To successfully establish a unified and standardized Internet of Things (IoT) system, a specific scheme based on the bandwidth and quality of service (QoS) analysis as well as the third generation mobile communication system is given. The basic architecture of the IoT is introduced, the technical requirements of each level on the network are put forward, and the application of the IoT system in different industries is established. At the same time, a congestion control algorithm based on the application layer is proposed. This algorithm can greatly enhance the adaptability and controllability of the communication network of the IoT. Moreover, when the system is in normal operation, the algorithm can reasonably allocate and optimize bandwidth resources, thus greatly saving network traffic. The algorithm tests the current network state through the network test module, and then determines whether the data is sent according to the test results to ensure that the system has sufficient resources to respond to the sudden situation.

Mobility is the features of mobile communication that makes it desirable by all and varied. The whole world is now attractive in wireless communication as it provides users' ability to communicate on-the-go. IT is accomplished by transferring users from a radio network to another. This process is called handover. Handover occurs by adjusting the duration of soft handovers, the size of the areas and either by cell crossing or by deterioration in the signal quality of the current channel — the brief overview of handover, Handover in WiMAX and LTE, types of handover, handover types solutions, usually used handover parameters, some methods employed in the literature and I contemporary the convergent fact for continuance in the area of mobile wireless communication Handover.

Fish is one of the high-protein foods that are very helpful for the development of the human brain. Then, it is necessary to maintain the freshness of the fish for consumption. At this time, fishers and fishmongers preserve the freshness of fish by using Ice in the fish storage. However, it is considered ineffective due to improper ice change time. Therefore, monitoring temperature is very important and helpful to find the right time when replacing the Ice used to ensure the quality of fish. The development of this device uses Arduino ESP32, DHT21 Sensor, Micro SD Module, Internet of Things system, monitoring using Blynk Application and notifications using Telegram App. DHT21 sensor test results obtained a data conformity level (Error Level) of 2%. At the fish storage room temperature, there is the lowest temperature of 10.50 oC and ice temperature conditions in the storage of 0 oC. Therefore, the best state to keep fish fresh that researchers want is 0 oC to 2 oC at ice temperatures or 11.50 oC obtained in testing the time it takes to replace Ice by about 10 hours.

Wireless mobile internet is migrating towards an integrated system of internet and mobile communication network to fulfill the future of mobile network requirement: ubiquitous communication, where mobile users move freely almost anywhere and have access to the internet, communicate with anyone, anytime with any application using the best service available. This demands rapid progress in mobile communication networks and their internet technologies. This research project on the analysis of the Quality of Service (QoS) provided by Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in the cellular internet networks. It aims to analyze and address the QoS of the internet network experienced by the user. QoS monitoring and analysis require the processing of large amounts of data and knowledge of which kinds of applications the traffic is generated by. To obtain satisfactory QoS based on internet network analysis, some network metrics must be measured and monitored at a regular time interval. In this research work, the network metric that will be measured for the internet service are signal strength, download speed, upload speed, and network transaction latency. This network metrics data will be collected from the consumer’s mobile device by the use of a crowdsourcing mobile application that is installed on the consumer’s mobile device. The investigation will cover mobile communication network providers in Nigeria. The data collated is then evaluated and analyzed.

The Internet of things is the technology extension and expansion of computer, Internet and mobile communication network. We will strongly rely on the Internet of Things in the future. The Internet of Things provides more conveniences, but it also will face more threats. In this article, we describe architecture of the Internet of Things, the function of every layer and what components every layer need. Our emphasis is to analyze the threats for the security and privacy at different levels of architecture in the Internet of Things.

The problematic of reinforcement bars splicing by overlap tying and by the way of welding is described, as well as alternative splicing by the mechanical compression couplers as a way of its solution. Lap splicing showed good results in structures with small nominal dimensions of steel bars, low rate yield strength and in buildings not higher than 15 floors. Welding is the more flexible method of steel bars splicing but its use brings to rising costs and complicity of construction work. The quality of welded splices depends on many factors mainly on the existing problems in welding process. The analysis of world construction practice shows a more reliable, technological and effective way of splicing reinforcement bars it means the use of connecting couplers i.e. mechanical rebar coupling. Successful international experience of applying mechanical steel bars splicing in USA, Japan, China, Kazakhstan, UAE, etc. is described. It must be noted that with the advance of the enactment of DBN V 2.6-98 and DSTU B V.2.6-156, standard acceptable methods of steel bars splicing in Ukraine are lap splicing, welded connections and mechanical splicing. General technical requirements of the connections of reinforcement were analyzed and systematized, as well as general advantages of mechanical splices were proved. Analysis of international and native regulations showed that in Ukraine it should be taken more strict requirements for mechanical splices. Methodology and test results of mechanical splices were covered. A number of regulation documents were developed as a result of large scale theoretical and experimental research of mechanical connections. The technology of coupling of reinforcement bars was applied at many construction projects as well as in seismic regions.

One of the goals of implementing a smart campus is to improve public services. Whereas the Academic Information System (Siakad) is a very important type of management information system (MIS) digital service. To find out the quality of service from the viewpoint of the user of this information system, a usability test was made. Usability is a qualitative analysis in determining the quality of an information system based on the user. The purpose of this study is to conduct usability testing SIAKAD in IAIN Salatiga using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Based on the usability test results, the majority of respondents use and utilize this information system well, this is proven by the value of the test results of 84,75. The evaluation results show that the Academic Information System at IAIN Salatiga is categorized as excellent.
