The creation of a specific missile system with sea-based cruise missiles is determined by the principles of construction, solved goals and tasks. The priority areas for the development of promising missile weapons are factors such as: a combination of small weight and size character-istics of the missile and its area of an effective reflecting surface; optimization of flight altitude at cruise and final sections, at homing of cruise missiles on target; provision of antiosenitic ma-neuver and high speeds of cruise missiles flight to trajectories and much more.

Область применения автономных необитаемых подводных аппаратов (АНПА) сегодня весьма обширна и постоянно увеличивается. Все чаще рассматриваются варианты группового применения аппаратов для повышения скорости и эффективности выполнения работ. Одно из приоритетных направлений управления группой аппаратов мультиагентная система управления, которая, несомненно, имеет значительные преимущества перед централизованной и сегодня представляет собой одно из наиболее перспективных направлений в области подводного роботостроения. Для создания таких систем требуется решение большого количества технических проблем, среди которых можно выделить две основные задачи: обеспечение эффективной координации аппаратов при их групповом применении и создание программной платформы, обеспечивающей взаимодействие большого количества разнородных устройств и программ. Вопросам создания технических средств обеспечения функционирования АНПА в мультиагентной среде посвящена настоящая статья.The field of application of Autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicles (AUV) is very extensive today and is constantly increasing. More and more often options of group application of devices are being considered for enhance of effectiveness and speed of mission completion. One of the priority areas for managing a group of devices is a multiagent control system (MAS), which undoubtedly has significant advantages over a centralized one and today represents one of the most promising areas in the field of underwater robot engineering. The creation of such systems requires the solution of many technical problems, among which there are two main tasks: ensuring the effective coordination of devices in their group application and creating a software platform that provides interaction of a large number of heterogeneous devices and programs. This article is devoted to the creation of technical means to ensure the functioning of AUV in a multi-agent environment.

The verifiable concepts of classical physics proved unsuitable to create physics of small distances, high speeds, and large masses. Is there any chance that the verifiable notions of reality developed by modern physics and other branches of science will prove suitable to create a scientific theory of consciousness, which one day should appear? The paper examines what prevents the creation of scientific models of consciousness that can effectively represent empirical experience, and what theoretical construct (abstract object) is needed to create these models.

Objetivo: discorrer sobre a evolução do processo de idealização, construção e implementação do projeto de Mestrado Profissional em Enfermagem do Conselho Federal de Enfermagem, estabelecido no Acordo de Cooperação Capes/Cofen. Metodologia: estudo documental fundamentado em dados coletados em arquivos, especialmente, ofícios, processos, documentos, atas e relatórios gerados pela Comissão de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu, instituída pelo Cofen, ou recebidos por essa Comissão. Resultados: trajetória percorrida até a assinatura do Acordo de Cooperação Capes/Cofen; o lançamento do primeiro edital, investimento para a criação de MP em áreas prioritárias e o acompanhamento dos Cursos; contribuições e desafios enfrentados nesse percurso. Conclusão: a comprometida iniciativa e investimento do Cofen, assim como as parcerias construídas, constituíram o alicerce de um projeto em expansão, avaliado como relevante e exitoso, tanto por quem nele diretamente se envolveu e participou, quanto por quem foi seu espectador.Descritores: Enfermagem; Educação Continuada em Enfermagem; Profissionais de Enfermagem.PROFESSIONAL MASTER IN NURSING CAPES/COFEN COOPERATION AGREEMENT: INNOVATIVE AND TRANSFORMATIVE PROJECTObjective: to discuss the evolution of the idealization process, construction and implementation of the Project of Profissional Master in Nursing of the Federal Council of Nursing, established in the Capes/Cofen Cooperation Agreement. Abstract Tomasello offers a compelling account of the emergence of humans’ sense of obligation. We suggest that more needs to be said about the role of affect in the creation of obligations. We also argue that positive emotions such as gratitude evolved to encourage individuals to fulfill cooperative obligations without the negative quality that Tomasello proposes is inherent in obligations.
