In order to achieve the dynamic simulation of vehicle clutch, the paper calculated the dynamic parameters of the locking and sliding process of vehicle clutch and established a Matlab/Simulink simulation model which can describe the revolution state of vehicle clutch. Also, it analyzed the dynamic behavior of clutch locking and sliding process. The research illustrates that the simulation model can correctly describe the dynamics of moving vehicle with combining and separating process of the clutch, and the dynamic simulation analysis reflects the alternation of clutch locking and slipping process more intuitively than the static model. Moreover, the method provides a reference for the dynamic control and integral optimization design of automatic clutch.

According to the insufficient force analysis of the cable in the process of winch retraction, especially the insufficient research on the flexible cable retraction process such as the UHMWPE cable, the dynamic simulation analysis of the retraction process of the parallel grooved multi-layer drum and UHMWPE cable cable is carried out by using the virtual prototype software ADAMS. The simulation model of the cable is created by using the macro command program, and the virtual prototype model of the cable drum is completed, and the force changes of the cable under different rotating speeds are simulated.The simulation results show that the contact force between the cable and the double winding drum can be quickly stable under the specific load, and with the increase of the rotating speed, the maximum value of the tension change of the cable increases, but it is finally stable at a fixed value. The results can provide some reference for structural strength calculation of cable storage drum, selection of high molecular polyethylene cable and dynamic analysis of cable arranger under load.

In this paper, through analysis on characteristics of the operation of the mine fanner, According to the requirement of low speed and smooth operation and quick response for AC speed regulating system of mine fanner, a new control system that based on vector control of Fuzzy-PID was designed. The simulation model was simulated and analysised by MATLAB/SIMULINK. The result indicated that the vector control of Fuzzy-PID system can not only quickly responded to the change of the load torque but also have good speed control performance, and has reliable engineering practical value.

In order to reduce the common-mode voltage (CMV) for three-to-five-phase indirect matrix converter (IMC), the CMV with the conventional modulation strategy is analyzed. A novel carrier-based PWM (CBPWM) method is proposed in this paper. The zero vectors in the inverter stage are assigned to the rectifier stage, equivalently, which are not considered in the inverter stage. The zero vectors are selected appropriately to ensure that the dc-link is connected to an input phase with the minimum absolute value, so that the larger CMV can be avoided. Then, the modulation signals are derived by the duty ratios, which are used to compare with the only one carrier signal and generate the gate pulses of switches. With the proposed method, the CMV is reduced effectively compared with the conventional modulation strategy. This method is analyzed and researched with a simulation model established by Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results are provided in detail to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.

According to the load calculation of blade, the required maximum torque of rotational blade is obtained. A mathematic analysis method can be used to deduce the following results: the thrust of hydraulic cylinder is related to crank length, the connecting rod length, the eccentricity, the installation angle, and the variable-pitch driving force. Finally, the optimal values of pitch-controlled actuator are obtained. Based on three-dimensional modeling, assembly and dynamic simulation analysis, the virtual design of variable blade pitch mechanism is completed by using the software Pro/E. By means of dynamic simulation analysis, the rationality of this design is verified, facilitating the further on development mechanism's optimized design.

Using Matlab/Simulink software established the simulation model of UHV transformer and UHV power grid.The characteristic of magnetizing inrush current for UHV transformer was obtained by simulation.The paper also analyzed the impact on differential protection from it. Closing resistor inside circuit breaker method was proposed to restrain magnetizing inrush current.The method cuts down the amplitude and accelerated the attenuation speed of it, so as to restrain it. The simulation analysis verified the effectiveness of the method.

According to the simplified mathematical model of photovoltaic cell, a kind of simulation model of Photovoltaic cell based on output characteristics is established by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation software in this paper. By using this model, the output characteristics of different types of photovoltaic cells can be simulated in different light intensity and temperature. This simulation model has a simple model structure, and the parameters of model are easy to be adjusted. Output characteristics of the photovoltaic cell can be accurately reflected, and provide a reference for the research of PV system.

Abstract In this paper a results of a transient analysis of the linear actuator is presented. The linear actuator consist of the three cylindrical unmovable coils surrounded by a soft ferromagnetic case, a runner made from sequence of ferromagnetic and permanent magnet rings. The model of the linear actuator was implemented into two software: the Comsol Multiphysics and the Matlab-Simulink. Both environments are commonly used in simulation analysis, but the first one uses Finite Element Method (FEM) and the second one uses Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE). Moreover, the dynamic model was analysed in Matlab-Simulink software with value of electromagnetic phenomena implemented from Comsol Multiphysics. Comparison was made due to the time needed for calculation, accuracy of the simulation model as well as the as utility for further optimization process.
