With the new equipment research preparation put into use, in order to ensure special purpose forces, in the existence of a large number of new equipment nonstandard parts. These non-standard parts in the various aspects of the new equipment play a great role. This topic-based VIRTOOLS 5.0 software to establish a non-standard parts library in new equipment, new equipment, used to strengthen the management and maintenance of non-standard parts for the maintenance of armed forces provide a solid guarantee. Meanwhile, from the user maintenance reality, virtual assembly of non-standard parts, non-standard parts for the maintenance provide effective protection.

In reuse library platform, realizing the reuse process of standard parts and common parts and building standard part management system are the important application during the whole design field. This paper introduces the method of customization standard parts library using part family, and realizes standardization management of reuse library. By creating KRX files, the knowledge components in reuse library are managed. Reuse library is an effective way to organize and use standard parts and common parts.

The use of rule-based reasoning technology can realize the intelligent selection of mold standard parts when designing injection mold. In this paper, the selection experience of mold standard parts are stored to databases for scientifically choosing mold base, sprue bushings, ejector pins, and other standard parts. And through the establishment of a rule base, reasoning mechanism, standard parts library, a rule-based reasoning intelligent selection system of injection mold standard parts is proposed and details of the proposed approach are presented.

Abstract A paper deals with the influence of selective decontamination mixtures established in the Czech Armed Forces on an isolative protective foil used to the construction of anti-gas protective garment marked as OPCH-05. Presented information are a part of thematically focused works aimed to study of influences of all established decontamination mixtures on the Czech Armed Forces Chemical Corps´ garments of anti-gas protection. The quality of provided the Czech Armed Forces Chemical Corps´ specialists isolative protection is limited with the existence of several aspects which significantly determine with their materials equipment. For providing isolative protection of the body surface are used such as protective garments which are the hermetic type and they are constructively solved with the employment of the butyl-rubber polymeric mixture. The effective protection of the body surface must be guaranteed even within the presumption of a repeated contact with decontamination mixtures

Abstract Providing effective isolative protection of the Czech Armed Forces Chemical Corps’ specialist is long-term, developed and perspective problems. In current time established protective garments designated for hermetical body surface protection of the Czech Armed Forces Chemical Corps’ specialist are constructively solved with the employment of a mixture based on a butyl-rubber polymeric mixture both-sided coated on a polymeric fabric. Effective protection of a body surface has to be guaranteed for the whole time of usage of a protective garment, thus after performed repeated decontamination. The paper deals with influences of decontamination mixtures ODS-4 on the isolative protective foil used for production of anti-gas protective garment marked as OPCH-05 which is established as the garment for specialists’ body surface protection.

This paper proposed a virtual prototyping-based modeling method of standard parts library. After the design requirement analysis, the modeling approach was put forward. Then the parameter-driven method and its use method were then proposed. The classes object organization relationship was identified step by step. The fastening feature tree structure logical relationship was present as an example, which demonstrates that this method is obviously helpful to product design.

With the development of mechanical industry, more and more standard parts have been used in all kinds of large assembly process. The same kinds but different types of standard parts are used, making it boring and difficult to build standard parts. Therefore, this article describes a rapid modeling method of standard parts Based on UG Part Families and Excel database. According to the concrete examples, the procedures for establishing the standard parts library were presented. The method is simple and practical, no secondary development is needed and the design efficiency is increased.
