The main competencies of specialists in the field of knowledge 13 Mechanical engineering appertain the ability to draw up technical documentation, which includes both the design of text documents and drawings of parts, units, assemblies. Over the last decade, there has been a significant update of the standards of both the Unified System of Design Documentation and the Unified System of Technological Documentation. Suitable, according to the principle of education, to ensure the quality of the educational process, the task of implementations modern regulations into the educational process and providing students with practical skills in the design of educational documentation, which is as approximate as possible to the technical future practice. The purpose of the work is to develop proposals for the implementations of relevant regulations in the regulatory and methodological documentation of the educational process to ensure that higher education students acquire practical skills in applying this knowledge in the design of educational documentation with the closest possible approximation to real technical documentation. From the analysis of the requirements of the acting standards that make up the system of design and technological documentation, it follows that their requirements are quite diverse and allow some flexibility of choice, depending on the needs of developers or consumers. Corresponding, according to the provisions of education, the current methodological and regulatory documentation of higher education institutions should provide information to students about the existing system of standards for technical documentation and their practical skills in applying such knowledge. Based on the standards of the Unified System of Technological Documentation and DSTU EN ISO 7200: 2005, proposals have been developed for the design of educational documentation by students of mechanical engineering specialties according to educational and professional programs. The proposals concern the determine of the institution of higher education as the owner of the document, the numbering of documents of the educational process, the designation of sections of the document, page numbering, design of the main inscription of drawings and the title page of text documents. In particular, a numbering system has been developed, which allows to mark the whole set of documents of the educational process of a particular applicant, individual documents by type, separate sections of text documents and drawings. A single form of the main inscription has been developed, which can be used both for text documents and for drawings. The proposed innovations relate mainly to the specialties of mechanical engineering for educational and professional programs. But they can be used, in whole or in part, for other specialties and fields of knowledge.

Purpose. The urbanization development in the twenty-first century is characterized by increasing the share of multifunctional infrastructure complexes among the total volume of new and renovated construction. Projects with a developed stylobate part are characterized by significant demand, as well as placing parking lots in the space of underground floors. Such solutions make it possible to effectively use the underground space while minimizing the filling of 1–5 floors. The latter requirement is typical for the construction of historic centers, where urban restrictions regulate the maximum height of the building. The research is aimed at increasing the efficiency of works provided they are combined during the arrangement of underground phase of multifunctional complexes, which are built in the historic part of cities, in a densely built-up area and extremely limited space. Methodology. The authors reviewed the world experience in the installation of multifunctional complexes and introduced best practices in organizational and technological solutions during the development of design and technological documentation for the arrangement of underground phase of the object «New construction of a multifunctional complex with parking at 25 Volodymyra Vernadskoho Street, Dnipro.» The main construction processes of the underground phase arrangement in difficult conditions of compacted construction are considered and the critical elements during their design are determined. The technological sequence of performing related works by various contractors has been improved in order to create a time reserve and increase the reliability of the entire technological process. Findings. Organizational and technological solutions have been identified that allow combining construction and installation processes of underground phase of multifunctional complexes with a significant number of subcontractors under conditions of compacted construction, as well as under complex hydrogeological conditions or during construction in the historic buildings of the central part of cities. Originality. The authors for the first time conducted research in the field of underground phase arrangement given the location of construction equipment in the limited space of the construction site in the historic part of Dnipro and proposed a number of solutions to increase the reliability of the main construction process. Practical value. Based on the results obtained, one can correct the location of construction equipment and determine the rational sequence of construction and installation works, as well as predict the further development of construction technology. These studies can be useful during the study of disciplines «Technology of Construction Production», «Technology of special works», for the organization of scientific and practical seminars, refresher courses and more.

Summary Nowadays, usage of sauces as part of a meal has seen a significant increase. In their diversity as raw materials and technology of production, sauces are a potential source of health problems. During their production, primary and secondary contamination with microorganisms and other physical or chemical contaminants is possible. Ineffective internal control is a prerequisite for the emergence of health problems among consumers. The subject of the study is а sauce manufacturer. An algorithm was designed to perform the audit and for the purposes of the. The prerequisite measures were placed in separate Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) programs and in the technological documentation for all the sauces produced, with plans, procedures, orders, instructions, lists, registers and other documents, all closely related to the specifics of production. The technological documentation was found to be in agreement with the Food Safety Management System – the HACCP-plan. The technological documentation, which is part of the prerequisite measures, corresponded to its purpose and, with slight adjustments, is a good basis for the effective functioning of the Food Safety Management System. The conclusions contain specific recommendations for revision of the Internal Control System, including correction of elements of health and hygiene importance.

Implementing the modern technological methods is recommended in the article, as well as performing some operations. It should be considered that small and medium-sized enterprises involved in the construction of industrial and civil facilities are also installing the roof coverings. The algorithm of technological operations is as follows: preparatory work; gluing a two-layer waterproofing roofing on freshly formed reinforced concrete panels; double rolling of the uncooled roll roofing after removing the panel from the steam chamber. The process of installing the waterproofing roofing has to be carried out in a specially equipped enterprise area. It is recommended to use the following domestic and foreign tools and equipment for above-mentioned operations. Such equipment is a truck crane (for example, KS-45717), a roof crane (KL-3), a temporary fence, a metal ruler, a tape measure, roller or a brush, a scraper, a roofing knife and a roller (weight is 100 kg).The rational methods of roofing installation (based on labor intensity) are presented. As was substantiated, the calculation of labor can change while improving the technology and the tools and equipment used. The quality control of operations is described, it involves visual inspections and the necessary measurements performed with a ruler. Optimal organizational and technological solutions, which allow to manage processes taking into account the safety of workers, were obtained. Fulfilling the labor safety requirements during construction (part 1 and part 11) is primary while installing the roll-up waterproofing roofing made of melting roofing material with the help of a solvent. In addition, it should be noted that the workplaces and storage locations with flammable materials and substances have to be provided with a portable fire stand, as well as with fire extinguishing and medical equipment. The conclusions and recommendations on organizational and technological solutions forin stalling the prefabricated roofing from roll materials by using mechanization means are presented. They are intended for developers of organizational and technological documentation, including flow charts, work projects, regulations, codes of rules. They will be useful for students, masters, graduate students studying for professions related to the production of building, erection and special works.

Construction work in the conditions of existing health facilities requires compliance with increased requirements, which imposes additional restrictions on the application of known organizational and technological solutions, which in turn create a need to develop new or improve existing methods of organizational and technological design in the reconstruction of health facilities. In the development of organizational and technological documentation, it is necessary to take into account the fact that medical facilities are not classified as production facilities, although the restrictions for this type of facilities are very significant. The aim of the work is to improve the accuracy of calculations when planning the finishing (plaster) work in terms of labor costs. As a result of the study, based on the initial data, factors describing the limited workplace were identified, which will allow in subsequent studies to justify an increase in labor costs (reduced productivity) for working conditions in a limited space during the reconstruction of health facilities.

Generally, this is the experience of production workers, economists, designers, etc. that used to get a preliminary assessment of feasibility of hardware manufacturing at an enterprise. For a preliminary assessment, it is enough to understand the complexity of the product and available analogues. At the same time, it is not always possible to calculate an accurate production time for the product due to the lack of a complete set of design and technological documentation. The article presents an approach to calculating the production time of hardware using neural networks based on existing data for previous periods and types of hardware using. This approach allows estimating the production time without using accurate data on the design and manufacturing technology. The article also describes the structure of neural networks and defines the training sample. Some experiments were conducted based on the sample data, which allowed determining the initial weight coefficients of the neural network. The software implementation is made in the form of an additional module for an interactive web resource and uses T-SQL.
