Health information in all forms and developments from media must benefit public health. The prime responsibility is to spread the correct information in a clear and simple way. The purpose of this study includes the evaluation of campaigns published in the Turkish press under expressions that were used specifically for reporting on spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) patients, such as “be hopeful” and “running out of time.” Discourse analysis method in the context of health journalism was used within a framework of ethical principles. In the context of this study, the discourse of language published—that is, news created by health journalists during treatment processes of SMA patients and their families—was also examined. This study was conducted in order to increase awareness of health correspondents and is informed by a basic principle of “first do no harm” to public health, consistent with medical professionals.

This chapter develops the background and use of a basic principle for the entire book: LMX. Defined in the introduction, LMX is a relationship-based approach for managing teams. It drives leader effectiveness through developing dyadic relationships with members, and even using these dyads to build effective groups. Leaders measure the dyadic relationships in terms of the level of loyalty, support, respect, and trust. The leader treats each member as a unique individual as a singular relationship is built. In role making, leaders tend to put people into groups: in-group or out-group. LMX is a powerful way to create and nurture relationships between the leader and each member supervised. It shines the light on leadership communication and demonstrates how trust, respect, and loyalty can improve work relationships.

The article considers the basic principles and mechanisms of functioning of the church-administrative system of government of the Ecumenical Church. It is established that two opposing ecclesiological traditions (Greek and Slavic) were gradually formed, which testify to the lack of Unity and Conciliarism. The formation of two approaches to understanding the structure of the system of universal Orthodoxy was the reason for only a partial presence at the Great All-Orthodox Council in 2016. The article argues that in the Orthodox tradition there is no generally accepted interpretation of the interdependence of the principle of locality and the autocephalous status of churches. It is proved that the autocephalous church is always local, but the modern ecclesiological interpretation of locality does not automatically lead to the acquisition of autocephalous status. It is proved that the apostles and their closest disciples did not know and did not foresee any other principle of the existence of the Ecumenical Church than autocephaly. It is emphasized that such a mechanism of church government was based on the territorial principle. It is pointed out that such a division underlies the concept of locality in the Ecumenical Church. It is established that the study of the problem of autocephaly today is a key task of world Orthodoxy. Since the founding of Christianity, autocephaly has been a basic principle of apostolic preaching, which took into account the national and ethnic characteristics of the population of the Roman Empire. Autocephaly is one of the oldest institutions of the Church, which is a defining feature of Orthodoxy today. For two thousand years, this phenomenon remained unchanged, but there were different, even radically opposite approaches to understanding it. Because the theory of autocephaly emerges with Christianity, it is not an imposed or borrowed institution, but the very essence of Orthodoxy, the way it exists. It is claimed that the Ecumenical Church, being united in essence, is divided into independent Local Churches on an administrative and national basis. On a universal scale, the Orthodox Church testifies to the unity of the churches through the Eucharist. Every Local Church is already self-sufficient, for it has the fullness of the grace of the Holy Spirit, but through the Eucharist and the Councils the unity of the Universal Scale is expressed. Key words: cathedral, church, autocephaly, ecclesiology, canon law, patriarch, parish, metropolitan.

The scholars agree that the agreed upon sources of law in Islamic teachings are the Qur'an and the Sunnah. However, they have different opinions regarding ra'yu or logic in terms of being a source of law. One form of ra'yu disputed by scholars in the study of ushul fiqh is istishhâb. Simply put, istishab is the persistence of something as long as nothing else changes it. The purpose of this study was to determine the rules of fiqh related to istishhâb as well as the application and implementation of the concept and rules of istishhâb in sharia economic law. The results of the study indicate that the concept of istishhâb is based on the basic principle of belief which reads as al-yaqȋn lâ yuzâl bi al-syak” which means that belief cannot be dispelled because of doubt. The application of istishhâb concepts and rules in the field of sharia economic law is implemented in, first, debt-receivable disputes; second, the allegation of recording on the object of the sale-purchase contract; third, business profit reports; and fourth, the validity of multiple contracts (al-'uqȗd al-murakkabah).

The 33rd NU Muktamar in Jombang 2015 mandated about 'developing other businesses through collaboration with domestic and foreign parties that benefit the community at large in order to realize the khaira ummah' (AD/ART NU, Article 9). Since the 13th NU Muktamar in Pandeglang 1939, NU has initiated Mabadi' Khaira Ummah (MKU). MKU is the basic principle of forming an ideal society. MKU consists of five basic principles, namely, ash-shidqu (true not lying, trust) al amanah wal-wafa bil 'ahdi (trust, keeping promises, loyal, commitment), at-ta'awun (helping, mutual helping), al adalah (fairness) and al istiqamah (firmness, constancy, consistency). In the midst of the era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 as it is today, MKU is of course very urgent to provide a harmonious balance so that the goals of industry 4.0 productivity with the human life convenience of society 5.0 in various parts of the world can take place sustainably and full of grace. MKU is also becoming increasingly important alongside the 18 values of character education.

In this paper, piezoelectric sensing elements are used to assist in the study and analysis of ceramic art process optimization and visual quantization characteristics. A series piezoelectric element impedance sensor is designed based on the resonant frequency characteristics of the series piezoelectric element. Combining the resonant frequency characteristics of the series piezoelectric element and the basic principle of the impedance method, a multisensing impedance method based on the series piezoelectric element impedance sensor is proposed. The feasibility of the multisensing impedance method for monitoring the grout compactness was verified experimentally, and the basic principle of the method was further investigated by finite element simulation. The vase-type porcelain vessels were classified according to symmetry elements to find the characteristic points, the abdominal morphology was used as the basis for classification, and the screened samples were extracted from the contours to exclude the influence of other factors on the vessel shape. By the symmetrical elements of each type of ware, the classification principle of the ware type was designed and divided into six types, and each type was further subdivided into various types to establish a typological map of Qing dynasty bottle porcelain. The information entropy redundancy that describes the uniformity of the code appearance probability and the visual redundancy that describes the human eye’s sensitivity to image content or details are all entry points that can be considered for image coding. The experimental results show that the LBP-HOG fusion features can digitally express the information of ancient ceramic ornamentation and dig and verify the evolution of ceramic ornamentation with the times from the digital quantity. The GRNN model has an excellent performance in processing small samples of ancient ceramic data.

This article discusses the problem of education according to E. Fink and E. Levinas. In Fink’s opinion, education should acquaint young people with basic phenomena of human being, and introduce them to the problems of the being as a whole, immortality, culture and history. The basic method that should be used in education is the game method. According to Levinas, education should acquaint young people with The Other, with its uniqueness and originality. Respect and preservation of otherness is the basic principle in his philosophy. Moral education can only be realized as religious education, and communication with The Other can be achieved though prayer. Religious education is what can introduce a person to the history and culture of the world.

The current periodic table does not necessarily have a clear position for transition elements. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to use the basic principle discovered by Mendeleev as it is and to create a periodic table with consistency for transition elements. By setting some hypotheses, it was found that transition elements also have regular periodicity, so we succeeded in clarifying the energy level of electrons in each orbit. In addition, by utilizing its periodicity, the electron configuration for each orbit was predicted for unknown elements. In this paper, we did not take the conventional idea of electron orbitals, that is, the idea of forming a hybrid orbital, but assumed a new orbital. Since the state in which electrons fit in orbits and stabilize is defined as an octet, this idea was used as the basic principle in this paper, but the hypothesis that "there are only three orbits in each shell" was established and verified. The calculation of the energy level of the electrons on the orbit became extremely easy, and the order of each orbit could be clarified. It was also found that the three-dimensional structure of the molecule may be visualized by paying attention to the valence electrons of the outermost shell of the element and the octet of the stability condition. Therefore, in this paper, by slightly expanding the structural formula of Kekulé, it became possible to easily determine whether or not the molecule synthesized by the bond between elements is stable. In addition, it has become possible to predict the three-dimensional structure of the molecule as well. Furthermore, not only will it be easier for students studying chemistry to understand complex chemical reactions, but it will also be useful for researchers in the development and research of new drugs.
