Aiming at the problems such as limited transmission distance of traditional temperature data, complex wiring and aging line, ZigBee wireless network is introduced into the temperature acquisition system of the intaglio printing machine oven, which makes the whole system easy to operate and simple, and greatly improves the transmission distance of temperature signal. The composition of the temperature monitoring system and the hardware circuit of the ZigBee master node are described, including DC 5 V power supply circuit and USB interface power supply circuit, the connection circuit between the RADIO frequency board and the backboard, to realize the construction of the network and the wireless reception of temperature data. Ensuring the Continuity of Power Supply to the On-Board Auxiliary Devices of the Trolleybus through the Recuperation of Kinetic Energy

When a trolleybus travels through insulated sections of the overhead contact line, it experiences momentary power interruptions, which adversely affect the vehicle’s on-board auxiliary subassemblies. To reduce these negative effects, one can harness energy recovered via regenerative braking. A model power supply circuit diagram for structural systems of the trolleybus is proposed. Simulation tests were carried out to develop a method for analyzing power supply to trolleybus auxiliary devices and verify it in a real-life example. The results allow determination of the limit power that can be generated by the trolleybus drive system to feed auxiliary devices during interruptions in power supply from the overhead contact line. The possibility of powering the on-board auxiliary equipment of a trolleybus using energy from recuperation with a traction motor is presented.

Rancang Bangun Alat Pendeteksi Medan Listrik Portable untuk Keamanan Manusia

Medan listrik yang ditimbulkan oleh peralatan listrik memiliki dampak buruk bagi manusia, medan listrik tidak dapat dilihat dengan mata manusia namun dampaknya dapat dirasakan oleh tubuh manusia, untuk mengetahui adanya medan listrik dan jarak terjauh medan listrik pada suatu peralatan listrik, maka diperlukan alat pendeteksi medan listrik. Metode yang digunakan Pada proyek akhir ini adalah menggunakan IC CMOS CD 4093 dan sistem mikrokontroller AtMega 328 P. Adapun langkah-langkah yang digunakan yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan alat, perancangan perangkat keras, perancangan perangkat lunak, dan pembagian data. Perencanaan sistem ini terdiri dari 4 bagian : sistem sensor, sistem pengolah data, sistem penampil data dan rangkaian Catu Daya.Sistem sensor menggunakan IC CMOS CD 40493 yang berfungi untuk mendeteksi keberadaan medan listrik pada peralatan yang menggunakan sumber listrik. Sistem pengolah data berupa sistem minimum menggunakan mikrokontroller Atmega 328 P untuk mengolah data yang dihasilkan oleh IC CMOS CD 4093, kemudian bagian berikutnya adalah penampil data berupa LCD (Liquid Cristal Display) dengan type modul M1632 LCD, berfungsi untuk menampikan data yang ditangkap oleh sensor dan kemudian diolah pada sistem mikrokontroller Atmega 328 P kemudian ditampilkan pada LCD, Bagian terakhir yaitu rangkaian Power Supply, bagian ini sebagai penyedia catu daya agar rangkaian dapat bekerja semestinya.The electric field generated by electrical equipment has a bad impact on humans, the electric field cannot be seen with the human eye but its impact can be felt by the human body, to determine the presence of an electric field and the farthest distance from the electric field in an electrical equipment, an electric field detector is needed. . The data processing system in the form of a minimum system uses an Atmega 328 P microcontroller to process the data generated by the IC CMOS CD 4093, then the next part is a data viewer in the form of an LCD (Liquid Cristal Display) with the M1632 LCD module type, functions to display data captured by sensors and then processed on the Atmega 328 P microcontroller system then displayed on the LCD, the last part is the Power Supply circuit, this section serves as a power supply provider so that the circuit can work properly.

Rancangbangun Catu Daya Linier 5V, 12V dengan ZCD dan PWM

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sebuah prototype rangkaian catu daya linier yang dilengkapi dengan rangkaian zero crossing detector dan pembangkit PWM yang dapat digunakan sebagai pelengkap modul praktikum elektronika daya, terutama pada percobaan pengendaliaaan beban ac dengan TRIAC secara digital. Pemicuan dapat dilakukan berdasar sudut fasa, yang memerlukan pulsa ZCD dan pemicuan on-off yang memerlukan PWM. Catu daya linier dipilih dalam rancangbangun ini dengan alasan kemudahan perhitungan rancangan dan mempunyai gangguaninterferensi frekuensi radio yang rendah. Tegangan output catu daya linier adalah 5V dan 12V dengan arus output hingga 1.000 mA. The selection of the frequency and duty cycle values ​​is done by a rotary encoder switch. The output pulses of the ZCD and PWM circuits are designed for the TTL standard. Based on its designation, this linear power supply device is equipped with a safety short circuit on its output line.

Power flows in multi-junction power supply circuits

The article discusses a methodology that allows for an accurate calculation of the parameters of electrical equipment from the point of view of optimizing the power supply system. Taking into account the characteristics of transients processes makes it possible to select equipment in maximum load modes. Modeling of power flows caused by changes in the load of consumers is carried out on the example of calculating the power supply circuit of five junctions. It is shown that it is possible to change the direction of flows of transmitted electric power at certain ratios of parameters in individual elements of the circuit. Purpose of research: to show the possibility of changing the picture of the transmitted capacities by the elements of the power supply system, depending on consumer loads.
