The traditional graph-based personal recommendation algorithms mainly depend the user-item model to construct a bipartite graph. However, the traditional algorithms have low efficiency, because the matrix of the algorithms is sparse and it cost lots of time to compute the similarity between users or items. Therefore, this paper proposes an improved video recommendation algorithm based on hyperlink-graph model. This method cannot only improve the accuracy of the recommendation algorithms, but also reduce the running time. Furthermore, the Internet users may have different interests, for example, a user interest in watching news videos, and at the same time he or she also enjoy watching economic and sports videos. This paper proposes a complement algorithm based on hyperlink-graph for video recommendations. This algorithm improves the accuracy of video recommendations by cross clustering in user layers.

Based on the understanding and comparison of various main recommendation algorithms, this paper focuses on the collaborative filtering algorithm and proposes a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm with improved user model. Firstly, the algorithm considers the score difference caused by different user scoring habits when expressing preferences and adopts the decoupling normalization method to normalize the user scoring data; secondly, considering the forgetting shift of user interest with time, the forgetting function is used to simulate the forgetting law of score, and the weight of time forgetting is introduced into user score to improve the accuracy of recommendation; finally, the similarity calculation is improved when calculating the nearest neighbor set. Based on the Pearson similarity calculation, the effective weight factor is introduced to obtain a more accurate and reliable nearest neighbor set. The algorithm establishes an offline user model, which makes the algorithm have better recommendation efficiency. Two groups of experiments were designed based on the mean absolute error (MAE). One group of experiments tested the parameters in the algorithm, and the other group of experiments compared the proposed algorithm with other algorithms. The experimental results show that the proposed method has better performance in recommendation accuracy and recommendation efficiency.

With the rapid development of information technology, the information overload has become a very serious problem in web information environment. The personalized recommendation came into being. Current recommending algorithms, however, are facing a series of challenges. To solve the problem of the complex context, a new context recommendation algorithm based on the tripartite graph model is proposed for the three-dimensional model in complex systems. Improving the accuracy of the recommendation by the material diffusion, through the heat conduction to improve the diversity of the recommended objects, and balancing the accuracy and diversity through the integration of resources thus realize the personalized recommendation. The experimental results show that the proposed context recommendation algorithm based on the tripartite graph model is superior to other traditional recommendation algorithms in recommendation performance.

Recommender systems have proven to be an effective method to deal with the problem of information overload in finding interesting products. It is still a challenge to increase the accuracy and diversity of recommendation algorithms to fulfill users' preferences. To provide a better solution, in this paper, we propose a novel recommendation algorithm based on heterogeneous diffusion process on a user-object bipartite network. This algorithm generates personalized recommendation results on the basis of the physical dynamic feature of resources diffusion which is influenced by objects' degrees and users' interest degrees. Detailed numerical analysis on two benchmark datasets shows that the presented algorithm is of high accuracy, and also generates more diversity.

Collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is one of the most researched and widely used recommendation algorithms in personalized recommendation systems. Aiming at the problem of data sparsity existing in the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, which leads to inaccurate recommendation accuracy and low recommendation efficiency, an improved collaborative filtering algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm is improved in the following three aspects: firstly, considering that the traditional scoring similarity calculation excessively relies on the common scoring items, the Bhattacharyya similarity calculation is introduced into the traditional calculation formula; secondly, the trust weight is added to accurately calculate the direct trust value and the trust transfer mechanism is introduced to calculate the indirect trust value between users; finally, the user similarity and user trust are integrated, and the prediction result is generated by the trust weighting method. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the prediction accuracy of recommendations.

This article examines the method of latent-semantic analysis, its advantages, disadvantages, and the possibility of further transformation for use in arrays of unstructured data, which make up most of the information that Internet users deal with. To extract context-dependent word meanings through the statistical processing of large sets of textual data, an LSA method is used, based on operations with numeric matrices of the word-text type, the rows of which correspond to words, and the columns of text units to texts. The integration of words into themes and the representation of text units in the theme space is accomplished by applying one of the matrix expansions to the matrix data: singular decomposition or factorization of nonnegative matrices. The results of LSA studies have shown that the content of the similarity of words and text is obtained in such a way that the results obtained closely coincide with human thinking. Based on the methods described above, the author has developed and proposed a new way of finding semantic links between unstructured data, namely, information on social networks. The method is based on latent-semantic and frequency analyzes and involves processing the search result received, splitting each remaining text (post) into separate words, each of which takes the round in n words right and left, counting the number of occurrences of each term, working with a pre-created semantic resource (dictionary, ontology, RDF schema, ...). The developed method and algorithm have been tested on six well-known social networks, the interaction of which occurs through the ARI of the respective social networks. The average score for author's results exceeded that of their own social network search. The results obtained in the course of this dissertation can be used in the development of recommendation, search and other systems related to the search, rubrication and filtering of information.

AbstractA recommendation can inspire potential demands of users and make e-commerce platforms more intelligent and is essential for e-commerce enterprises’ sustainable development. The traditional social recommendation algorithm ignores the following fact: the preferences of users with trust relationships are not necessarily similar, and the consideration of user preference similarity should be limited to specific areas. To solve these problems mentioned above, we propose a social trust and preference segmentation-based matrix factorization (SPMF) recommendation algorithm. Experimental results based on the Ciao and Epinions datasets show that the accuracy of the SPMF algorithm is significantly superior to that of some state-of-the-art recommendation algorithms. The SPMF algorithm is a better recommendation algorithm based on distinguishing the difference of trust relations and preference domain, which can support commercial activities such as product marketing.

Collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is the most successful technology for recommendation systems. However, traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm does not consider the change of time information. For this problem, this paper improve the algorithm with two new methods:Predict score incorporated with time information in order to reflect the user interest change; Recommend according to scores by adding the weight information determined by the item life cycle. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the traditional item in accuracy.

In view of the present personalized ranking of search results user interest model construction difficult, relevant calculation imprecise problems, proposes a combination of user interest model and collaborative recommendation algorithm for personalized ranking method. The method from the user search history, including the submit query, click the relevant webpage information to train users interest model, then using collaborative recommendation algorithm to obtain with common interests and neighbor users, on the basis of these neighbors on the webpage and webpage recommendation level associated with the users to sort the search results. Experimental results show that: the algorithm the average minimum precision than general sorting algorithm was increased by about 0.1, with an increase in the number of neighbors of the user, minimum accuracy increased. Compared with other ranking algorithms, using collaborative recommendation algorithm is helpful for improving webpage with the user interest relevance precision, thereby improving the sorting efficiency, help to improve the search experience of the user.
