This paper consists a return-to-poverty risk indicator system including indicators such as the per capita annual income of poverty-stricken families, the implementation of policies, and the gender of the head of the household. Using a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, 50 poor households with registered cards in Guangdong Province in 2020 were taken as the research objects, and quantitative analysis of the index system was carried out. The results show that the per capita annual household income is the most influential indicator, and policy coverage, policy effectiveness, and per capita annual household expenditure also have a significant impact.

Based on the route risk analysis of regional emergency logistics and combined field investigation , a two-level indicator system of emergency logistics’s route risk, which consists of time risk indicator ,safety risk indicator , information risk indicator,flexibility of the scheme indicator. The higher-level indicator is regarded as t he class of lower-level indicator.Within the same indicator class, principal components analysis method can be used to reduce indicators .The weight of index system are decided by improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) evaluation method on the baisi of careful investigations, Then the evaluation process of regional emergency logistics ’s route risk is set up by fuzzy evaluation method,which overcoming neglection of both subjectivity and objectivity.

Equipment support exercise is the highest phase of equipment support training and an effective approach to improve equipment support capability. Assessment of equipment support exercise is the main measure to test and rate the effect and level of equipment support exercise. The main influencing factors of equipment support exercise are analyzed and the index system is established from the angle of equipment support capability. The assessment model of equipment support exercise is constructed based on the basic ideas of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method. The assessment process of equipment support exercise using the proposed method is illustrated in detail. The correctness and validity of the proposed method is verified through a calculation example. The result of the example indicates that the proposed method can give correct assessment level of equipment support exercise, which provides an effective approach for the assessment of equipment support exercise.

Based on the primary factors that influence site selection for National Strategic Reserve Depots of Refined Petroleum Products, this paper establishes a comprehensive system of evaluation indexes. In accordance with the different tiers of the index system, this paper puts forward an evaluation model based on the multi-tier fuzzy evaluation method. Then the evaluation model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible via case analysis and calculation.

An index system for evaluating the demand side management (DSM) on railway temporary power system is established in this thesis, and the part weight and the whole weight of the index system are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The basic theory of fuzzy evaluation is introduced, and the feasibility of applying it to DSM on railway temporary power system is analyzed. Through the establishment of index system, evaluation and comparison to DSM projects can be carried out horizontal and vertical. Then identify gaps and weaknesses, analyze the causes, guide the consciousness of energy conservation and environmental protection, supervised of electricity in an orderly manner, establish DSM long-term management mechanism.

The music teaching is an integral part of college student quality education. However, many colleges do not pay attention to the music teaching. In addition, different regions of the colleges have a different attitude to the music teaching. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the music education. The fuzzy evaluation method is an important part in the evaluation methods. The method can apply the fuzzy language to evaluate the target. Therefore, the evaluated results of the method are more practical. In this paper, we combine the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, AHP method with the Gray correlation method and put forward the TFAHPGC method. Then, we use the method to evaluate the music teaching in different regions of the colleges in China. The final experimental results show that the method is very effective.

The low-carbon city evaluation has great significance to promote the urban construction management and sustainable development of city. In order to establish a suitable low-carbon city evaluation method to measure the performance of low-carbon city planning and construction, based on the index system of low-carbon city evaluation in the Pressure Status Response (PSR) framework, an integrated algorithm for low-carbon city evaluation combining BP neural network with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed. Furthermore, the possible ways for optimization have been discussed. The model and algorithm have the following properties: rapid, flexible and feasible.

In this paper,it is mainly based on the characteristics of index of some equipment, analyses the correspondence between first class index and second class index, studies the calculation of weigh index. Several methods including linear weighted method, Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the fuzzy Borda method have been taken into account to improve the confirmable methods of judgment matrix in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analyses of three different eqiupment,A system,B system and C system, demonstrates that A system is the best unanimously.

Abstract Port shoreline resources are the basis of port and shipping development, and its assessment method has become one of the hot issues in port research. On the basis of constructing a reasonable index evaluation system, this paper constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix based on the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and obtains the maximum membership degree of the port shoreline resources. Compared with the traditional port shoreline Resource evaluation methods, the new one got more advantages in objective and quantitative. Finally, Combined with the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River as a case for verification, the results show that the model can accurately solve the problem of resource evaluation of port shoreline.
