There are three work posts in this warm extruder: upsetting station backward extrusion station and blanking station. They work continuously. The manipulator is mainly used to passing artifacts from one station to another. The warm extrusion forming process manipulator for steel connecting sleeve typically was designed to reduce labor intensity and enhance production automation level. The machines structure and working principle were described. In the same time, the machine control system that adopts the PLC programmable controller can simplify the control system, and its reliability strengthens further. Practices show that the strapping machine has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, low cost and small vibrating noise.

The strapping machine for Paper Bills typically was designed to reduce labor intensity and enhance production automation level. The machines structure and working principle were described. There are three work posts in this equipment, they work continuously. This approach makes it very easy to split up a complex transformation into a series of simple transformations arranged in a loop line. The machine includes currency count/counterfeit distinguishing system, conveying system and strapping system. In the same time, the machine control system that adopts the PLC programmable controller can simplify the control system, and its reliability strengthens further. Practices show that the strapping machine has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, low cost and small vibrating noise.

The control system uses pyroelectric infrared sensor as the detecting element, STC89C52RC microcontroller as the control core, to detect and determine the direction of human movement, demographics and intelligent control of indoor appliances. This control system has simple structure, reliable performance, low cost, it can be used in homes, school classrooms, large venue and other places, has good prospects. This article elaborates from the working principle, hardware circuits, program design and other aspects.

This work introduces a new way to control hydraulic cylinder velocity using an inlet metering pump system to control the hydraulic flow entering the cylinder. The inlet metering system consists of a fixed displacement pump and an inlet metering valve that adjusts the hydraulic fluid flow entering the pump as required. The energy losses associated with flow metering in the system are reduced because the pressure drop across the inlet metering valve can be arbitrarily small. The fluid is supplied to the inlet metering valve at a fixed pressure using a charge pump. A velocity control system is designed using the inlet metering system as means to control the fluid flow to a hydraulic cylinder. In addition to the inlet metering system, the velocity control system designed in this work includes a four-way directional valve to set the fluid flow direction according to the desired direction of the hydraulic cylinder velocity. Open-loop and closed-loop proportional and proportional derivative (P and PD) controllers are designed. Designs with the goals of stability and performance of the system are studied so that a precise and smooth velocity control system for the hydraulic cylinder is achieved. In addition to potentially high efficiency of this system, there is potential for other benefits including low cost, fast response, and less complicated dynamics compared to other systems. The results presented in this work show that the inlet metering velocity control system can be designed so that the system is stable, there is zero overshoot and no oscillation.

Aiming at the problems of high performance piston head can not produced by using casting and hot die forging, the warm extrusion molding method is proposed, based on the analysis of factors influencing for forming, rational scheme of orthogonal experiment was designed, a series of analysis for simulation results by using the range analysis method and comprehensive balance method, the optimal forming process parameters combination are identified, the optimal result are verified by the DEFORM software.

This paper describes a low cost solar tracker with high efficiency in PV generating system. The detecting device adopts two ultraviolet (UV) sensors to detect the sun’s position. The output of detecting device is a series of combination signals. And this output signal is directly used to control DC motor’s deflection to sun. No microcontroller is adopted in this design. The simple structure makes this solar tracker reliable and easy implementation.

In order to meet requirement of separation screen for tenebrio molitor L, one separation screen was designed, this product has a good separation, simple structure, low cost, high efficiency, easy operation. Based on the analysis of design requirement of separating screen for tenebrio molitor L, overall structure, working principle and the main structural parameters were determined. The kinematic mathematical model of shaking mechanism was established by using the vector method. The kinematics analysis of shaking mechanism was conducted by using Matlab, the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of sieve box were obtained. The performance test showed that the prototype machine can screen different instar tenebrio molitor L and frass, this machine has good screening effect. In addition, machine design and performance are able to meet the design requirements.
