The article highlights a systematic approach to the formation of a strategic stability management system for a transport enterprise. The transport enterprise is considered as an open socio-ecological-economic sys-tem. In this aspect, the essence and life cycle of the strategic sustainability management system of the enter-prise are considered. The main administration is considered as the technological basis of the strategic stability management system of the enterprise.

In the framework of the study, the authors consider conceptual approaches to improve the management system of agrarian sphere development of regions in the realities of this industry functioning in the Russian Federation. Agrarian sphere is shown in aspects of socio-economic territorial system with its subsystems. The transition mechanisms of the agrarian sphere to the rails of sustainable development due to the choice of priority development directions within the life cycle are presented. The necessity of applying an integrated approach to the solution of industrial and social problems of the agricultural sector of the country is proved and reasoned.

This paper aimed at the problem of improvement the management system of economic security of natural use objects on a regional level using the organized digital dynamic monitoring for informational provision and justifying the options of efficient management decisions of operative and strategic importance by criteria of ecological, economic and social security. Monitoring of the regional (territorial) natural objects provides constant systematic observation of the processes that take place inside of a “region-state” system and at world’s natural resources market. It needed to create the informational database for efficient management of a nature-use system. We suggest plan of making the scientific and research institute in PoltNTU for conducting investigations based on continuous informational monitoring. Efficient sustainability management requires the use of tools which allow material, technological and construction variants to be quantified, measured or compared. These tools can be used as a powerful marketing aid and as support for the transition to “circular economy”. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) procedures are also used, aside from other approaches. LCA is a method that evaluates the life cycle of a structure from the point of view of its impact on the environment. Consideration is given also to energy and raw material costs, as well as to environmental impact throughout the life cycle - e.g. due to emissions. The paper focuses on the quantification of sustainability connected with the use of various types of concrete with regard to their resistance to degradation. Sustainability coefficients are determined using information regarding service life and "eco-costs". The aim is to propose a suitable methodology which can simplify decision-making in the design and choice of concrete mixes from a wider perspective, i.e. not only with regard to load-bearing capacity or durability.
