Automation of processes of synthesis, the analysis and assessment of options of technological processes of assembly of the aircraft (A) upon transition to a nonplaz way of their production on the basis of electronic models of products allows to increase considerably number the automated systems of projects of technologies of assembly processes developed in. The technique of improvement of ways of search of options of assembly with use of the offered models of a choice of structure, creation of structure and schemes by technological preparation of modular and assembly production where the problem of determination of efficiency of operations of assembly can be reduced to the general problem of calculation of adequate transfer functions by introduction to assembly model in the form of mixed the column of subsets of ratios of entrance and output variables on complexes of the varied parameters and factors is developed.

Multi-Input-Multi-Output vibration testing typically requires the determination of inputs to achieve desired response at multiple locations. First, the responses due to each input are quantified in terms of complex transfer functions in the frequency domain. In this study, two Inputs and five Responses were used leading to a 5 × 2 transfer function matrix. Inputs corresponding to the desired Responses are then computed by inversion of the rectangular matrix using Pseudo-Inverse techniques that involve least-squared solutions. It is important to understand and quantify the various sources of errors in this process toward improved implementation of Multi-Input-Multi-Output testing. In this article, tests on a cantilever beam with two actuators (input controlled smart shakers) were used as Inputs while acceleration Responses were measured at five locations including the two input locations. Variation among tests was quantified including its impact on transfer functions across the relevant frequency domain. Accuracy of linear superposition of the influence of two actuators was quantified to investigate the influence of relative phase information. Finally, the accuracy of the Multi-Input-Multi-Output inversion process was investigated while varying the number of Responses from 2 (square transfer function matrix) to 5 (full-rectangular transfer function matrix). Results were examined in the context of the resonances and anti-resonances of the system as well as the ability of the actuators to provide actuation energy across the domain. Improved understanding of the sources of uncertainty from this study can be used for more complex Multi-Input-Multi-Output experiments.

Municipal waste treatment plants are an important element of the urban area infrastructure, but also, they are a potential source of odour nuisance. Odour impact from municipal waste processing plants raises social concerns regarding the well-being of employees operating the plants and residents of nearby areas. Chemical methods involve the determination of the quantitative composition of compounds comprising odour. These methods are less costly than olfactometry, and their efficiency is not dependent on human response. The relationship between the concentration of a single odorant and its odour threshold (OT) is determined by the odour activity value (OAV) parameter. The research involved the application of a multi-gas detector, MultiRae Pro. Measurements by means of the device were conducted at three municipal waste biogas plants located in Poland. In this paper we describe the results obtained when using a detector during the technological processes, the unitary procedures conducted at the plants, and the technological regime. The determination of these relationships could be useful in the development of odour nuisance minimization procedures at treatment plants and the adjustment to them. This is of paramount importance from the viewpoint of the safety and hygiene of the employees operating the installations and the comfort of residents in the areas surrounding biogas plants. Monitoring of expressed odorant emissions allows the course of technological processes and conducted unit operations to be controlled.

In the article a common semi-Markov mathematical model is considered that allows one to investigate the productivity and reliability of various technological processes of mechanical assembly production. The proposed model allows to study, inter alia, technological processes of manufacturing parts with screw and assemblies of threaded connections. Mathematical apparatus of the research is the theory of semi-Markov processes with a common phase space, which operates with a common kind of random variables distribution functions. If the considering process in the system is a subsystem located on a higher level of hierarchy, the hierarchical model for compatibility with each other levels as output simulation parameters required distribution functions. In the proposed model, based on the decision of the Markov renewal equations depend not only on the torque characteristics, but also the distribution function of time per unit of output service according to different kinds of undervalued failures.

The use of mathematical models is of great importance for the automation of the design of technological processes. Representation of the geometric parameters of the part in the form of mathematical models allows automating the development of the structure and calculation of the parameters of the technological process, which is important for the complete digitalization of the technological preparation of production. The paper analyzes the technological preparation of production at the railcar enterprises in terms of developing technological processes and processing sets of technological documents. Factors affecting the quality of technological preparation of production for maintenance and repair of rolling stock are considered. In contrast to the previously performed works, where the assessment of the level of technological training was carried out by experts of a scientific organization, the initial data in the article were the results of a survey of specialists of technical departments of structural divisions of the car industry of the Sverdlovsk and South Ural Railways. Based on the method of expert qualimetry, the weight of factors that have the greatest impact on the quality of technological processes is estimated. As a result of the survey, a low level of automation of design processes was established, which consists mainly in the design of technological documentation. It is shown that the degree of depth of development and detail of technological processes is at the level of the route description
