In recent years, brand crises and greenwashing events have become common for Chinese consumers. However, compared to ordinary brands, it is more challenging for green brands to rebuild trust relationships with consumers after a green brand crisis due to their unique energy-saving and environmental protection attributes. The impact mechanism of green brand crises on consumer trust is complicated. To evaluate the different effects of different types of crises, this study used a sample of more than 1000 questionnaires to allow a regressive analysis, robustness test, endogenous test, mechanism test, and heterogeneity analysis. The study’s results show that product functional and value-related crises harm green brand trust, and both brand perceived value and perceived risk play an intermediary role in the mechanism. Brand familiarity plays an essential role in the relationship between the green brand crisis and green brand trust.

Protection is one of the key factors to be considered in application development. Every application should follow some security mechanisms to be free from fraudulent users. One of the important criteria to ensure security is Access control. [4]The reliability and security of the cloud and user are assured and effectively guaranteed during its interaction in the cloud computing environment. But these traditional models were unable to determine the vulnerability and ambiguity created by these open conditions. So the main focus throughout the evolution of new access control methods is on creating a mutual trust relationship between both interaction parties. The paper proposes a mutual access control model which is trust-based (MTBAC). Trust relationships between both interaction bodies are secured by mutual trust mechanisms. This model takes both the cloud service node’s trustworthiness and user’s action trust into consideration.

To obtain the suitable alternative(s) for the organization, this paper proposes a more practical method to solve the decision-making problems in society. That is combined with the TODIM (TOmada de decisão interativa multicrit e ´ rio). The maximizing dominance degree model to reach consensus is proposed with two following components: (1) constructing the complete trust relationships network; (2) the maximizing dominance degree feedback mechanism to reach group consensus. Therefore, firstly owing to the complexity of the trust relationships network, judging the direct and indirect trust propagation paths among the decision makers (DMs) to construct the complete trust relationships network and identifying the highest value of Trust Score (TS) as the leader is possible. Then identify the inconsistent DM based on the established consensus index. During the feedback process, inconsistent DMs adopt the feedback mechanism based on the dominance degree of the leader until the group consensus is reached. Later, the corresponding ranking result is calculated by the TODIM method. Finally, a numerical example is applied to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimal model.

This chapter explores the future human and behavioural challenges that are likely to have an impact on cybersecurity. It identifies some general challenges that will need to be overcome. The first challenge will be to accept that cybersecurity practitioners are not average end users. It is important to understand cybersecurity as a social practice that is carried out in specific and variable contexts if we are to design successful behavioural and social interventions. The second challenge is to improve the levels of creativity and innovation demonstrated by cybersecurity practitioners. Finally, the third challenge is to look at how we address cybersecurity risk. Meeting these challenges will depend on developing a skill set among cybersecurity practitioners that puts soft skills on a par with technical skills, and establishes trust relationships through genuine dialogue realized through participative approaches to cybersecurity.

In Bogor city, there have been many permits that offer typical batik batik of Bogor. one of them isBogor batik Tradisiku, Tradisiku Bogor batik is a pioneer of typical batik Bogor. But now there are more and more competitors for Bogor Batik Tradisiku, that impact to the decline in sales ofBogor batik Tradisiku, Thus Spake demanding Bogor batik Tradisikuto continue fighting in intense competition. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze factors that Affect customer satisfaction and relationship quality (customer trust and customer commitment) ofBogor batik Tradisiku, Based on the results of the study, using Partial Least Square (PLS), it is known that Satisfaction with customer commitment is not significant. This is Because The value of P values has exceeded 0:05 or 5 percent. Customer trust relationships with loyalty are significant. This is due to the value of P values below 0:05 or 5 percent.

The purpose of the study: to find out the description of the caring behavior of nurses in the ward of the Makassar City General Hospital. Methods: This study used a descriptive survey using a non-probability sampling technique, namely consecutive sampling. The sample in this study was 77 people according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Collecting data using a questionnaire Care Q (the Nurse Behavior Caring Study) based on the opinion of Larson (1998, in Watson 2004). Questionnaire sheet. Results: The results showed that the caring behavior of nurses at the Makassar City General Hospital in general was mostly good (79.2%). , explanation and facilities (79.9 %), comfort (79.9 %), trusting relationship (71.4 %). Discussion: In the application of caring behavior nurses need to integrate various dimensions of caring behavior which include readiness and willingness, explanations and facilities, comfort, mutual trust relationships to improve the quality of nursing services which have an impact on increasing patient satisfaction and decreasing hospital days. Conclusion: Nurse caring behavior in Makassar City General Hospital in general is mostly good Suggestion: Nurses are expected to cultivate a culture of caring for patients by reminding each other among colleagues to improve the quality of nursing services

Climate change is one of the multiple stressors facing African cities; these cities are responding by developing climate change action plans including adaptation and mitigation policies. Effectively mainstreaming climate change in city plans and operations and moving from ambition to implementation is complex. Multi-actor engagement, transdisciplinary knowledge interactions, co-designing and sustained co-learning are often required in such planning and action contexts. In this paper, we trace and reflect on the process of developing an adaptation planning process for the City of Johannesburg, South Africa. Given shortcomings of the previous adaptation responses attempted in the City, specifically that of poor uptake, we trialled a more intentional and directly designed, formative and interventionist approach using Cultural Historical Activity Theory (CHAT). We reflect on what we as a research team and City officials learnt in this process. Our findings emphasise that exploring the local context remains critical in understanding and surfacing tensions with potential climate change responses. Failure to be mindful of such issues will likely result in mere compliance, and potentially, maladaptation. Contrary to experiences in other South African settings, rather than attempting to engage all actors simultaneously, our experience suggests that working with a core group initially, before expanding the circle of actors, is needed. These actors serve as mediators and pivotal actors for learning and change, and, with appropriate authority and passion, can drive, coalesce, and potentially re-enthuse waning interest from within. They leverage already existing trust relationships and strengthen participation throughout the process. Combined, these factors are critical for ensuring implementation and legacy.
