This paper summarized the problems in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the cultivation of art design professionals, and evaluated the promotive effect of AI in terms of teaching contents, methods, and means. On this basis, an improved fuzzy evaluation system was established to reveal how AI application enhance the training of art design professionals. Drawing on fuzzy theory, a fuzzy similarity calculation model was developed for fuzzy evaluation. Next, several strategies were proposed for applying AI in the cultivation of art design professionals. This research effectively demonstrated the promotive effect of AI in the training of art design professionals, and pointed out the ways to improve the training effect.

Aaccording to the cases that the synthetic quality evaluation system for fabric is not reasonable at present, a new synthetic quality evaluation system for fabric on fuzzy theory is proposed. This new evaluation system is made of foundation layer, evaluating layer and result layer. In foundation layer, the quality standard model and evaluating data model based on multi-indexes are proposed, and the calculation method of each index value in these models is given. In evaluating layer, according to the problem that the result of existing closeness algorithm has greatly repeated, a new evaluation algorithm is proposed. In result layer, two formulas which are continuous result and discrete result are given. Also the accuracy and rationality of this evaluation system is validated by some examples in this paper, and the effect of evaluation result by the primary-secondary indexes, the significance of closeness, the expansibility of model, the accuracy of system and the application method are made analysis. At last, the conclusion shows that this system can make the synthetic evaluation for fabric quality rationally and accurately.

With poor integrity and unclear goals, the curriculum planning for physical education (PE) in colleges cannot effectively promote the innovation ability of students. To solve the problem, this paper attempts to clearly evaluate the effect of curriculum planning for college PE on the innovation ability of PE majors. Based on the defects of the current curriculum planning, the authors put forward several strategies and suggestions to enhance the promoting effect of college PE curriculum planning on innovation ability. Following the fuzzy theory, an index system and a fuzzy evaluation model were put forward to quantify the effect of college PE curriculum planning on innovation ability. The research results have great theoretical and practical significance.

Echo fidelity is an important characteristic of radar simulator and it influences accuracy and reliability of radar test directly. This paper introduces the research status of simulator fidelity and sort out the definition and property of radar echo simulation fidelity. Then we propose the numerical calculation methods for individual indicators, including similarity calculation, dissimilarity computing and interval changes three parts. Finally, on the basis of the evaluation system, we propose two calculation methods for entirety fidelity, they are weighted numerical calculation and umbrella figure methods.

According to indicators’ information repetition and subjectivity of the indicators’ weight set during the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Principal Component analysis can help solve the weight of the relative indicators and reduce comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the variable fussy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has made a comprehensive evaluation of the status quo of Yunnan’s low carbon economy development(2005-2009), which turns out to be more practical compared with the mere variable fussy theory analysis, thus, principal component-variable fuzzy evaluation is a kind of feasible way to analyze the regional low carbon development status.

Environmental art mainly uses the collocation of color and spatial structure for landscape layout. Different environmental styles have different artistic characteristics. In order to better design the environmental space, this paper puts forward the intelligent analysis method of artistic environmental construction style based on artificial intelligence technology. By analyzing the environment into characteristics and the environmental style into process, the direction of environmental art design is innovated while the environmental design is carried out reasonably.
