The article presents the results of environmental monitoring of water and ice samples from the Ural River in the area of ​​the unorganized beach of the village of Ilek in cold and warm seasons, and analyzes the results. Priority pollutants were identified, and a ranking by pH and salinity of the water body was carried out. An integral assessment of the ecological state of the water body and a study of the water suitability index in this body were carried out. Various measures are proposed to preserve and ensure the required quality of surface waters of the Ural River in the study area.

This article provides a brief description of the Kopa Lake in the Akmola region. The results of the study of the ecological state of the water body for 2018...2020 are presented. The analysis of the hydrochemical regime of water is carried out, the index of water pollution is determined. According to the data we received, the reservoir is exceeding the MPC in some indicators.

The target analyzes the features of rationing the content of chemical pollutants, heavy metals in surface waters, and the results of basic monitoring of these groundwaters. To identify chemical pollutants, several nuclei of the studied region are examined. The paper considered the issues of the ecological state of underground water under the influence of anthropogenic (in particular, industrial production) impacts.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. In construction production, the safety of constructing buildings and structures is achieved by ensuring the required quality as a result of systematic construction control based on the implementation of a complex of technical, economic and organizational measures at all stages of the object's life cycle. The article deals with the actual problem of improving the quality of construction products-buildings and structures in conjunction with the activities of construction control bodies. The article presents the advanced foreign and domestic experience of ensuring the quality control at the construction sites, providing for the prevention of the underlying causes of defects and increasing the interest of the contractors directly. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation with quality control at the construction market, ways to improve its efficiency by developing a unified system of technological implementation of relevant requirements for the quality of construction products, determining the rational number and business load of construction control engineers, as well as the active activities of self-regulatory organizations in this area are offered.

The article focuses on examining the influence of fluctuations in annual precipitation amount on the quality of surface waters. Water quality was estimated with data on BOD, COD and phosphate–ion concentration within five selected regions of Ukraine. Analysis of the precipitation data (1991 – 2010) showed different regional trends. Using the statistics, determination of the interconnection between precipitation amount and water resources quality were done. The obtained regularities and associated uncertainties can be used for prediction of changes in water resource quality and as a guide for future adaptation to possible climate change.
