With the development of industrial automation, people are increasingly demanding high product quality. Especially in automotive and aerospace fields, the fatigue quality of components determines the merits of the whole vehicle. Therefore fatigue performance testing has good prospects. Pressure pulse testing rig is a automatic control system. The system uses the solution which combines the virtual instrument technology with PLC controller technology. It has the ability to get the function of signal acquisition, signal analyzing, data processing and automatic control together. It enables the system to run automatically in accordance with setting commands and avoids the problem that the CNC system lacks of real-time capability and the disadvantage that the whole PLC driver control system can not meet the requirement of data acquisition and data processing. At the same time, it has both the advantages in the open CNC system and advantages in the controller system and can realize the highly efficient control.

Control and monitor system of foamed cement mixing device are designed based on PLC and MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System) configuration software, it realizes data collection and dynamic monitoring, data processing. Through the control system, it achieves automatic control to foamed cement mixing device. Experiments show the system has advantanges of high precision, reliability and good maintain.

A kind of gate automation group control system is designed based on LoRa networking, which is composed of intelligent gate control subsystems installed on all levels of channels, LoRa network and a cluster control system running in the monitoring centre. The system uses the water level and flow rate method, Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter, and laser water level gauge to realize the automatic metering function of the gate; the ultra-low power gate cluster control system based on LoRa network realizes the intelligent control and wireless remote communication of the gate terminal; Provides three different types of gate automatic control modes to meet the water supply needs of different types of irrigation areas; through the design of dual-circuit redundant power supply system design for solar power supply and mains power supply, the power supply problem of the gate field work is solved; remote dynamic water transfer control application software package realize the remote control, automatic control and system linkage of the gate.

Commercial means of automatic control system of electricity metering, as is known, are installed on the input switchgear and measure the power consumption of all electrical consumers of this metering facility. Such data do not give a complete picture of electricity consumption on each floor of the metering facility, which in turn does not allow the implementation of energy saving measures. Also, these metering systems for electricity metering have a high cost. The article proposes a method of data processing and transmission to the server with their subsequent analysis of power consumption on each floor of the object under study using the ARDUINO microcontroller. Such an accounting system has a lower cost than an automatic control system of electricity metering industrial production. The article presents the scheme of implementation and types of current and voltage sensors. The topology of the measuring complex is also considered in the article. Such a topology can expand and keep not only the general account of a concrete floor, but also in the generality of each educational audience separately. Collecting such data on electricity consumption, it is possible to conduct a qualitative analysis of rational electricity consumption in the educational process, it means that for example in sufficient natural light artificial lighting in the classroom does not need to be used, or after laboratory tasks in a computer class, computers there is still some time. The introduction of energy-saving housing is performed due to the comparative characteristics of the power of gadgets, laboratory stands, etc. with the number of students in the group in accordance with the approved educational process. The algorithm of data processing, analysis of rational use of electric energy and comparative characteristics are implemented on the university server.

The paper introduces the principle of multi-channel voltage pulse testing scheme based on Lab Windows/CVI. 32 channels of a control system are synchronized acquired through a PXI module NI 6259 and displayed on the virtual instrument interface developed with CVI. The paper illustrates the process of synchronized-selecting more detail in figures and presents a means of how to transform a datum matrix come from NI 6259 to another one which can be calculated and programmed conveniently.

Temperature is the main environment parameter to industrial and agricultural production. To timely and accurate measurement is having great significance. A lot of production equipment, thermal equipment and large warehouse need for temperature measurement. Therefore, design a kind of ability of temperature automatic detection system has widely application value. This design is mainly on the Labview virtual instrument platform to develop a temperature acquisition system. We use good interface of Labview for data acquisition which is real-time display data in Labview. It can realize serial port function and will transfer to PC owners system. The data collected in the Labview environment for data processing and analysis, and it can accord the analysis of the results to control the singlechip microcomputer temperature.
