Abstract During the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the digital transformation revolutionised both individual organisations and entire industries. One such advanced technology is Robotic Process Automation (RPA). However, organisations do not always make the progress by using the RPA to increase the efficiency of their business processes. The scientific sources lack the synthesis of Process Management (PM) and RPA and insights into their interrelationship. This article aims to fill the gap in the systematic analysis of interrelations between PM and RPA from a managerial perspective by identifying less researched areas and formulating insights and recommendations for future research.

In the context of 4th Industrial Revolution, the application of information technology to optimize business processes is more popular. Resource planning system (ERP) is applied by enterprises as an efficient solution to save costs and manage resources effectively. Besides, the application of ERP creates accounting benefits for end users. We conduct this study to determine the accounting benefits of ERP application. At the same time, we explore the relationship between these accounting benefit and user satisfaction. To achieve the aims of this research, the study employed empirical techniques like the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Linear Regression. Research results show that a number of accounting benefits derived from the application of ERP that focus on the following four dimensions: operational, information technology, organizational, and management. The study provided evidence of the relationship between accounting benefits in terms of ERP application and user satisfaction as accountants. The study contributed to encourage Vietnamese enterprises to apply ERP to increase the value of accounting benefits. From there, these benefits contribute to providing timely and flexible information for management levels.

We are now living in an era of advanced technology, where every part of daily life is related to each other via many kinds of wireless connection. The fourth industrial revolution is now heading toward many kinds of network connecting in real-time which can boost productivity and performance among many manufacturers. In particular, a production manager wanted to know how many automated guided vehicles (AGV) were deployed in a warehouse at that moment; modern farmers wanted to know how many harvesting robots were operating, etc. Therefore, navigating is one of the main elements to handle these tasks. Although we have already applied Global Positioning System (GPS) to the outdoors so far, they still had some limitations, especially on deploying between indoor like houses, buildings which GPS signals are unable to reach. In this paper, we proposed a technique in order to recognize AGV and the distance between them via Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) technique. In addition, we developed a way to store these data on a server for last long usage.
