<p>This paper designs a smart card chip reader based on STM32, and gives a block diagram of the overall design of the system. It introduces the design of the peripheral hardware circuit of the main control chip STM32F103CBT6 and the RF processing chip THM3070, and the format of data communication between each part and flow chart. The communication between the host computer and the reader adopts the USB CCID protocol, which supports the USB full-speed communication rate of 12Mbps, improves the interrupt response, and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional serial port-based readers with low communication speed and poor interrupt response. At the same time, it realizes data interaction with the PC/SC standard PC application and has better versatility</p>

As the digital electronic engraving machine needs high speed and credible communication between a host computer and a slave computer, a data communication card for a high speed digital electronic engraving machine is designed and realized using PDIUSBD12 IC and S3C44B0X IC. PDIUSBD12 IC is USB interface device with parallel bus. In the paper, hardware circuit is described, USB driver program is depicted in detail based on the µC/OS-Ⅱ operation system, and the ways and means of debugging the data communication card are given. It has been experimentally validated that the data communication card is applied successfully and works steadily in high speed digital electronic engraving machines.

The tidal current energy generation system, which works underwater and is interfered by electrical transmission during the process of data communication, has field update requirements but cannot directly use In-System Programming (ISP) to update, so a remote multi-processor updating system is developed based on ISP and CAN bus. This system consists of a shore station host computer, master controller and the slaves. The host computer transmits the HEX file to the master controller via CAN bus, and the master controller updates the appointed slave by ISP. This paper studies retransmission mechanism and ISP process. The system avoids failed update caused by data channel interference through separating the HEX file transmission and the ISP process.

The sound gathering and broadcasting system in which the TMS320VC5416 is as the control center, the TLV320AIC23 as the codec and G.711 as coding standard is presented in this paper. The composition of the system, the design of the hardware circuit and the programming method of the software are proposed. The configuration mode of the Multichannel Buffered Serial Port (McBSP0 and McBSP1) of TMS320VC5416 and that of the control interface and the digital audio interface of the codec chip TLV320AIC23 are determined. The system realizes the storage and transmission of the digit audio signals well and obtains a high grade effect in time, with DSP chip processing the digit audio signals by means of the G.711 code standard.

We designed the fault detection equipment for artillery cotrol device, and the performances and faults of the three subsystems can be detected, according to their signal characteristics. In this fault detcetion system, the MCU is used as the master controller, and the A/D conversion chip MAX197 is applied to acquisit and convers data. The data will be processed by the MCU, then be transfered to LCD intelligent terminal through serial port, and finally be displayed and preserved in the terminal. This detection system can complete data acquisition and real-time fault detection, locating the faults to the specific parts. It can also provide expert maintenance proposal in the three subsystems of artillery control device. Besides, this system has great generality and practicability, and it is convenient for upgrating and reforming.

Road accelerated loading test equipment is an important device for making road surface test under dynamic load action, and making test and evaluation on road structure and road surface material. The paper analyzes structure and working principle of road accelerated loading test equipment, mainly researches hardware circuit design of control system. In order to realize real-time display of operational parameters, data communication between PLC and single chip microprocessor uses free port communication mode. The paper mainly introduces communication protocol and its realization method, and proposes partial key programs. Operation of road accelerated loading test equipment indicates the equipment has reliable operation, the control system has stable working, and the data communication system is simple and practical.

The article is devoted to the development of the digital measuring and computing system for conducting stabilometric studies. The proposed system is based on an electromechanical stability platform. The block diagram of the developed system is presented. The selection of electronic components for the system is analyzed. The developed system is based on the ATmega328 microcontroller on the Arduino Uno R3 board. The HX711 board is used as an analog-to-digital converter. Strain gauges of 50 kg are used to measure the patients’ pressure forces. The overall design, technological, technical, and operational characteristics of the developed stabilometric platform are presented in the paper. The physical model of the developed system is shown. The operating algorithm is described, and the block diagram for calculation of the main stabilometric indicators (the length of the stabilogram, the modules and directions of the velocities, angular velocities, and dynamic stabilization factors) is presented. There are several examples demonstrating test operations of the developed system. Trial measurements and calculations have shown that the designed system fully meets the technical requirements for stabilometry equipment. The developed measuring and computing system allows registration and calculation of the spatial and temporal characteristics of patients’ motions.

To realize online automatic measuring of total sugar content in chlortetracycline fermenter, we developed an online automatic measuring system based on MSP430 microcomputer. We designed the automatic sampling, filtering and washing of fermented liquid by controlling the I/O of MSP430 and the relay. The data of total sugar content was sampled and processed by MSP430. The data of total sugar content can display clearly and easily on host computer with the RS232 serial port connection between MSP430 and host computer. The software of this system was programed with C language based on IAR for MSP430 environment. The experiment results show that the online automatic measuring system of total sugar content in chlortetracycline fermenter can be met the demand of practical application.

The laser beam cutting machine integrated NC system is designed by using multiple controllers. The data communication between NC and laser generator is realized by RS485 bus. PIC bus is connected to DSPIC controller, which drives AC servo motor to run. Meanwhile, the design of system hardware circuit is introduced and parts of the circuit diagrams are shown. Design description of the system software is also given, which is to achieve the integrated control of laser and machine.

With the release of the standard, digital television terrestrial broadcasting is being gradually extended in many places. In order to speed up the extension and the application, also to evaluate the existing digital television terrestrial broadcasting system, we need a easy-to-use signal analysis and measurement system. The traditional signal measurement method is through the special hardware circuit to realize, but that method is high cost, and the system structure is complex and single function. To improve the flexibility of the system , we realize the system based on virtual instrument technology. In hardware section, this thesis described the block diagram of the system and the introduction of the NI vector signal analyzer. In software part, this thesis described the overall test system based on LabVIEW and the realization of the system features multi-threading, each step of synchronization signals achieved. The image Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show the result of this system test software system.
