A practical design method of flyback switching power supply transformer was presented to solve the problem involved in too many formula and parameters calculation . This method explained the physics meanings of each parameter of the flyback transformer clear and concise, and gave the calculation methods and procedures of them based on practical engineering experience. An experimental result compared with the result designed by the software PI Expert 8 showed that the presented method was valid and more flexible.

Switching power supply is an important field of application of power electronic technology, the high frequency switching DC power supply with high efficiency, small size, light weight and other advantages obtain the widespread application. The application of synchronous rectifier technology, photoelectric coupling isolation technology and the active clamp forward converter design high frequency switching power supply with 16~40V DC input and 5V/100W DC output . its operational principle is analyzed, and using LM5026 control chip describes design method of switching power supply.

In order to guarantee the stability working of internal circuit of switching power supply, an internal power supply circuit with stabilization output was designed in this paper. Based on the voltage stabilization principle of zener diode, the internal power supply circuit put the high input voltage into 5v output voltage. Because of using module circuit, the circuit structure is simplified effectively. Based on 0.35um BCD technology, the internal power supply circuit was built in PSPICE. According to the experimental result, the internal power supply circuit can output stably in different input voltage and environmental temperature.

The converter can supply auxiliary power and ensure bus balances on the hardware. The converter used design method of single-ended flyback, clamping-diodes balanced the positive and negative buses. The design plan and parameter are described. The practice shows that the circuit can provide auxiliary power capability of 60W and the uneven degree of the positive and negative buses is 1.8V. The circuit can be used in any switching power supply, whose bus voltage range is ±(260-450)V.

The purpose in this paper is the design of the control to switching power supply for small perturbations. By the theoretical analysis and calculation, with the output filter inductor current and filter capacitor voltage switching power supply as two state variables, the conclusion is that control of the output filter inductor current sampling do well in the anti-jamming. The simulation is made for verification. And comparing the results, the current control mode shows a very strong anti-interference ability.
