Introduction. Due to the impact of the global financial crisis and the growth of competition in the international market, control in the enterprise management is becoming important. It provides feedback between the control and managed subsystems of the enterprise. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the monitoring and control system in the agricultural enterprises management in an unstable economic environment. Results. It is established that the existing approaches to the agricultural enterprise management do not contribute to the effective implementation of monitoring and control. The number of problems in the process of agribusiness management were identified based on expert analysis. It is determined that the development of strategic management in the agricultural enterprises activities is hampered by the lack of use of appropriate monitoring and control tools. The guidelines of agrarian business entities are determined in accordance with the market concept of enterprise management. The coefficient analysis of capacity utilization and profitability of agricultural enterprises is carried out. The inconsistency of the existing approaches of agricultural enterprises management to the requirements of the market environment has been established. It is revealed that the imperfect organization of enterprise management contributes to the formation of an unstable information base of enterprise control. The operative orientation of control in the enterprise management of the agrarian sphere and neglect of strategic factors of success are determined. It is substantiated that the integration of economic monitoring and control tools in the management system contributes to the growth of enterprises economic efficiency. Conclusions. The formation of strategic goals of agricultural enterprises is based on the distorted implementation of the sustainable development concept. The presence of a significant number of factors is determined that inhibit the process of increasing the investment attractiveness level and economic efficiency of agricultural businesses. Keywords: monitoring, control, enterprise management, agrarian business entity, efficiency, strategic management, monitoring and control tools, information base.

Most major airports use permanent noise and operations monitoring systems to reduce the noise of flight operations in the surrounding community. This paper aims at a technical proposal for a permanent environmental noise monitoring and control system to provide solutions to reduce the noise of flying activities for communities around the airport. Airport noise monitoring is often used to evaluate noise abatement programs and to improve the aircraft's take-off / landing procedures, to minimize the impact of aircraft noise based on altitude, flight path and time of day. Noise monitoring is usually linked to the tracking radar to determine which aircraft is in particular when the noise limit is exceeded and thus provides immediate operational requirements to meet. The airport noise enviromental monitoring and control system is often structured with fixed permanent noise monitoring stations, mobile noise monitoring stations, multi-parameter wheather stations, radar tracks and flights information to automatically evaluate the noise impact due to operation of aircrafts in the surrounds of airport, near and on residential areas. The entire system is operated by a software platform proposed as a cloud configuration available on the internet. The platform provides all the modules required to manage data such as noise and flight information monitoring and control, live data, reports, noise and flight information in public disclosure, complaints management, alarms and warnings, etc.

By analyzing the current situations of the common car transport live fish, the paper designs a monitoring control system of refrigeration and oxygenation for live fish transportation, which uses dissolved oxygen sensors and temperature sensors to achieve real-time monitoring of dissolved oxygen and temperature of the water in the tank during transport, analyze and study the conditions, and take timely measures to eliminate the adverse effects. The system also has an independent diesel engine driving force which separates with the power of the truck, and the system is truly free from the impact of traffic and a variety of emergencies, which maintains the living environment for live fish. Thereby, it enhanced the survival rate of live fish, which thoroughly solved the problems in the long distance transportation for live fish transportation clients and greatly increased the economic interest and social benefits.

The article renders the special features of the design of a tracked mobile robot (MR) for moving over inclined ferromagnetic surfaces while performing specified technological operations. There is conducted a synthesis of the functional structure and selective technological parameters (such as control coordinates) of the computerized monitoring and control system (CMCS) intended for use with this MR. Application of the CMCS with the proposed functional structure allows substantially increasing the accuracy of the MR monitoring and control, which in turn provides for a considerable enhancement in the quality and economic efficiency of the operations on processing of large ferromagnetic surfaces.
