Internet of Things (IoT) is the most discussed topic nowadays and it finds many applications in various industries. The development of efficient agricultural systems has become essential to address the challenges of feeding the enormous and ever-increasing population around the globe. One way of dealing with this is to expand agricultural production standard and quantity. An integrated IoT system with irrigation and finishing on the market was missing. To increase production efficiency, farmers shall collect massive data from various devices. The system's effectiveness depends on the performance of the sensor under various climate changes. The network and a closed-loop feedback system need to be connected to the system for maximum operational capacity. The module of the Soil Moisture Sensor and the MCU ESP8266 V2 MCU Node, the float switch and the 5V Optocoupler relay module are used in this project. The remote control of the system is a mobile application. If the moisture level in the soil reaches the desired value, it will stop water supply. The project could be expended on a larger scale in the future and the system may also be developed with solar energy rather than batteries.

A factor in ensuring reproduction in agriculture is the development of a bank lending system. Currently, the need for credit resources in agriculture requires further development of a specialized system that would meet the requirements and conditions of a modern market economy. Issues of formation and development of the credit system in agriculture are considered both by domestic economic theory and practice and by countries with developed market relations, which are based on the development of the infrastructure of modern credit relations, forms and methods of lending. The sphere of agricultural lending is in the process of formation due to imperfect legislative provision, underdevelopment of the credit products market, and the absence of the vast majority of market infrastructure entities. Solving these problems will help expand the availability of agricultural producers to credit resources, as well as ensure the stabilization and development of the industry. Agricultural production is a strategically important sector of the national economy, the development of which depends on the level of food and national security of the country. The development of the modern agricultural sector as the most important component of the national economy largely depends on external sources of financing, the main of which is bank lending. State support for lending to farmers is an objective necessity. At the same time, limited access of farmers to credit resources of banks makes it impossible to increase production efficiency. Increasing the availability of farmers to credit resources is one of the priority areas for ensuring the dynamic development of agriculture, their functioning on self-financing and self-sufficiency. A well-established lending system plays an important role in lending to agricultural producers. Studies on the development of the bank lending system for agricultural producers indicate the lack of a developed legal framework for providing farmers with bank loans for both operating and investment activities. Preferential lending regime introduced in the practice of lending to farmers in modern conditions does not work due to lack of budget funds.

Vietnam's domestic coal production is growing fast and is expected to reach 68.9 million tonsin 2030, nearly 1.5 times higher than today. Open-pit mines will gradually reduce production and close, and underground mining coal output will increase progressively year by year and take a leading role.Besides the investment in new mines to achieve these goals, it is necessary to maximize the coal reserveexploited annually of existing underground mine projects, which its coal reserve in pillars protectingroadways currently accounts for 12−15%. The further exploitation of this coal reserve will decrease thecosts of preparation of underground mines and granting mining rights and depreciation of infrastructureassets. Moreover, it will help reduce the loss of non-renewable resources and contributing to thesustainable development of Vietnam’s coal industry.

By comparing three nurseries in the Arkhangelsk region, a comparative analysis of some technological operations in the production of ball-rooted coniferous seedlings was carried out, similar problems were noted and solutions were proposed to increase production efficiency and reduce costs. Frame elements and attachments in greenhouses reduce the amount of light entering the seedlings by 40…45 %, which reduces the rate of photosynthesis. Therefore, it is recommended to rotate the cassettes according to their location in the greenhouse. To increase the illumination, the greenhouse covering should be promptly cleaned from residues and dirt. When planning and building greenhouses, it is necessary to exclude their shading by other infrastructure objects. Substrate for growing seedlings in containers should preferably be purchased from specialized companies and its composition should be controlled before sowing by chemical analysis. In order to increase the yield of seedlings per unit area, the scheme of 2 rotations should be used, while a prerequisite in the north is heating greenhouses in spring, as well as in summer during periods of cold snaps and frosts. Spruce seeds must be sown first, while pines follow second. In this case, both breeds will reach standard parameters by the beginning of the next growing season. To reduce the difference in the amount of liquid to the seedlings during irrigation and fertilization, which reaches 270 %, it is necessary to constantly control these processes, timely cleaning of filters, elimination of breakages, regulation of the amount of liquid coming to the seedlings by means of nozzles or rotation of cassettes. It is possible to accelerate the seed germination and the seedling growth by using stimulants — environmentally safe humic preparations. Soaking the spruce seeds in the solution of the «Ekorost» preparation helped to increase germination and germination energy up to 13 %. Irrigation with a solution of this preparation increased the yield of standard seedlings of spruce by 40,6 % and pine by 36,9 % compared with control.

The main motive for the integration of management systems should be to increase production efficiency by reducing losses due to overlapping resources of individual management systems running in parallel. In addition, by integrating, organisations can ensure the definition of unambiguous responsibilities and prevent problems at process interfaces as well as conflicting goals of individual management systems. The integration of management systems into one comprehensive and the implementation of an integrated system into the overall management of the organization would help to more effectively manage the risks associated with their business processes, resources and thus ensure prevention of these risks.

In order to overcome the limitation of manual visual inspection of surface defects of rare-earth magnetic materials and increase production efficiency of traditional rare-earth enterprises, a detection method based on improved SSD (Single Shot Detector) is proposed. The SSD model is improved from two aspects for better performance in the detection of small defects. First of all, the multiscale receptive field module is embedded into the backbone network of the algorithm to improve the feature extraction ability of the model. Secondly, the interlayer feature fusion strategy of bidirectional feature pyramid in PANet (path aggregation network) is integrated into the model. In order to enhance the detection ability of the model, the high-level semantic information is strengthened by an efficient channel attention mechanism. The detection speed of the improved SSD algorithm is 55FPS, and the mAP (mean Average Precision) is up to 83.65%, which is 3.41% higher than of the original SSD algorithm, and the ability to identify small defects is significantly improved.

Abstract Currently, there is an opportunity to ensure digital transformation in the leading oil and gas companies in Russia. The main task of the transformation is to reduce capital and operating costs and increase production efficiency. The objects of transformation are processes, information, and people. Considering the existing technological and geological constraints for the Arctic fields, it is advisable to ensure the initial implementation of the principles of a digital intelligent field when creating control systems for wells and control production complexes. An important component is the development of an effective decision support system as a tool for calculating forecast tasks that provides strategic and tactical planning when modeling geological and technological processes online. The materials provide the structure of remote management of geographically distributed facilities of PJSC Gazprom, as well as solutions already implemented and confirmed the effectiveness of management for the Bovanenkovo oil and gas condensate field located in the Arctic on the Yamal Peninsula.

The optimal solution of the chemical dynamic optimization problem is the basis of automatic control operation in the chemical process, which can reduce energy consumption, increase production efficiency, and maximize economic benefit. In this paper, a modified sailfish optimizer (MSFO) combined with an equal division method is proposed for solving chemical dynamic optimization problems. Based on the basic sailfish optimizer, firstly, the tent chaotic mapping strategy is introduced to disturb the initialization of sailfish and sardine populations to avoid the loss of population diversity. Secondly, an adaptive linear reduction strategy of attack parameters is proposed to enhance the exploration and exploitation ability of sailfish. Thirdly, the updating formula of sardine position is modified, and the global optimal solution is used to attract all sardine positions, which can avoid the premature phenomenon of the algorithm. Eventually, the MSFO is applied to solve six classical optimization cases of chemical engineering to evaluate its feasibility. The experimental results are analyzed and compared with other optimization methods to prove the superiority of the MSFO in solving chemical dynamic optimization problems.
