This research aims to examine the influence of Islamic Investment, Islamic Income, Profit sharing, implementation of duties and responsibilities of the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB), and implementation of duties and responsibilities of the Director towards the performance of Sharia Commercial Bank. The data in this research are obtained by downloading the annual financial report of each sharia bank for the period 2014-2018 (5 years), the selected sample was 6 banks, so the number of observations was 30. The findings indicate that partially, the variable of Sharia Conformity as measured by the indicators of Islamic investment and Islamic income has no influence on the performance of Sharia Commercial Bank where indicator of profit sharing influence the performance of Sharia Commercial Bank. Meanwhile, the variable of Good Governance Business Sharia as measured by indicators of the implementation of duties and responsibilities of SSB and indicators of implementation of duties and responsibilities of the Directors have an influence on the performance of Sharia Commercial Bank. The variable of Sharia Conformity and Good Governance Business Sharia are able to explain the performance of variable of Sharia Commercial Bank of 29%.

<p><em>As one of the business entities under the umbrella of the unitary state of Indonesia, Islamic banks are also required to implement Good Corporate Governance which will henceforth be abbreviated as GCG. The application of GCG in Islamic banks is important considering Islamic banks are banks that use the principle of profit sharing. GCG is a requirement for Islamic banks to develop well and healthy. Good GCG implementation refers to five principles, namely accountability, transparency, independence, responsibility and fairness. The concept of Good Corporate Governance between conventional banks and Islamic banks is basically the same, but the difference between the two is the existence of Shariah compliance and the existence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS). Islamic banks managed and owned by human resources who have integrity (good morals) and professionals, will encourage the implementation of the principles of good governance (Good Corporate Governance).</em></p>

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang diproksikan oleh dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan dewan pengawas syariah terhadap risiko pembayaran yang diukur dengan rasio Non Performing Financing (NPF) pada Bank Umum Syariah. Populasi penelitian adalah Bank Umum Syariah Yang Terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan Bank Umum Syariah periode 2015-2019. Sampel yang dikumpulkan adalah 14 bank syariah sebayak 70 data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan direksi berpengaruh negative erhadap NPF. Dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan dewan pengawas syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap NPF.  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by the board of directors, the board of independent commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the sharia supervisory board against payment risk as measured by the Non Performing Financing (NPF) ratio at the Bank Sharia General. The study population was a Sharia Commercial Bank Registered at Financial services Authority. The data used was secondary data in the form of reports annual Sharia Commercial Bank for the period 2015-2019. The samples collected were 14 Islamic banks as much as 70 data. The results showed that the board of directors has a negative effect on NPF. Independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and sharia supervisory board have no effect on NPF.

A good governance system is not only a responsibility that must be carried out by the central government, Neighborhood association as the smallest social institution even responsible for implementing the good governance. One form of implementation can be implemented in the form of financial statements in the area. The implementation of good governance has not been fully realized in all RT neighborhoods in Cimahi City, one of them in RW 16, Baros Village. The Community Service activities are expected to increase the awareness of the neighborhood administrators to prepare financial reports in accordance with the rules of simple government accounting standards. The methods used in this activity include lectures, tutorials, and discussions. This PKM activity went well and got good enthusiasm from the RT administrators, and it was hoped that this activity would be the beginning of the implementation of a good governance system.   Sistem pemerintahan yang baik bukan hanya tanggung jawab yang harus diemban oleh pemerintah pusat, Rukun tetangga sebagai Lembaga kemasyarakatan terkecil sekalipun bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan good governance tersebut. Salah satu bentuk dari pelaksanaannya dapat diimplementasikan dalam bentuk pelaporan keuangan yang ada di area-nya. Pelaksanaan good governance belum sepenuhnya terwujud di seluruh lingkungan RT di Kota Cimahi, salah satunya di RW 16 Kelurahan Baros. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran para pengurus RT untuk menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan kaidah standar akuntansi pemerintahan yang sederhana. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Kegiatan PKM ini berjalan lancar dan mendapatkan antusias yang baik dari para pengurus RT, dan diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi awal dari terlaksananya sistem pemerintahan yang baik
