Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang diproksikan oleh dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan dewan pengawas syariah terhadap risiko pembayaran yang diukur dengan rasio Non Performing Financing (NPF) pada Bank Umum Syariah. Populasi penelitian adalah Bank Umum Syariah Yang Terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan Bank Umum Syariah periode 2015-2019. Sampel yang dikumpulkan adalah 14 bank syariah sebayak 70 data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan direksi berpengaruh negative erhadap NPF. Dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan dewan pengawas syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap NPF.  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by the board of directors, the board of independent commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the sharia supervisory board against payment risk as measured by the Non Performing Financing (NPF) ratio at the Bank Sharia General. The study population was a Sharia Commercial Bank Registered at Financial services Authority. The data used was secondary data in the form of reports annual Sharia Commercial Bank for the period 2015-2019. The samples collected were 14 Islamic banks as much as 70 data. The results showed that the board of directors has a negative effect on NPF. Independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and sharia supervisory board have no effect on NPF.

Environmental problems become things that have not been considered for the companies. This Study aims to determine the effect good corporate governance to environmental disclosure. Good Corporate Governance is a system to controlling management, where GCG is proxied by the board of directors, board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and audit committee. This reaserch use non financial companies listed on BEI. The research sample 30 companies. Measurement of environmental disclosure uses GRI – G4 index is 34 index.  This study using multiple regression. Based on the results of the study found good corporate governanceis proxieduse board of directors and board commissioners there isn’teffect on environmental disclosure.The results institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and audit committee effect on environemental disclosure

this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) in financial companies listed on the IDX in the period of 2014-2018. This study used a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The independent variable of the research used GCG as proxied by the Board of Directors, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and the Audit Committee, while CSR is measured using indicators based on the 2016 Global Reporting Inititive (GRI) Standard. Financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Sampling data using purposive sampling, and there are 11 companies that meet predetermined criteria. This study showed that the Managerial Ownership has an effect on Financial Performance (ROA). This is shown as hypothesized. The Board of Directors, the Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, the Audit Committee do not affect the Financial Performance (ROA), this is not as hypothesized. CSR has no effect on Financial Performance (ROA), this is not what was hypothesized. The Board of Directors, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee and CSR simultaneously affect Financial Performance (ROA). This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the board of commissioners, boards of directors, and institutional ownership of the financial performance of the company. The sample used is the financial sector company in 20011-2015 amounted to 30 samples. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the board of commissioner has positive and not significant influence, the board of directors has positive and not significant impact to the company's financial performance (ROE). institutional ownership has a positive and significant impact on ROE.

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is one of the key elements in increasing economic efficiency that can help create a conducive and accountable relationship between elements of a company (board of commissioners, board of directors, and shareholders) in order to improve the company's financial performance. This study aims to reveal the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners and sharia supervisory board in measuring the risk of financing and financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The results of this study as a whole can be concluded that, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in measuring risk and financial performance of Islamic banks has no significant effect.

This research aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (Institutional Ownership and Board of Directors) on Profitability at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk for the period 2015-2020. This research uses secondary data from PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk in 2015- 2020. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption data and multiple linear regression test. The results of this research indicate that institutional ownership and the board of directors have no significant effect on profitability.

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance as measured by the number of sharia supervisory boards, sharia supervisory board meetings, number of board of directors, board of directors meetings, number of board of commissioners, board of commissioners meeting on the performance of sharia maqashid. The sample used in this study is Full-fledge sharia banks in Indonesia based on sharia banking statistics published by the Financial Services Authority as of July 2019. The study was conducted based on an analysis of 72 annual reports and GCG reports obtained from 12 Sharia Commercial Banks in 2013 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the variables of the board of directors' meeting significantly influence the performance of the Maqashid syariah. While the variable number of sharia supervisory boards, sharia supervisory board meetings, number of board of directors, number of board of commissioners and board of commissioners meeting on maqashid syariah performance.

This study examines the effect of good corporate governance and sustainability report on company performance. Good corporate governance is dependent on the size of the board of directors, the proportion of independent commissioners, the size of the audit committee, institutional ownership, management ownership. Sustainability report is facilitated by economic, environmental and social aspect as well as disclosure index. While Company performance is generated by Return on Assets (ROA). This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014-2018. The purposive sampling technique was used. Hypothesis testing was done by linear regression analysis. The results of testing the first variable showed that institutional ownership affects ROA and has a negative relationship direction. While the size of the board of directors, the proportion of independent directors, the size of the audit committee, and management ownership have no effect on ROA. However, the result of the second variable showed that the disclosure of economic aspects affects ROA and has a positive relationship direction. While disclosure of environmental and social aspects does not affect ROA.

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on company profitability. The dependent variable are Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). The independent variable are Good Corporate Governance (GCG) represented by the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee. This study uses secondary data from audited financial statements of Real Estate and Property companies in 2013-2017. The analytical tool used in this study uses panel data regression. Based on the results of the study it is known that the Board of Directors and Audit Committee variables have a significant positive effect on ROA and ROE. The Board of Commissioners variable has no influence and negative relationship to ROA and ROE.

This research is motivated by the fact that the ROA of Regional Development Banks in 2015-2019 fluctuated, this shows that there are factors that influence it, one of which is Good Corporate Governance. By implementing Good Corporate Governance and supported by the mechanism will improve banking performance. Banking performance is influenced by the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Board of Directors, the size of the Audit Committee, and the size of the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how do the size of the board of commissioners, the size of the board of directors, the size of the audit committee, and the size of the company affect banking performance at the regional development banks of Indonesia in 2015-2020?. By using a quantitative approach and the type of secondary data as well as the number of samples of 12 banks were taken using the purposive sampling technique. Data processing using E-Views10 with panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of this study are partially the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Board of Directors, and the size of the company have no significant effect on banking performance. Meanwhile, the size of the Audit Committee has a negative and significant effect on banking performance. Simultaneously the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Board of Directors, the size of the Audit Committee, and the size of the company have a significant effect on banking performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and good corporate governance on earnings quality in food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2018 period. Profitability is calculated using Return on Assets (ROA). The proxy of Good Corporate Governance are institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, and independent commissioner. The dependent variable in this study is earnings quality measured by discretionary accrual using Modified Jones Model to detect earning management. This study used secondary data from the official website of Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and the sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and audit committee have a positive effect on earnings quality, while the independent commissioner has a negative effect on earnings quality. Other independent variables i.e. institutional ownership and managerial ownership have no significant effect on earnings quality
