Aceh Indonesian Broadcasting Commision is an independent institution and has authority according to the law to manage the running of broadcasting in Aceh. In performing it tasks and function, KPID has been assisted by a secretariat where the personnels are outsourcing staff. To evaluate the performance of staff, KPID carried out performance evaluation system.Performance evaluation system at KPID is in form of individual evaluation where a superior directly evaluate behaviour and performance of his/her subordinates. For behaviour evaluation, the results of evaluation is in form of good, middle, and less good behaviour. While for performance, the results is in form of the achievement of job volume. The results would then be base for the decision of the institution.According to evaluation been done and compared with the theory, it can be concluded that in the staff job performance evaluation within KPID, the system used has been complied with the regulation. It can be seen from the administration of staff job performance evaluation at KPID where the method used was the same as the theory.

Leagile supply chain integrates lean supply chain and agile supply chain. In this paper, the theory of lean production and agile manufacturing are compared and analyzed, and then the leagile supply chain model and the performance evaluation system based on DEA are established. Based on the above, this paper provides an example of the evaluation system to verify the operability and effectiveness, which can provide the reference for enterprises to improve operating mode of the supply chain or develop a new leagile supply chain.

The enterprise is the main body of the market economy, impact of business activities on the environment is multifaceted, the effective management of the environmental performance of enterprises is the basis of circular economy construction, social sustainable development implementation. This article is based on theory of circular economy and sustainable development, analysis of existing problems and shortcomings of enterprise performance evaluation, combined with China's reality, discusses the value orientation of corporate environmental performance management and performance evaluation of the target under the Circular Economy , research building enterprise environmental performance evaluation system, in order to provide reference for decision-making and practice of enterprises.

Performance evaluation is a major measure adopted by the organizations in evaluating the quantitative and qualitative contributions rendered by their employees. The competitive and employee oriented business world has now joined hands with the HR department in assisting and managing employee performance. Psycho-social factors of employees would be considered at various managerial levels for enhancing employees’ job performance. Job satisfaction is such a psychological attribute, whose contribution to the concept of employee performance is much more. A satisfied employee would have an emotional bond with the organization and takes pride in their membership, which paves way to keep up industrial integrity and a high morale. This is an exploratory research, attempting to discover how the dimensions of job satisfaction are significantly related to the job performance of an employee. The data were collected from employees working in Automobile industry, Punjab having experience of above or below 10 years, so as to ensure relatively accurate responses on performance evaluation at different groups of employees in the Automobile industry. The result shows the existence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of job satisfaction and performance of employees at both supervisors and workers levels working in the Automobile industry.

The aim of this paper is compare corporate governance and firm strategy before and after privatization. The design of control and performance evaluation systems in the pre and post-privatization periods is compared so that it can be understood in relation to the changes observed at a high corporate level (corporate governance and firm strategy). We carry out various case studies on five privatized Spanish companies. The results support several conclusions. First, the variables that are traditionally related to greater board independence in monitoring do not undergo variation after privatization. Second, the interests of the firms’ new ownership have an impact on firm strategy after privatization. Finally, control and performance evaluation system designs clearly align with firm strategy after privatization.

Aim - This research highlights the HR policies and practices in terms of compensation and performance evaluation and its impact on employee job satisfaction. This study will fill the gap in the literature by providing information on compensation and performance functions of human resource.  Design - In this research descriptive design is taken in the collection of bias-free data. A sample of 42 respondents was taken into consideration from different management level of PTCL such as top, middle and lower level and the target population of this study was human resource department, management, and administrative staff. To collect the required information closed-ended questionnaire was used and were divided into three part; initially questionnaire identify the demographic factors of the respondents, then highlight the Likert scale options 1 being strongly disagreed and 5 strongly agree.  Findings - In findings of this research we highly recommend the management to have fair and equitable compensation policies and establish performance evaluation system which can reduce to biases at all levels.
