The Improvement of College Students' Literary Under the Comprehensive Quality Education Mode

The objective of this article is to present the results of a study that investigates the acceptance of WCMS among college students in Estonia. The country is an emerging economy in the Baltic region of Europe. Estonia has made remarkable progress with respect to the use of ICT products in enhancing education at all levels (The Tiger Leap Foundation, 1997). Recently, Estonia joined forces with a pan-European e-learning project called the UNIVe (Estonian eUniversity, 2004; Ifinedo, 2005). Among other goals, the project aims at “increasing the availability of quality education for students and other people willing to learn …and, educating lecturers of universities to compile and practice quality and efficient e-courses” (Ifinedo, 2006).

The development and progress of society put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students. As a public elective course to strengthen quality education and improve students' art accomplishment, art appreciation course has its own discipline characteristics and teaching rules. It enriches students' aesthetic concept and always cultivates their art appreciation ability through aesthetic education of excellent art works and in all over the world. How to face all the students to popularize art knowledge and cultivate their aesthetic ability is a problem that art educators think about. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of their own conditions of non art majors and expounds the coping strategies. It is hoped that it will help to broaden students' art vision, improve their art accomplishment, enhance their humanistic quality and promote their all-round development.

Employee innovation plays an important role in organizational performance and survival, consequently, today’s students are expected to be able to cultivate Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) before they become workers. This research aimed to investigate the correlation between one of the internal individual factors, namely proactive personality, and its relationship with IWB. This quantitative research was conducted on 539 undergraduate students at Universitas Indonesia, with ages ranging from 18-25 years. The students should at least in their second year of study. Proactive personality was measured using a scale developed by Bateman and Crant (1993). IWB was measured using a scale developed by Janssen (2000) with some modifications to ensure that the scale was suitable for college students. Pearson Product-moment Correlation is used to test the hypothesis. This study finds that there is a positive and significant relationship between proactive personality and IWB, r(539) = 0,64, p < 0,01, one-tailed.

Social practice for Electrical Engineering’s student is one of the important means of quality education in Colleges and universities; what’s more, it is also an important part for students to known the society deeply and applies what they learn to it. However, the social practice system is not perfect at present stage. There are still some problems ,such as the lack of social practice bases,the short practice time ,and the single ways of practice .This paper analysis these problems which exist in the social practice activities of colleges, puts forward some improved methods and then makes a useful attempt to improve college students' social practice.

Since quality teaching has been fully prevalent, the cultivation of students’ quality is a very important lesson in the teaching process of universities. However, judging from the actual teaching environment in my country, some teaching is still in a relatively backward state, leading to the quality education of college students cannot be mentioned. This article will give targeted measures to solve the problems existing in university teaching and propose corresponding measures for reference only.
