With the development of economy, the progress of the times, the city continued to expand the scale of construction, building energy consumption is more and more serious, and the green energy-saving buildings are paid more and more attention in society. Building energy efficiency can fundamentally promote the savings and the rational use of energy and resources, Building energy efficiency is the needs to guarantee the sustainable development of national economy. With problems in building energy efficiency as the point of penetration, this paper analyses the present situations of building energy consumption and the major energy-saving issues in China. On the basis, in order to promote the green building of sustainable development, from thinking, evaluation system, design and other aspects some suggestions and measures are proposed .

According to the current application situation and domestic energy of our current building energy efficiency design analysis software, in view of the current traditional energy-saving design method can't meet the need of practical problems, put forward the BIM (building information modeling) analysis technology and building energy consumption are combined, anew design method for energy saving building. Application of BIM technology to create virtual building model contains all the information architecture, the virtual building model into the building energy analysis software, identification, automatic conversion and analyzing a large number of construction data information includes in the model, which is convenient to get the building energy consumption analysis.

The building energy consumption is one of three in China's energy consumption, the detection and monitoring for energy consumption of building is the basis for the work of building energy efficiency. This article describes a perception, monitoring and management system of building energy consumption based on Internet of Things technology architecture, in the system, various energy instrumentation is installed inside the building and measurement all kinds of energy consumption data in the perception layer, collection daterminal data connected to the RS485 bus access gateway for data transmission via Ethernet or mobile communication network in the network layer and transport layer, deal with the statistical analysis of the energy consumption data in the application layer. The system has been successfully applied to more than 50 large-scale public building to implement energy consumption monitoring and management, and the support of the underlying data for building energy efficiency.

Energy consumption of a building is one of the biggest sources of energy use today. Green Building Comitte Indonesia (GBCI) has launched a concept of energy consumption saving in a nationally standard building. Audit Building energy audit is the way to know how actual building energy consumption is and find alternative solution to decrease energy consumption in order to fulfill the energy saving building criteria. Two types of HVAC systems will be run in the EnergyPlus simulation, split AC and central AC. The previous research proved that central AC is better than split AC system for energy saving in the building with 20 floors. The simulation results show that by using a certain energy system, a more efficient energy system will be achieved and can still maintain the comfort of the room at a temperature of 24 °C and relative humidity according to the Green Building Indonesia standard reference.

In order to meet the country’s sustainable development strategy to meet the practical require- ments of sustainable development, the need to green energy-saving environmental protection technology applied to the HVAC system, and the continuous development and popularization, from the country through the success of energy saving and envi- ronmental protection tech- nology to reduce the HVAC system of the energy con- sumption, which makes the building energy consumption to a minimum. HVAC works in the entire construction project have a pivotal role, so HVAC project green energy-saving design in the green building development indispensable. This paper explains the concept of green energy saving design of HVAC project and illustrates the key of green energy  saving  technology in HVAC design under construction industry. The paper analyzes the HVAC design of Guangzhou Library as an example.
