The chapter illuminates the effect of climate change on biodiversity and ecosystem services. It also explains the present scenario of biological resources with biological diversity. The author describes the known biological resources and their uses with the help of flow chart and also shows the linkage among them. The author clearly explicates the inter-relationship between human activity, climate change, and biological diversity with charts. In the last section, the author talk about the effect on the paleo climate and impact of climate change on different parts of ecosystem services.

This study discusses the leadership of school principals in the context of new student admissions by zonation system, and tracking digital problems in the pandemic era. This study aims to analyze how technology responds to policies related to new student admissions in the Covid-19 era. A qualitative approach is used. researcher as an active instrument. Data related to leadership policies, intake of new students, and digital problems were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with data flow chart analysis by Miles and Huberman. The informants are the principal, deputy principal, student affairs, administration, and school operators. The findings show that the acceptance of new students at MAN 2 Jambi City takes into account the number of teachers, and facilities according to the on-line PPDB technical instructions. The on-line 2020/2021 PPDB acceptance is intended to apply 2 channels, namely the "general route and achievement (zonation system)" connected to the databases of the ministry of social affairs, the ministry of education, and the ministry of religious affairs to avoid fraud. Research also proves that the digital problem in this madrasah does not occur. It is recommended that the on-line PPDB implementation be carried out through a zonation system.

SARS-CoV-2 management in Emergency Department: risk stratification and care setting identification proposal based on first pandemic wave in Pisa University Hospital Background: COVID-19 patients require early treatment and admission to an appropriate care setting, considering possible rapid and unpredictable to Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. Objective: A flow-chart was developed by a multidisciplinary team of Emergency Department (ED) clinicians, intensivists and radiologists aiming to provide tools for disease severity stratification, appropriate ventilation strategy and hospitalization setting identification. Methods: We conducted a retrospective application of our model on 313 hospitalized patients at Pisa University Hospital including 222 patients admitted to ED for respiratory failure between March and April 2020. Risk stratification score was based on respiratory and chest imaging parameters, while management strategy on comorbidities and age.  Results: Age, comorbidities, clinical respiratory and arterial blood gas parameters, semi-quantitative chest computed tomography score were significant predictors of mortality (p<0,05). Mortality rate was higher in patients treated in intensive care units (26,5%) and undergoing endo-tracheal intubation (32,7%), compared to medical area (21,3%). We verified a good concordance (81,7%) between the proposed model and actual evaluation in ED. Outcomes analysis of subgroups of patients homogeneous for baseline features allowed to verify safety of our model: in non-elderly and/or non-comorbid patients (15% mortality) our scheme overestimates the risk in 30% of cases, but it suggests non-intensive management in patients with reduced functional reserve, elderly and with comorbidities (50% mortality). Conclusion: Correct management of respiratory failure COVID-19 patients is crucial in this unexpected pandemic. Our flow-chart, despite retrospectively application in small sample, could represents a valid and safe proposal for evaluation in ED.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the funeral ceremony in the Mat Lou ethnic community in Lilinta Village, West Misool District, Raja Ampat Islands. This research was qualitative using the social phenomenology paradigm with a flow chart model analysis. Results of this research: The culture of Raja Ampat community, especially in Lilinta village, which is Islam as a majority, has been through a culture diffusion and transformed with the existing local culture to produce a new culture. The cultures which are still conducted in the performance of various death are Tahlilan that has differences on its implementation, lifting the corpse using Koi (beds) where the other region in Indonesia those activities are conducted using coffins, the differences in making tombstone and also bones bath (Sof Kabom) which has various myth symbols in it. Immigrants have a role in spreading culture to bring up the assimilation of new cultural traits and elements of the Lilinta community in the form of other rituals that complement the death ritual

Cochleo-labyrinthopathy (CL) is an affection that in-volves cochlea and vestibular system. It occurs with the association of auditory symptoms (sensorineural hearing loss and tinnitus), vestibular symptoms (objective vertigo, unidirectional horizontal-rotary nystagmus and static or dynamic balance disorders) and neurovegetative signs (nausea, vomiting, pallor, sweating). The diagnosis may be difficult in paediatric age since the child is unable to clearly express their discomfort and symptoms. Multiple causes have been recognized but, in acute cases, infection is the most frequent etiological agent. The paper de-scribes a case of CL due to Herpes Virus 1-2 infection responsive to acyclovir and reports a flow-chart for the diagnostic approach to the vertiginous syndromes in children.

The study focuses on a two-handed robot with twelve degrees of freedom, six for each arm, and gives an example of calculating generalized coordinates for the two-armed robot limbs at their joint manipulation. The initial data for obtaining generalized coordinates are represented by the location of the work object, which is a cube. When solving the problem, the last arm links reach the faces of the work object with a given orientation. To obtain generalized coordinates, we used a hierarchical approach, which is based on an algorithm for solving the inverse problem of kinematics, and developed a control flow chart. The values ??of generalized robot coordinates were obtained for each location of the object of work, taking into account the kinematic constraints in the joints of the robot actuator. Findings of research show that it is possible to obtain generalized coordinates for the coordinated movement of the robot actuators with tree-like kinematic scheme.

Architecture is the art of designing buildings which are a microcosm of the universe. Traditional Balinese architecture is an embodiment of local wisdom in Bali which is inherited from generation to generation. In traditional Balinese architecture there is harmony between humans and creators, humans with humans and humans with nature. The background of this research is to identify the traditional Balinese architecture residence at 4.0 in Bukian. The purpose of this research is to find a formula or benchmark in building a traditional house using International Atropomometry. This makes it easier to build traditional houses due to the lack of Undagi in Bali. The method used is a quantitative method by making a sample house master plan to identify it with a flow chart. The results or conclusions of the natah pattern use the Tri Hita Karana concept, the barrier or floor uses the 1,0.8,0.6,0,4,0.2 approach. The approach in building a traditional house is SL= O+R+J+U.
