The purpose of the article is to find out the role of K. Vasylenko in the establishment and further functioning of the art-pedagogical school of the choreography department of the KSIC named after O.E. Korniychuk. Methodology. Methods of analysis and synthesis, induction, and deduction were used in the research process. The method of theoretical generalization was used to sum up the results. Scientific novelty. The activity of K. Vasylenko was analyzed in the optics of the management of the artistic and pedagogical choreographic school of KSIC named after O. E. Korniychuk for the first time. Conclusions. K. Vasylenko – the founder of the department of choreography KSIC named after O.E. Korniychuk, the leader of the art-pedagogical school formed on its basis. At the initial stage of the formation of artistic and pedagogical principles of the department, the authority of K. Vasylenko, his organizational and managerial, scientific-methodical, and choreographic abilities turned out to be extremely significant. He created a partnership, a friendly circle of like-minded people, passionate about the ideas of building an educational environment in order to develop a system of mastering folk-stage choreography, producing an artistic product. Through a number of mechanisms introduced by the leader (mutual attendance of classes, methodical seminars, discussion of open demonstrations and concert performances, etc.), there was a constant increase in the professional level of teachers. His own example of writing scientific and methodological works stimulated the revival of this type of activity in the teaching environment, which contributed to the creation of educational and methodological support of disciplines. Social psychology is a comprehensive course which is an interdisciplinary of sociology and psychology. Most colleges and universities have currently taken social psychology as a general course to popularize psychological knowledge to students, which has great significance to cultivating their quality. Previous teaching did not combine this course with social needs, the optimization of students’ psychological needs and enhancement of their abilities to solve problems, on the contrary, pure theoretical interpretation was the focus, resulting in students’ lacking of proactivity. Therefore, a new teaching mode for improvement is urgent. Based on deep learning theory and comprehensively taking teaching environment, teaching resources and technical strategy support into consideration, and intelligence as the core, the paper has designed an intelligent teaching mode including intelligent preview, intelligent classroom, intelligent promotion and intelligent evaluation. Meanwhile, combined with courses of social psychology, video, audio and text teaching resources and multimedia courseware, multimedia resources were integrated, and problem discussion-based collaborative learning was adopted for teaching. To accurately evaluate the teaching effect under the intelligent teaching environment, guided by the appeal of intelligent teaching and based on analysis of accurate teaching objectives, the paper has established an accurate teaching evaluation index system, aiming at providing an idea for "How to evaluate the effect of accurate teaching in the intelligent teaching environment". At last, the paper has applied the new teaching mode into the practice of social psychology, finding that the new mode can stimulate students’ proactivity, improve their performance, which is worth promotion.

Abstract New teaching and learning methods must be developed to accommodate exclusive online environments. The utilization of experiential learning in an aging course is a key teaching method that helps tap into the affective domain of learning (i.e., feelings, values, and attitudes). In a society where ageist attitudes abound and are often internalized, purposeful challenges to the "othering" of older adults is needed to disrupt this cycle. This presentation will share an experiential/age inclusivity activity that can be utilized in any teaching environment. Over a semester, students are required to write themselves four separate letters from their older selves at varying ages to their younger selves. They must research and provide a snapshot of what their life will be like at these ages in predetermined areas (i.e., health, mobility, family/friends, policy, and cultural variables, etc.) Worksheets will be provided capturing this "Getting to Know Yourself Across the Lifespan" experiential learning activity.

Managing competency-based teaching activities of teachers at specialized high schools includes 7 aspects: 1) Managing teaching goals; 2) Managing content of the teaching program; 3) Managing teaching methods; 4) Managing forms of teaching; 5) Managing educational facilities and equipment; 6) Managing the teaching environment; 7) Managing student assessment. A survey of 152 leaders and teachers at 3 specialized high schools in Hanoi on the management of competency-based teaching activities of teachers at specialized high schools showed that management of competency-based teaching activities was performed well and relatively even among 7 aspects.

Objectives: In recent years, along with the rapid development of multimedia technology and network technology, such a combination can assist music teaching through the combination of computer platform and multimedia. Methods: In order to improve the level of music teaching in schools, what is needed in the current music teaching environment is to fully understand the teaching methods in the current music classroom. Results: Based on the computer platform multimedia combination assisted music teaching mode research, the current music teaching mode is optimized by genetic algorithm. Conclusion: The results prove that this study is very successful.
