Recently, with the rapid agricultural application progress in China, greenhouse control issues have been better addressed. The greenhouse control technology, as an emerging technology, is increasingly being widespread attended, and is gradually walking in the direction of constructing good quality, high output efficiency agricultural systems. In this new situation, we need to carry out market research, carefully research the greenhouse automatic control theory based on SCM technology, and design automation control system with best effect. The performance test result shows: This new system has a good usable performance, while related technology can provide a scientific basis for further research in the future. A kind of gate automation group control system is designed based on LoRa networking, which is composed of intelligent gate control subsystems installed on all levels of channels, LoRa network and a cluster control system running in the monitoring centre. The system uses the water level and flow rate method, Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter, and laser water level gauge to realize the automatic metering function of the gate; the ultra-low power gate cluster control system based on LoRa network realizes the intelligent control and wireless remote communication of the gate terminal; Provides three different types of gate automatic control modes to meet the water supply needs of different types of irrigation areas; through the design of dual-circuit redundant power supply system design for solar power supply and mains power supply, the power supply problem of the gate field work is solved; remote dynamic water transfer control application software package realize the remote control, automatic control and system linkage of the gate.

With the development of industrial automation, people are increasingly demanding high product quality. Especially in automotive and aerospace fields, the fatigue quality of components determines the merits of the whole vehicle. Therefore fatigue performance testing has good prospects. Pressure pulse testing rig is a automatic control system. The system uses the solution which combines the virtual instrument technology with PLC controller technology. It has the ability to get the function of signal acquisition, signal analyzing, data processing and automatic control together. It enables the system to run automatically in accordance with setting commands and avoids the problem that the CNC system lacks of real-time capability and the disadvantage that the whole PLC driver control system can not meet the requirement of data acquisition and data processing. At the same time, it has both the advantages in the open CNC system and advantages in the controller system and can realize the highly efficient control.

With the high demand for steel building steel works, steel quality requirements are also gradually increasing, continuous innovations in technology in steel plant to produce high quality all steel. Now widely used in the metallurgical industry in top blown oxygen steel-making, automatic control system of oxygen Lance in converter steelmaking on oxygen top blown oxygen process plays a key role in lifting control. In order to forge a more quality steel products, need to study the Lance system automation control performance. So with Lance for the study, with Siemens S7-400PLC has designed a new type of control system of oxygen gun. And related programming, introduced the hardware components and PLC control system of oxygen gun. Proof, the system reached the Lance to pinpoint and aim to increase production efficiency. This work is devoted to the important problem of the contemporary automatic control theory – creation of integrated technologies of design of ACS (Automatic Control Systems). Such technologies must provide complex solution of the controlled object’s state evaluation and synthesis of the control law. The main practical result would be ACS accuracy increase. The new concept of ACS design for realization of integrated technologies conditions the urgency to confirm its efficacy’s by applied results in creation of concrete working systems. Research in this direction of automatic control theory is at its initial stage, at which it is important to evaluate possibilities of new technologies on simple ACS’ functioning models. The author presents a model of a one-channel attitude control system for a platform based on an angular velocity sensor providing instantaneous posterior estimation of platform’s rotation angle error. Values of the disturbance torque, acting on the platform, and angular velocity measurement errors on the considered observation interval are set as random numbers that stay constant on this interval. The author presents the analysis of control and state evaluation for the object of control, implemented by the synthesized system for two versions of the object: in the absence and in the presence of its own damping torque. The author demonstrates a modification of adjuster’s structure to achieve accuracy increase for the platform’s parameters evaluation.

This paper puts forth an overall plan of integrated control system based on PLC and touch screen according to the technological requirements of wire ropes cleaning and detection line. It introduces an automation control system composed of two parts by touch screen and PLC automation control system. The core of the control system is the PLC which uses I/O to achieve the control of the switch. Touch screen communicates with PLC by means of RS232 to complete all parameters input and actuators operations. First, it designs various modules of the hardware circuit according to the general scheme. PLC controls rough brush motor, high-pressure water cleaning motor, water drying valve, oil drying valve through I/O module. PLC controls take-up motor by D/A output module. It uses temperature controller to realize automatic heating control in the process of water heating and oil heating. At the same time the temperature controller communicates with PLC by means of RS485. Then, it designs the software of PLC control system which adopts the idea of modular design. As to the software of PLC control system, many programs are designed such as manual control function, automatic control function, communicating function and so on. Finally, it designs the Human Machine Interface system which completes many functions such as manual control operation, automatic control operation, parameter setting, system diagnosis, historical records and help system. The system makes the automation and intellectualization to be realized. It can monitor parameters real-time and improves production efficiency.

A new design technique about pulse magnetron sputtering control system Which bases on multifunction controller and automatic control theory is proposed. This system includes a host PC, a gust multifunctional controller and the local instruments. It controls the process of films deposition automatically and it is also composed of three models corresponding for different operational requests. The characteristic of sputtering deposition films shows the steadily and effectively advantages in this technique.

In this paper, a second-order discrete-time automatic control system is studied. This work is a continuation of the research presented in the author’s papers “On the Aizerman problem: coefficient conditions for the existence of a four-period cycle in a second-order discrete-time system” and “On the Aizerman problem: coefficient conditions for the existence of threeand six-period cycles in a second-order discrete-time system”, where systems with two- and three-periodic nonlinearities lying in the Hurwitz angle were considered. The systems with nonlinearities subjected to stronger constraints are discussed in this paper. It is assumed that the nonlinearity not only lies in the Hurwitz angle, but also satisfies the additional sector-condition. This formulation of the problem is found in many works devoted to theoretical and applied questions of the automatic control theory. In this paper, a system with such nonlinearity is explored for all possible values of the parameters. It is shown that in this case there are parameter values for which a system with a two-periodic nonlinearity has a family of four-period cycles, and a system with a three-periodic nonlinearity has a family of three- or six-period cycles. The conditions on the parameters under which the system can have a family of periodic solutions are written out explicitly. The proofs of the theorems provide a method for constructing nonlinearity in such a way that any solution of the system with initial data lying on some definite ray is periodic.
