In order to meet the demand of a quantitative evaluation the emulsifying properties of crude oil for the chemical flooding, based on the comparative analysis of relevant methods and standards, through a large number of experimental studies, a quantitative test methods and emulsifying power of the emulsion stability were established, the concept of the emulsion integrated index was definition, a quantitative evaluation method and the evaluation of the overall performance of the crude oil emulsion grade were put forward in this paper. The method takes into account the emulsification speed and persistence of the emulsifier. The method has been included in China's petroleum industry standard, and gives a technological support for the application in the comprehensive evaluation of the displacing agent in the petroleum industry.

In this paper, the weight coefficient of influencing factors for chemical combination flooding is determined by using grey correlation theory. A calculation method for comprehensive evaluation score of chemical combination flooding is established. The influence factor grading and weight grading are combined in this method. By collecting and analysing chemical combination flooding field tests, a prediction method for chemical combination flooding is established by the exponential regression. It reflects the relationship between EOR of the chemical combination flooding and the comprehensive evaluation score. The new method is applied in 6 different reservoirs to evaluate the effect of chemical flooding. The new method determines the weight coefficient of influence factors for chemical combination flooding. It can quickly predict EOR factor of chemical flooding to provide a basis for chemical flooding planning in the field.

A competitive contractor is the guarantee of project’s success, so how to choose a suitable contractor is critical for the owners. However, among the influencing factors considered in the selection, some can be quantitatively evaluated with clear evaluation criteria while others can only be qualitative evaluated so that no specific scores can be obtained. For the above reasons an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed in which all assessment factors are divided into two categories and are evaluated with different criteria. The method integrates the advantage of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. Finally it is verified by a case and the result shows that the application of the improved fuzzy approach to choose contractor is effective and reasonable.

The comprehensive benefit evaluation is the key of reasonable development for the rural household biogas. The evaluation index was established according to the economic efficiency, energy efficiency, ecological benefit and social benefits and so on, which was used to resolve the problem that the effect factors of comprehensive benefit evaluation of rural household biogas are more and the quantitative evaluation can't completely be finished. The secondary mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for comprehensive benefit evaluation of rural household biogas was established by fuzzy mathematical method. The case calculation shows that this method is simple and practical, which not only convenient for experts to compare, selection and score, but also has the effect of quantification. It is integrated between the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation and the result is satisfactory through.

The modernization of water conservancy is an important part of socialist modernization. The research and analysis of the evaluation index of water conservancy modernization will help to define the direction and goal of modernization at a higher level in the future. Taking Hangzhou as an example, 41 comprehensive indexes in 7 categories were adopted as the quantitative evaluation indexes of water conservancy modernization in Hangzhou, and the comprehensive evaluation method of multiple indexes was used to analyze and calculate the level of water conservancy modernization in Hangzhou.

Characterization of rheological behavior of alkali-surfactant-polymer (ASP) solution and oil emulsion is difficult, due to the complex chemical components and various physiochemical reactions with oil during chemical flooding. Through rheological experiments of ASP and crude oil emulsion, this paper presents the studies on influencing factors of rheological behavior, including interfacial tension, polymer and water cut, and discusses the stability mechanism of ASP and crude oil emulsion. The relationships among viscosity, interfacial tension, water cut and sheer rate were built through fitting the experimental data. The model and calculation can be used to more accurately simulate the ASP flooding in oil reservoirs.

Main reasons, of which viscous crude emulsion and chemical flooding emulsion are difficult to demulsify, is that their compositions and structures have tremendous differences to water flooding emulsion. To resolve main difficulties encountered in demulsifier research today, such as demulsification of viscous crude oil emulsion, demulsification of chemical flooding emulsion, some research value routes, such as increasing aromaticity, molecular weight and branch degree of demulsifier molecule, and leading double-function groups meeting W/O type and O/W type emulsion and groups with alkyl carbon number matching equivalent alkyl carbon number of the crude oil into demulsifier molecule, were suggested according to demulsification mechanisms and their emulsion characteristics, and action mechanisms of the above-mentioned research routes were elaborated at the same time.

In order to fully understand the status and hazards of the province’s mining, master mine geological environment problems caused by mining, develop mine geological environment survey in Jilin Province. According to the survey data, confirm the various influence factors of the mine geological environment, use the “comprehensive evaluation method” to quantitative evaluation of mine geological environment of the province. Divided into three grades, namely mine geological environment extremely affected zone (I), mine geological environment very affected zone (II), mine geological environment slightly affected zone (III).
