Fuzzy logic is widely applied to daily life with various methods. One method is fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (FMADM). FMADM is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In FMADM there is a supporting method so that the results obtained are accurate and optimal, namely the classic MADM method. One method in classic MADM is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is precisely used to minimize diagnostic errors, but if a decision support system is made, the SAW method still requires a further development method, one of which is the FMADM method with its development. The purposes of this study are to describe the steps of SAW method and the development of FDM in theory, implement SAW method and the development of FDM to diagnose a type of disease and implement it in a decision support system using GUI matlab. The completion step of those two methods is through two stages, the first one will go through FMADM stage with SAW, which is weighted sum, then the output will be used as input to the FDM method based on total integral values. The result of this study is proven by patient experienced initial symptoms of high fever at a temperature of 39.5° C - 40° C, very much spots appear in rumple leed test (> 50 petheciae), bleeding gums, rarely got nausea and headache, as well as diarrhea. Accuracy for the decision support system using MAPE was obtained 93% so that the decision support system with FMADM method to diagnose the disease was feasible to use.

Abstract Decision support systems are used to solve a problem that is commonly done by users and industry, in this case one of the application of a decision support system in providing loans to cooperative members. Judging from the form of business, cooperatives are one of the community financial institutions that are formed and are not only business-oriented, but social factors are very strongly applied. Because the cooperative was formed to help and prosper its members, such as saving and borrowing (credit) from its members. In this study, decision making is used to help support the selection of loan applications for members. There are several types of decision models that are integrated in a Decision Support System such as statistical models, optimization models, heuristic models and multi-criteria / attribute models. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used with the basic concept of finding the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each criterion. According to the MADM model which is used as decision support who can select criteria in determining the eligibility of members in receiving loans (credit). The system provides a solution in determining loan recommendations to prospective borrowers in cooperatives. The system is only able to represent 10 sample members as a reference in calculating credit lending.

Decision Support System (SPK) is a computer-based system that combines models and data in an effort to solve unstructured problems with user involvement through an easy-to-use user interface. This system is used to help decision making in semitructured situations and unstructured situations, where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. Simple Additive Weighting method is one of the settlement methods for Multi attribute decision making (MADM) problems. This method evaluates several alternatives to a set of attributes or criteria, where each attribute does not depend on each other. Hope from the results of the study, the use of Simple Additive Weighting as a model of the Eligible Decision Support System for Rastra Assistance using the weighted product method in Karang Bangun Village, Siantar Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency can help the village in calculating the feasibility of rice recipients and to determine the eligibility of recipients of rice faster and more accurate. because this application is easier than the old system and the data storage is more accurate.Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Simple Additive Weighting, Rastra, Poor

Charity is one of the good deeds taught in Islam. Doing charity is giving out or donating a piece of the property or money to someone else. The amil institution is one of the places where they receive donations and distribute them to those who are entitled. One of the amil institutions is Laznas PPPA Daarul Quran that has a mustahik service program where they must be focused on providing educational, health, venture capital, or other aid to mustahik. The problem we found is that mustahik selection is still conducted by hand, resulting in the lack of accuracy of mustahik. There are eight criteria in determining the mustahik; fardhu prayer, family income, reading Al-Quran, sunnah prayer, social activities, number of loads, residence, and marital status. The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system to facilitate the management and distribution of aid to make it more targeted. The method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting or SAW with a model Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making or FMADM. The method is selected because it can choose the best alternative by calculating and weighting the weight value of any criteria, and then proceed to determining the mustahik and giving help based on the number of funds available.

a b s t r a c t Educational institutions such as AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia often require a form of the decision in determining academic judgment on the elements of tri dharma; teaching, research, community service and supporting elements that are appropriate for academics so that good quality education is achieved in accordance with the assessment. A decision is a matter that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, so also choosing the academic quality that has an impact on the focus of accreditation of higher education institutions. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The purpose of this study is to design a system of academic judgment decision support with Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) systems with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, to obtain more accurate results in an academic assessment of AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesian tri dharma elements so that they can improve the quality of universities. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and direct observation to AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. While the research design uses experimental because it produces a product that is a decision support system. The method used to support this research is the FMADM method using the SAW method calculation. Supporting applications that will be created with the author using web-based programming languages such as; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON and MySQL databases with Windows operating systems. On running analysis and system design that will be created the author is described by Microsoft Visio 2016. The method used to evaluate the system is the black box method where the black box testing focuses on system functions. a b s t r a k Institusi pendidikan seperti AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia kerap kali membutuhkan suatu bentuk keputusan dalam menentukan penilaian akademik pada unsur tridharma; pendidikan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian dan unsur penunjang yang sesuai untuk akademik sehingga tercapai mutu pendidikan yang baik sesuai dengan penilaian tersebut. Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, begitu juga memilih mutu akademik yang berdampak pada fokus akreditasi institusi perguruan tinggi. Model yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) serta metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative pada semua atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian akademik dengan sistem Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat, dalam penilaian akademik unsur tridharma perguruan tinggi AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu Perguruan Tinggi. Secara garis besar penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan observasi langsung ke AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Sedangkan desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimental karena menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah metode FMADM menggunakan perhitungan metode SAW. Pendukung aplikasi yang akan dibuat dengan penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web seperti; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON dan database MySQL dengan system operasi Windows. Pada Analisa berjalan dan perancangan sistem yang akan dibuat penulis digambarkan dengan Microsoft Visio 2016. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem adalah metode blackbox dimana pengujian blackbox ini menitikberatkan pada fungsi sistem.

Decision Support System is a computerized system designed to increase effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. One method of solving MADM problems is by using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study aims to design and create a system to determine which employees are entitled to receive bonuses, for that we need a decision support for giving employee bonuses decisions. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The system development model used is a waterfall. Waterfall has several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The results showed the benefits of the SAW method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses based on the employee performance of PT. Mayatama Solusindo can assist administrators in determining employee bonuses quickly and effectively. So the bonus that employees get using the SAW method is the basic salary times the percentage of the ranking value.

Bantuan rumah tidak layak huni adalah salah satu program pemerintah untuk menekan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia, namun permasalahan yang ada bahwa proses yang selama ini dilakukan oleh pihak Kelurahan masih dilakukan secara subyektif dengan hanya mempertimbangkan hasil survey. Oleh karena itu, bagi pihak kelurahan diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan agar seleksi dapat dilakukan secara efisien secara sistemik.  Adanya metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. Dari beberapa metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting dipilih untuk diterapkan kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat menggunakan metode air terjun. Tujuan penelitian ini agar pihak kelurahan dapat menyalurkan bantuannya kepada yang berhak menerimanya, sehingga dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web untuk memilih penerima bantuan perumahan sesuai dan objektif.  Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat dimana proses penyaluran yang tepat sasaran dengan data yang diperoleh dari pihak kelurahan. Sistem yang dibuat cukup memnatu pihak kelurahan dengan nilai sekitar 73.6% yang diuji oleh 10 orang responden.   Kata Kunci: Rumah Tidak Layak Huni, Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.     Abstract The help of the home is not habitable is one of the government programs to suppress the poverty rate in Indonesia, but the problem exists that the process that was done by the village is still in subjectively Consider the survey results. Therefore, the town needs a decision support system so that the selection can be made by systemic efficiency. There is a method of Multiple Attribute Decision Making, answering all the problems. Of the multiple Attribute Decision-Making methods, Simple Addictive Weighting is chosen to be applied to the decision support system. The decision support system was made using a waterfall method. The purpose of this research is so that the village can distribute its help to the right to receive it, so it is expected by the Web-based decision support system to select the recipient of appropriate and objective housing assistance. This research provides entirely accurate results were the right distribution process targets with data obtained from the village. The system was made enough to inform the town with a value of about 73.6% tested by ten respondents.   Keywords: Unqualified Houses, Multiple Attribute Decision Making, MADM, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support Systems.

The method used to solve the problem of recommendation for promotion for employees by using the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) is a multi-attribute decision-making method used to support decision making in choosing between several alternatives. The criteria used in calculating the assessment are professional criteria, cooperation, leadership, innovation and ethics at work. Implementation of Decision Support System for various purposes now can facilitate policy makers to get the best alternative from a variety of predefined criteria, one of the methods used in the implementation of Decision Support System is VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje), VIKOR method in this research got the best results with an efficient and easily understood process computationally, it is expected that the results of this study facilitate various parties to develop a model any solutions.
