Utilizing a high power discrete SiC-JFET developed by KEK, a switching power supply (SPS) that had a circuit topology of H-bridge was designed and constructed to drive the induction acceleration system for the KEK digital accelerator. The SPS was operated with a 38 Ω dummy resistance load and bipolar outputs of 800V and 21A were successfully demonstrated at 1 MHz. Also, the combination test with an actual accelerator cell is being conducted.

For the existence of a large input current harmonic content and the problem of low power factor, we propose an idea using APFC technical to design high power factor switching power supply to deal with it, meanwhile, the design process of APFC circuit parameters of the various components is given. Finally, the design proved to be correct and feasible by the simulation with Saber.

This paper designs a type of intelligent switching power supply controller for LED street lamp. The configuration and principle of the controller is detailedly analyzed in this paper. Microprocessor PIC12F675 is employed in the design. With the controller, According to defferent illumination requirements, the controller achieves constant voltage and different constant LED current is automatically regulated to achieve energy saving without LED light intensity decrease notably. The controller is easy to be realized in circuit with high efficiency and high power factor.

Now integrated PWM switching power supply has been used widely in the fields, like communication, computer, etc. In order to meet performance requirements of r portable electronic products for power, switching power supply must be developed mainly aimed at high efficiency, high-precision and small size. Combing a typical Buck converter, this paper uses state-space averaging method to establish a small signal model of the whole system.
