An indoor environment of each building depends on a number of criteria, like temperature, humidity, noise, etc. Therefore, multi-attribute decision making (MADM) methods are used to assess alternatives and to choice the rational one. In this paper we suggest to add a concept of ideal alternative into assessment using MADM, since it allows both to determine the optimal solution and the deviation of each alternative (an indoor environment of a building) from the optimal values, e.g. ideal alternative. Therefore, a method of multi-attribute assessment using ideal alternative (MAAIA) is formulated in this paper. It is applied for the MOORA method to assess an indoor environment of apartments in block houses situated in Naujoji Vilnia, Vilnius, Lithuania. Obtained results of the assessment show that the proposed method is useful for decision support and assessment of alternatives.

Rice distribution for economically disadvantaged group of people is one of the main  operational activities of  Bulog Company to advance Indonesian society welfare. Decision making for rice quality for the addressee often became a complicated problem. Overcoming those problems  takes an effective step in order to take a decision. One way to do so is to perform the classification process and search for the best result using the existing data. The use of software can be an optimal solution of the problem by using the method of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) Yager. This application will ease Perum Bulog to determine the best rice quality to be distributed to the economically disadvantaged group of people. After fuzzification of data to work with FMADM Yager perform pairwise comparisons are based on the value of an attribute of interest, determined the value of the weight (W), reappointment, and ranking the final results. Based on the results, then the KP. Adi Rizka an optimal alternative to the value of 0.8131 which it included in the category of suitable is 0.8. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Regarding assistance from the recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) because there are so many prospective recipients of PIP assistance who volunteered to get the assistance, the process of delivering aid is sometimes not on target. Invalid data causes errors in the distribution of PIPs given to recipients who are entitled to receive them. Special Decision Support System (SPK) was built to support the solution of a problem or for an opportunity, one of the PIP aid recipient's approval in the Binjai City Education Office so that it is right on target for students who will get PIP assistance. The role of decision support systems is needed to improve the efficiency of decision making in determining students who are eligible for PIP assistance. The method used in this system uses the Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and by using 7 (seven) criteria, namely family conditions, report card scores, parental work, number of dependents, number of dependents of children who attend school, home conditions and parents' income as well as 10 (ten) alternatives that are student data. Based on the results of calculations using the MOORA method, students on behalf of MM (A9) are the best alternative to be given PIP assistance with a value of 0.2843

Fuzzy logic is widely applied to daily life with various methods. One method is fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (FMADM). FMADM is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In FMADM there is a supporting method so that the results obtained are accurate and optimal, namely the classic MADM method. One method in classic MADM is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is precisely used to minimize diagnostic errors, but if a decision support system is made, the SAW method still requires a further development method, one of which is the FMADM method with its development. The purposes of this study are to describe the steps of SAW method and the development of FDM in theory, implement SAW method and the development of FDM to diagnose a type of disease and implement it in a decision support system using GUI matlab. The completion step of those two methods is through two stages, the first one will go through FMADM stage with SAW, which is weighted sum, then the output will be used as input to the FDM method based on total integral values. The result of this study is proven by patient experienced initial symptoms of high fever at a temperature of 39.5° C - 40° C, very much spots appear in rumple leed test (> 50 petheciae), bleeding gums, rarely got nausea and headache, as well as diarrhea. Accuracy for the decision support system using MAPE was obtained 93% so that the decision support system with FMADM method to diagnose the disease was feasible to use.

<span>Employees are one of the human resources that are very important in determining the success of the company's work. There fore the company must appoint employees into one of the positions according to the expertise desired by the company. There are still many managers to appoint their employees to only see how long they work without being supported by adequate expertise. So that the appointment of employees by managerial is subjective. For this reason, it is necessary to process employee assessment data that can help make it easier for a boss and the Payroll section to take a decision to recommend employees to take office. The method used to solve the problem of recommendation for promotion for employees by using the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) is a multi-attribute decision-making method used to support decision making in choosing between several alternatives. The criteria used in calculating the assessment are professional criteria, cooperation, leadership, innovation and ethics at work. Judging from the managerial aspects, the assessment can be developed with other criteria according to the needs of the company</span>

Metode Multi Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis atau MOORA adalah salah satu metode dari Multi Attribute Decision Making. Kata kunci - Pandemi COVID-19; Marketplace; MOORAThe COVID-19 pandemic has hit almost all over the world. This pandemic is also a period when people are required to carry out new habits, known as the New Normal. This new habit also affects the way people shop, especially shopping in the marketplace. By choosing the right marketplace, the community or consumers can meet needs such as health and household products that are most sought after during a pandemic. The Multi Objective Optimization method on The Basis of Ratio Analysis or MOORA is one of the methods of Multi Attribute Decision Making. The MOORA method can be used to determine marketplace recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The expected result is that the best alternative is obtained based on community assessment and calculations using the MOORA method so that consumer behavior can also be seen during the pandemic and become input for marketplace companies in the future.

Indonesia government has launched a program to encourage youth entrepreneurship as a strategy to improve national economy. This paper proposes a method to find an entrepreneurial potential based on academic behavior features that are extracted from the Higher Education Database PDDikti. The proposed approach applies the Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) technique. Rules for extracting features of student academic behavior were following Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and resulting in 14 features. The FMADM model combines Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting and Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, which is called FSAW-TOPSIS. Friedman Test demonstrated that FSAW-TOPSIS gives more optimal solution with the highest Mean Rank of the potential entrepreneurial value of 2.96. Besides, through Hamming Distance Test, FSAW-TOPSIS results the best order with a 98% percentage and ranking of the smallest Squared Error of 0.3%, which makes the proposed model offered a better solution. It can be concluded that using TPB variables in PDDikti environment with FSAW-TOPSIS technique provides an optimal recommendation on student entrepreneurship potential, which can be used as a part of a decision-making system for higher education management.
