In order to design a kind of temperature control system of the equipment used for baking farm products. The main function of the system is controlling the temperature in the baking room, ensuring it varies with the technological requirement. First, establish the system state equation based on the Fouriers Law. Then, set up the parameters such as the norms of the baking house, the thermal resistance of the wall and the air velocity in the baking house. As the model was established, input the technological temperature cure. The response curve shows that this system could satisfy the requirement of the process technology.

This paper introduces a Radio Frequency module based on the nRF905 all-digital granary wireless temperature monitoring system. The whole system adopts DS18B20 to measure the granary temperature, measurement data is processed by microprocessor MSP430 next, then carried out by the RF module nRF905 remote transmission, and displayed the measurement data through JHD1602. In addition to showing the temperature of the granary and alarming, the system can set up or modify the working parameters through keyword at control terminals. This system is characteristic of multi-point measurement, high-precision, wide rang of temperature monitoring, stability good and alarming timely, it may also apply in other related temperature control system, the versatility is very strong.

A precision temperature control system that uses ATmega128 as the main control microcomputer is built. The temperature is sensed by a Pt100 thermistor, and then converted into the voltage signal by a temperature transmitter to the microcomputer. Two kinds of digital PID (Proportional-Integral-Differential) algorithms are adopted to control the output power of the thermo-electric cooler (TEC) automatically. The test results of the improved temperature control system show that the set-up time of this system is about 340s and the temperature control accuracy is up to±0.1°C.

The focus of the paper is to provide a prototype implementation of a temperature control system using the open-source real-time operating system FreeRTOS and communication via a Controller Area Network (CAN). By using low-cost components and open-source software on low-cost STM32F407 Discovery Boards with ARM Cortex M4 processors, this prototype is an ideal target for classroom use. The Discovery boards provide built-in support for 2 CAN buffers, but no transceivers. This paper presents the implementation of a Master-Slave architecture with CAN communication using LibOpenCM3 libraries with FreeRTOS and a more general CAN implementation using Hardware Abstraction Libraries (HAL). The paper further discusses the concepts of CAN messaging and its parameters in detail to be applicable for anyone wanting to set up their own network. In addition to CAN communication between STM32F407 Discovery Boards, this paper also presents a prototype implementation of a temperature control system on STM32F407 Discovery boards showing use of most standard interfaces on the boards such as GPIO and I2C. It describes the hardware components of the system and the software implementation using a combination of HAL, LibOpenCM3, and FreeRTOS.

<p><em>Abstrak <strong>- </strong></em><strong>Transformator adalah peralatan listrik yang sangat vital dalam proses pembangkitan maupun transmisi energi listrik karena transformator dapat menaikkan atau menurunkan tegangan. Pada proses menaikkan dan menurunkan tegangan biasanya sering timbul panas akibat rugi – rugi tembaga pada inti besi dan kumparannya sehingga pada kondisi overload akan menimbulkan pemanasan yang berlebih dan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja transformator. Oleh karena itu dibuat sistem kontrol temperatur pada transformer yang dapat mengontrol temperatur di dalam transformator saat bekerja pada kondisi overload, sehigga transformatornya tidak terbakar. Dial thermometer digunakan sebagai alat yang mengontrol temperatur transformator pada sistem kontrol temperatur. Agar mendapatkan sistem kontrol yang optimal, maka setting temperatur pada dial thermometer di sesuaikan dengan temperatur maksimal tranformator dapat bekerja. Sehingga pada saat temperatur tertentu dial thermometer dapat memberikan sinyal untuk membunyikan alarm dan mengaktifkan kontrol kipas sehingga kipas dapat bekerja menurunkan temperatur transformator.<em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci - </em></strong><em>transformator, rugi – rugi tembaga, temperatur, sistem kontrol, dial thermometer<strong>.</strong></em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><em>Abstract <strong>- </strong></em><strong>A transformer is an electrical device that is vital in the generation and transmission of electrical energy because the transformer can raise (stepping up) or lower (stepping down) the voltage. In the process of raising and lowering the voltage is usually often caused heat loss of copper in iron core and coil so that the overload condition will cause excessive warming and can affect the performance of the transformer. Therefore, a temperature control system on the transformer can control the temperature inside the transformer while working under overload conditions, so the transformer is not burned. Dial thermometer is used as a device that controls the temperature of the transformer in the temperature control system. In order to obtain an optimal control system, the temperature setting on the dial thermometer adjusted to the maximum transformer temperature can work.
