Remote Multi-Processor Updating System Based on In-System Programming and CAN-Bus

The tidal current energy generation system, which works underwater and is interfered by electrical transmission during the process of data communication, has field update requirements but cannot directly use In-System Programming (ISP) to update, so a remote multi-processor updating system is developed based on ISP and CAN bus. This system consists of a shore station host computer, master controller and the slaves. The host computer transmits the HEX file to the master controller via CAN bus, and the master controller updates the appointed slave by ISP. This paper studies retransmission mechanism and ISP process. The system avoids failed update caused by data channel interference through separating the HEX file transmission and the ISP process.

This paper researches the FlexRay bus main features, communication mechanism and topological structure, and then applies the FlexRay bus to all-electronic computer interlocking system communication network structure. Considering the fail-safe principle ,The paper studies the node design and bus configuration based on all-electronic execution units core , It realizes safe and reliable data communication between the all-electronic execution units and the interlocking machine, the maintenance monitoring machine. At last with real-time comparision between the FlexRay bus and the CAN bus in all-electronic computer interlocking system. it indicates that the FlexRay bus meets the data communication requirements in the computer interlocking system.

As the digital electronic engraving machine needs high speed and credible communication between a host computer and a slave computer, a data communication card for a high speed digital electronic engraving machine is designed and realized using PDIUSBD12 IC and S3C44B0X IC. PDIUSBD12 IC is USB interface device with parallel bus. In the paper, hardware circuit is described, USB driver program is depicted in detail based on the µC/OS-Ⅱ operation system, and the ways and means of debugging the data communication card are given. It has been experimentally validated that the data communication card is applied successfully and works steadily in high speed digital electronic engraving machines.

In this paper, a steering wheel angle and torque acquisition program consisted of a steering wheel angle and torque sensor, 16-bit Σ-A/D converter, SCM and CAN bus chip is described. It describes the A / D conversion, angle and torque values calculation , CAN Communication and host computer acquisition software implementation and other important processes for the method. On this basis, the steering wheel angle and torque data collection realization is finished,and it has operated in the actual vehicle environments. The results show that the system is of high precision, good stability, and it is suitable for driving behavior tests and vehicle handling and stability test.

With the increasing degree of automotive electronics, automotive electronic control systems continue to increase and a large amount of these complex systems using electronic chips to perform their own function, making them very difficult to repair. For ease of maintenance, automotive electronic control systems are generally designed with self-diagnostic function, which is usually referred to OBD diagnostic feature that can automatically diagnose faults of systems, store the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) in memory and can be read through the communication port. This article mainly focuses on fault diagnostic method for ECU in electric vehicle based on CAN bus, for electric vehicles are developed very fast in order to solve the energy crisis and environmental pollution. This diagnostic system described in the article has designed a host computer and a lower machine. The development of software in host computer is based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology and NEC micro-processing chip is used to develop the lower machine, achieving the automatic and controlled ECU test.

<p>This paper designs a smart card chip reader based on STM32, and gives a block diagram of the overall design of the system. It introduces the design of the peripheral hardware circuit of the main control chip STM32F103CBT6 and the RF processing chip THM3070, and the format of data communication between each part and flow chart. The communication between the host computer and the reader adopts the USB CCID protocol, which supports the USB full-speed communication rate of 12Mbps, improves the interrupt response, and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional serial port-based readers with low communication speed and poor interrupt response. At the same time, it realizes data interaction with the PC/SC standard PC application and has better versatility</p>

By selecting hardware, erecting CAN network structure and adopting appropriate software and standard communication protocol to debug the system, the system realizes the data communication between controller and Kingview based on CAN bus. At the same time?with the detailed description of the debugging process and the validation of debugging results, the system realizes the monitor to controller by programming computer through CAN bus and the CAN data have been in a state of monitoring in the whole process. Testing results show that the system has good reliability, real-time and practicality, and shows the advantages of CAN bus.

In order to realize high-speed and real-time communications between canbus and usb bus, a can/usb embedded adapter is designed in this paper. The hardware of the system consists mainly of AT89S51 as the local processor and PDIUSBD12 as the USB interface device, the sja1000 as the canbus interface device. Data communication is operated by the firmware and drivers. Adapter completely satisfies the needs of the CAN bus with its highest speed of 1Mps and it will be widely used in future for its high efficiency and low cost.

Existing ship electronic equipment are based on serial interfaces in accordance with NEMA0183 Protocol for the exchange of information, complex low transfer rates, lines, nodes exist, poor reliability shortcomings. Fieldbus (CAN) to its high anti-interference ability and higher traffic rates made up for these shortcomings, has been widely applied to automotive electronics, but in application of ship data communication has not been very good. As parallel operation of several single inverter modules, the alternating voltage outputted by the single inverter module should guarantee same frequency, same phase and equiamplitude. Otherwise, circumfluence will be caused in the single inverter module. The circumfluence not ecreases output capacity of the system but destroy the inverter in serious condition. So, restraint circulation is the key technology of inverter modules in parallel control. Based on the analysis of inverter modules in parallel control, this paper designs the parallel current sharing system of multi-inverter modules with TMS320LF2407A as the main hip, adopts the control strategy of “direct current sharing”, and achieves the data communication in multi-modules allel connection as well as the effects of multi-inverter odules in parallel current sharing control with CAN controller embedded in TMS320LF2407A.
