The development of increasingly sophisticated medical science and technology has an impact on the development of science and technology in the field of medical-devices. One of the existing equipment and is often used in hospitals, one of which is an IV. Currently in the world of health, infusion is still controlled manually. Because it takes time if the nurse has to go back and forth throughout the patient room. Not only is it time consuming, but there will be risks if it is too late to treat a patient whose infusion has run out. Technology needs to be used to minimize risks in the medical world, one of which is the application of IoT technology. This study aims to make it easier for nurses to control infusion conditions in real time using the concept of IoT ( the Internet of Things). The method used is the Waterfall method. This research uses hardware consisting of Load Cell with the HX711 module as a weight sensor, NodeMCU V3 as a processor, and Thingspeak Web server as the interface with the user. The results of the measurement of the tool made have an error of 0.25 Gram, sending data to the Thingspeak.com Server requires a good connection for maximum results.

Aiming at the teaching challenge of cultivating integrated talents of Internet of things worldwide, and combining with the social background of fire rescue and management problems, We propose a virtual simulation teaching platform for the Internet of Things under the background of intelligent fire protection application. Based on the overall structure of the Internet of Things, different fire scenarios that cannot be simulated in real life are constructed through virtual simulation technology. OMNet++ technology is adopted to carry out virtual deployment of fire nodes for the overall structure of the building, and experiments such as cluster routing simulation, communication transmission simulation and wireless sensor node data acquisition simulation are designed. Meanwhile, a 3D fire data model is established using big data to simulate the best fire extinguishing scheme and the best escape strategy. From aspects of the Internet of Things system design and development, sensor principle and application, Internet of Things communication technology and Internet of Things data storage and application, we have realized the efficiency, innovation and challenge of the Internet of Things teaching. The virtual simulation teaching platform we built has been deployed and put into practical teaching, which has received positive response from students and achieved excellent teaching effect.

There is a demand to change the contents and activities, and adapt the methods for higher education institutions, especially, universities to let researchers and educational to act more efficiently in a digital context. A well-designed campus, finally combining technology, is basic for developing digital university by facilities for learning, teaching, and research, enhancing the student trials, and supplying the convenient settings. Within digital universities, technology can improve security, reduce costs, and offer devices for faculty, scholars, academics, and students. These advantages give more attention to university processes and evolutions, the experience of researchers, and students. In this research, we have done a study on the Internet of things and what its role in the development of education through the review for a group of previous research. In addition, we have studied the smart class and its components and the difference from the traditional class, and then we have displayed the smart laboratories and its applications. At the end of the research, the great importance of Internet things in universities and its importance to the teacher and the student was concluded by learning faster and developing and improving the educational process.

Design of digital teaching platform of the Internet of Things (IOT) is to solve the technical problem about how to provide all-digital, high-simulation and feature-rich digital teaching platform of IOT. This design includes the operating terminal, the master node of IOT, slave node of IOT, RFID Read/Write modules and RFID labels. Compared with the existing technology, this design can simulate the operation and usage of IOT in various application environments, it is very convenient for students to study and master the basic technology of IOT, it can be widely used in all kinds of school teaching and scientific research.

The existing stand-alone multimedia machines and online multimedia machines in the market have certain deficiencies, so they cannot meet the actual needs. Based on this, this research combines the actual needs to design and implement a multi-media system based on the Internet of Things and cloud service platform. Moreover, through in-depth research on the MQTT protocol, this study proposes a message encryption verification scheme for the MQTT protocol, which can solve the problem of low message security in the Internet of Things communication to a certain extent. In addition, through research on the fusion technology of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, this research designs scheme to provide a LightGBM intelligent prediction module interface, MQTT message middleware, device management system, intelligent prediction and push interface for the cloud platform. Finally, this research completes the design and implementation of the cloud platform and tests the function and performance of the built multimedia system database. The research results show that the multimedia database constructed in this paper has good performance.
