Currently, the question of state, formation and development of the information source interaction system, the scientific interaction and users' requestsin certain fields of activity remains relevant under the conditions of the development of the use of Internet services. Recommendation systems are oneof the types of artificial intelligence technologies for predicting parameters and capabilities.Due to the rapid increase in data on the Internet, it is becoming more difficult to find something really useful. And the recommendations offered by theservice itself may not always correspond to the user's preferences. The relevance of the topic is to develop a personal recommendation system forsearching books, which will not only reduce time and amount of unnecessary information, but also meet the user's preferences based on the analysis oftheir assessments and be able to provide the necessary information at the right time. All this makes resources based on referral mechanisms attractiveto the user. Such a system of recommendations will be of interest to producers and sellers of books, because it is an opportunity to provide personalrecommendations to customers according to their preferences. The paper considers algorithms for providing recommender systems (collaborative and content filtering systems) and their disadvantages.Combinations of these algorithms using a hybrid algorithm are also described. It is proposed to use a method that combines several hybrids in onesystem and consists of two elements: switching and feature strengthening. This made it possible to avoid problems arising from the use of each of thealgorithms separately.A literature web application was developed using Python using the Django and Bootstrap frameworks, as well as SQLite databases, and a system ofrecommendations was implemented to provide the most accurate suggestion. During the testing of the developed software, the work of the literatureservice was checked, which calculates personal recommendations for users using the method of hybrid filtering. The recommendation system wastested successfully and showed high efficiency.

The purpose of POI group recommendation is to generate a recommendation list of locations for a group of users. Most of the current studies first conduct personal recommendation and then use recommendation strategies to integrate individual recommendation results. Few studies consider the divergence of groups. To improve the precision of recommendations, we propose a POI group recommendation method based on collaborative filtering with intragroup divergence in this paper. Firstly, user preference vector is constructed based on the preference of the user on time and category. Furthermore, a computation method similar to TF-IDF is presented to compute the degree of preference of the user to the category. Secondly, we establish a group feature preference model, and the similarity of the group and other users’ feature preference is obtained based on the check-ins. Thirdly, the intragroup divergence of POIs is measured according to the POI preference of group members and their friends. Finally, the preference rating of the group for each location is calculated based on a collaborative filtering method and intragroup divergence computation, and the top-ranked score of locations are the recommendation results for the group. Experiments have been conducted on two LBSN datasets, and the experimental results on precision and recall show that the performance of the proposed method is superior to other methods.

This paper explores the influence of crisis-related information on customers’ recommendations and purchase intentions. Various studies have investigated the role of risk-related information in terms of its certainty and immediacy. This research introduces a model that differentiates and investigates different types of information provided by organizations through social network sites (SNSs) that are related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, including situational information and precautionary measures information specifically. The proposed model targeted users of SNSs in Saudi Arabia, where around 72.38% of its population is considered active SNSs users with 3 h of average daily time spent on SNSs. Based on the survey data collected from 356 online shoppers in Saudi Arabia, structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to test the proposed model. The reliability of instrument was tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), where the results showed acceptable model fit indices (X2/df = 2.6, GFI = 0.93, CFI = 0.94, TLI = 0.93, and RMSEA = 0.067). Based on that, the structural model was built and tested, which also showed acceptable fit indices (X2/df = 2.9, GFI = 0.92, CFI = 0.93, TLI = 0.91, and RMSEA = 0.073). The findings highlight that situational and adopted precautionary measures information had a significant impact on recommendations (γ=0.73) and purchase intentions (γ=0.39). Further, organizations that hold themselves accountable for broadcasting updated information related to the crisis and disseminating the necessary preventive measures develop a high level of recommendations and purchase intentions among customers. A personal recommendation construct was confirmed as a partial mediator, where an indirect significant influence was found of broadcasting information on purchase intention through personal recommendation (γ=0.309). Therefore, this paper suggests that organizations should consider offering customers all the necessary types of information related to the COVID-19 crisis.

Effective territorial organization of industry provides an opportunity to use the natural and economic potential of the regions, to ensure their socio-economic development, to increase their role in the development of the country. In the process of implementing economic reforms, the activities of the plethora of production facilities have been restored, and several new enterprises have been established. For this reason, there are bases for the allocation of new industrial hubs in the country. With this in mind, along with the existing industrial hubs, there are industrial cities that are being formed and have the potential for this. To ensure the formation of industrial hubs based on these cities, it is important to increase the number of light and food industry companies based on the processing of agricultural products. Research sources and methods. Scientific-theoretical and methodological sources in the treatise of Azerbaijani and foreign scientists in the field of industrial studies were used for analysis in the research process. Recently, research at the regional level has been widely covered. During the research, statistical materials and sources collected by the author in this field are used. The analysis in the article is carried out using historical-geographical study of areas, mathematical analysis, statistics, comparative methods. Scientific innovations and personal recommendation of the author. For the first time, the article examines the economic and geographical problems of industrial hubs that existed during the years of independence, changes in their economic structure. The author has shown their importance in the development of the regions, defined the role of the implemented State Programs, prepared proposals and recommendations in the field of development prospects of industrial hubs. Summary of the study. One of the directions of territorial organization of economic areas in the country is to ensure integrated development. For this, it is necessary to place the enterprises close to each other, which are connected on production-technological, use of labour resources and it is important to take the following factors as the basis for the separation of industrial hubs: 1) the presence of large-scale, regional and local production establishments engaged in the sequential processing of local and imported raw materials; 2) the existence of production infrastructure enterprises for the operation of production facilities in these enterprises; 3) the specialization of the products produced by the operating enterprises, the opportunities for its participation in inter-regional and international relations. It is also substantial to establish labour relations in the process of separating industrial hubs. Baku-Sumgayit, Mingachevir-Yevlakh, Shirvan-Salyan, Nakhchivan, Lankaran and Khachmaz are industrial junctions, and the industrial hubs are being formed in Imishli, Shamkir, Agjabadi and Goychay. The complex development of the economy in these industrial hubs can be carried out in different directions. Results. The formation of industrial hubs in the country is important for the efficient territorial organization of industry. This, in turn, is possible in the context of the implementation of important measures for the reconstruction of the economic structure in specific areas, leading to the creation of a full range of natural resources and processing of agricultural products. The development of cities that are in the processing of formation and have this potential is an important measure for the sustainable development of industry in the regions.

Abstract Introduction: In recent years, the problem of overprescribed antibiotics has become one of the most serious public health issues at global level. Clear evidence shows direct relation between antibiotics consumption and the resistance developed by the microbial agents Objectives: The aim of this study is to evaluate the frequency of antibiotics recommendations from other medical practitioners or pharmacists and reported self-medication, in the family doctor’s office Methods: We conducted a survey questionnaire on 184 family doctors from Romania that volunteered to gather information for one week on a daily basis. he questionnaire for adults had four questions, related to the frequency of antibiotics consumption based on the recommendation from emergency rooms or other doctors, self-medication, antibiotics recommended and delivered by pharmacies and personal recommendation of antibiotics Conclusion: We conclude that the level of antibiotics recommendations for diseases, which usually do not benefit from this type of treatment, is high, with a large proportion of adult patients coming to the family doctor for reimbursement. The level of auto-medication with antibiotics, in adults, is also elevated, in most of the cases based on leftover medication.
