Green Integrated Supply Chain Management (GISCM) brings together various stakeholders in the supply chain within and outside the organization to help the organization improve its environmental credentials. To benefit both the business and the environmental bottom line, the supply chain management of an organization needs to be analyzed, planned and optimized for sourcing and deliveries and in an environmentally-conscious manner. Such analysis includes suppliers, customers, regulatory authorities and employees at all levels on an organization. Undoubtedly, electronic (Internet-based) systems deliver enterprises with a competitive advantage by opening up opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, increase customer patronage and enable straight thorough processing capabilities. These same characteristics of good SCM can be converted to handle environmental issues related to supply chain operation and processing. This chapter proposes a fundamental framework for creating and analyzing GISCM solutions.

Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) involves the linking of suppliers and customers with the internal business processes of an organization. ISCM solutions allow organizations to automate workflows concerning the execution and analysis of planning, sourcing, making, delivering, returns handling, and maintenance, to name but a few. Many of today’s ISCM systems use primarily Web technology as the supporting infrastructure. Undoubtedly, the electronic (Internet-based) ISCM systems deliver the enterprises with a competitive advantage by opening up opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, increase customer patronage, and enable thorough planning abilities. However, there has been significant customer backlash concerning the inability of software vendors to deliver easy integration and promised functionality. Although various researchers have suggested strategies to overcome some of the failures in operating ISCM systems, there appears to be a lacunae in terms of architectural investigations in the analysis stage. The methodology proposed in this chapter seeks to resolve these gaps and provides a fundamental framework for analyzing ISCM systems.

Metode yang digunakan adalah SCOR® dengan praktik perbaikan Convergence of SCOR® with Lean and Six Sigma. Supply chain management that is not optimal will affect the performance of a company. In Central Aceh there is a cooperative namely Koperasi Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayyan which has implemented supply chain management. This cooperative is engaged in the business of trading in green beans. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance of KBQ Baburrayyan. The method used is SCOR® with the practice of improving Convergence of SCOR® with Lean and Six Sigma. The performance target for total cost to serve is 94.71% of the target value of 65.00% and the return on supply chain fixed assets is 1.60 of the target value of 2.50. The results obtained from the use of the practice are that there are 8 root causes of waste including lack of supervisors, training / briefing is not maximal, lack of concern about the importance of K3, inefficient layouts, absence of extension units, simple tools, monotonous work, and not strictly prohibited.

Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has appeared to be important in business practices in order to survive in the competition. Sustainable performance assessment, that includes economic, social, and environmental aspects need to be given due attention by the business players in order to understand the position of the company so that it can fulfill customer satisfaction. In this research, each of the aspects is measured using different methods. The Economic performance assessment is represented using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model that helps in measuring the success of a supply chain operation. It uses 15 indicators deemed relevant in the Make-to-Stock production typology that is distributed into five performance attributes. The economic assessment is then obtained through these performance attributes that result in 97.5% in agility, 92% in cost, 78.2% in reliability, 72% in asset management, and 40.67% in responsiveness. Meanwhile, the social performance assessment is directed at employee's welfare. Questionnaires are distributed to 30 employees to measure company's commitment to address their social issues. It results in a perfect score as 100% in fair salary, annual allowance, and training, while health insurance and safety equipment only cover 70% and 30%, respectively. The environmental aspect is noticed on the wastewater management, since it mainly contributes for company's waste. The assessment lies on the liquid contamination test and is compared to the maximum standard level, set by the government. Environmental assessment shows 76.8% in acidity, 71.93% in Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), 33.15% in temperature, and 0% in both Total Suspended Solid (TSS) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). While this research is focusing on improving the performance in the supply chain process (Economic aspect), which is the worst assessment in the economic aspect, which is responsiveness, it is selected to be improved to reach an optimum performance. Therefore, the operation-overlapping approach is applied in the scheduling of the production process to improve company’s responsiveness, which is from 40.67% to 60.67%.

Based on the analysis of the characteristics and relationships between the production paradigm of Lean Production and Agile Manufacturing, through considering the similarities and differences between the two production patterns, their synthesizing application in the Integrated Supply Chain Management System is studied. A case study is presented to demonstrate how leanness and agility have been combined successfully within one supply chain.
