health care sector’s actual experience of blockchain technologies to date. Methods This mixed methods study entailed a series of iterative, in-depth, theoretically oriented, desk-based investigations and 2 focus group investigations. It builds on the findings of a companion research study documenting real-world engagement with blockchain technologies in health care. Data were sourced from academic and gray literature from multiple disciplinary perspectives concerned with the configuration, design, and functionality of blockchain technologies. The analysis proceeded in 3 stages. First, it undertook a qualitative investigation of observed patterns of blockchain for health care engagement to identify the application domains, data-sharing problems, and the challenges encountered to date. Second, it critically compared these experiences with claims about blockchain’s potential benefits in health care. Third, it developed a theoretical account of challenges that arise in implementing blockchain in health care contexts, thus providing a firmer foundation for appraising its future prospects in health care. Results Health care organizations have actively experimented with blockchain technologies since 2016 and have demonstrated proof of concept for several applications (use cases) primarily concerned with administrative data and to facilitate medical research by enabling algorithmic models to be trained on multiple disparately located sets of patient data in a secure, privacy-preserving manner. However, blockchain technology is yet to be implemented at scale in health care, remaining largely in its infancy. These early experiences have demonstrated blockchain’s potential to generate meaningful value to health care by facilitating data sharing between organizations in circumstances where computational trust can overcome a lack of social trust that might otherwise prevent valuable cooperation. Although there are genuine prospects of using blockchain to bring about positive transformations in health care, the successful development of blockchain for health care applications faces a number of very significant, multidimensional, and highly complex challenges. Early experience suggests that blockchain is unlikely to rapidly and radically revolutionize health care. Conclusions The successful development of blockchain for health care applications faces numerous significant, multidimensional, and complex challenges that will not be easily overcome, suggesting that blockchain technologies are unlikely to revolutionize health care in the near future.

Extremist crimes in modern society pose a serious threat to its further successful development. It is at this point of our development when the danger of this type of crimes is extremely high due to a wide range of factors on an objective basis. However, along with the demand for the study of extremism as a phenomenon from the perspective of philosophy, sociology, religious studies, etc., the dogmatic approach is equally important. Improvement of legislation in the indicated direction acts as a prerequisite for increasing the effectiveness of the fight against extremist manifestations of the radically minded part of society. In this regard, it is essential to define the categories «involvement» and «organization» as crucial in the elements of the crimes, which provide for criminal liability for the crimes of this group. The lack of clarity of both terms directly in the text of the criminal law entailed uncertainty in the emerging judicial and investigative practice, which increasingly begins to assume the regional. One of the ways to overcome this tendency might be the analysis of specific decisions made by the law enforcement officer and the development of concrete recommendations on this basis.

The paper deals with the problems of genetic research regulation stemming from the peculiarities of this area of knowledge where research is practically inseparable from patient treatment, and cognitive practices are connected with the development and implementation of new devices, methodologies, and technologies to a much greater extent than in other areas of human activity. The issues of genetic research regulation are analyzed in the context of the concept suggested by Helga Nowotny and Giuseppe Testa distinguishing three human technologies of standardization through which control over the development of knowledge about genes is exercised. These three technologies are law, governance and bioethics, and the efficiency of their interaction is declared a necessary and sufficient condition for the successful development of molecular genetic sciences. The paper examines all the three technologies one by one, identifies the specifics and difficulties of their implementation in present-day Russian science, and assesses the genetic research prospects assuming the implementation of the aforementioned technologies. Particular attention is paid to institutionalization of ethics committees as an element of the genetic research regulation system. Substantiation is provided for the thesis that ethical committees should act as an institution combining rulemaking, management, and expert functions rather than as a structure capable of performing advisory and recommendatory functions only. The ability of the Russian society and state to withstand the grand challenges of our time is associated with the success in solving this problem.
