The influence of the technological parameters of hot sheet stamping on the shaping of parts made of titanium alloy - forgings for helicopter screw linings is investigated. It is shown that the most suitable method for the manufacture of such parts is hot stamping with preheating. At the same time, the main technological requirement is the uniformity of heating, the need to exclude the movement of heated workpieces, as well as negative transformations in the material at micro and macro levels.

As a result of the analysis of the production and status of the fleet of flax harvesting machinery, negative problems with the machines of farms of different types were revealed. The extensive statistical material on the dynamics of changes in flax production indicators has been generalized. Conditional (reference) coefficients have been investigated and refined. The technological need for specialized flax harvesting equipment and its forecast for meeting Russia’s demand for flax fiber have been determined.

The tobacco blending is a special process in the tobacco product line. It plays a very important role in this area because it will affect the quality of the tobacco. The instant blending accuracy of the technological requirement is higher than 85%. This paper introduces an automatic alarm of tobacco blending accuracy based on PLC control system. The automatic alarming system is available and we can greatly improve the producing and automatic level. This is worth extending in the tobacco industry.

In this paper, to meet the security need of electronic records under the digital office environment, technological requirement of the security of electronic records is analyzed, and the security model of electronic records based on IPSec protocol is designed and tested under Windows 2000 Server system. As is showed in the test result, this model can secure the electronic records based on digital office environment.

This paper focuses on a single crane scheduling problem which is motivated by cooled-rolling material warehouse in the iron and steel enterprise. As storage technological requirement, coils have been stored on the pre-specified position in two levels. If a demanded coil is in the upper level, it can be picked up directly. If a demanded coil in the lower level is blocked by un-demanded coils, the coil can not be transported until all the blocking coils are shuffled to another position. Our problem combines transportation and shuffling simultaneously for crane to pick up all demanded coils as early as possible to designated place (makespan). We first propose a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model. Some analytical properties are further provided. Based on these properties, we propose a polynomial-time heuristic algorithm. Numerical experiments are carried out to confirm our proposed methods can provide high quality solutions.

In order to design a kind of temperature control system of the equipment used for baking farm products. The main function of the system is controlling the temperature in the baking room, ensuring it varies with the technological requirement. First, establish the system state equation based on the Fouriers Law. Then, set up the parameters such as the norms of the baking house, the thermal resistance of the wall and the air velocity in the baking house. As the model was established, input the technological temperature cure. The response curve shows that this system could satisfy the requirement of the process technology.

In order to improve the efficiency and precision of steel ball grinding, analysis the main factors which influence them, and then introduce the method of improvement, bring in the conception of damping board system, thus obtain the new craft plan of ball grinding. At last, obtain the corresponding technological requirement and design mentality by modeling analysis, to provide basis for the further research later.
