By proceeding from practice of the sunny sport activity in higher education institutes, the principles of selecting evaluation index of the campaign have been put forward. Base on the No.17 document of the central committee and related principles, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the activity. Considering the difficulty of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method in calculation of the multiple factors and ignorance of the relationship among evaluating objects, a new weight evaluation process using entropy method is introduced. This improved method for determination of weight of the evaluating indicators is applied in synthetic evaluation of the sunny sport activity. Compared with the original evaluation method, the method predigests the fuzzy synthetic evaluation process greatly and the evaluation results are more reasonable.

Distributed generation (DG) is becoming the indispensable supplement to the centralized generation. Micro-turbine is paid more and more attention in scientific research and commercial application due to its unique advantages and gradually becomes the core of distributed generation. It is essential to make a synthetic and scientific evaluation on the performance of micro-turbine in order to promote the progress of the distributed generation technology using micro-turbine. This article gives the synthetic performance evaluation of micro-turbine. Some performance characters (rated capacity, generating efficiency, rotation speed, pressure ratio, fuel consumption, multi-fuel, intake temperature, exhaust temperature, NOx emission level, noises and life time) were chosen as evaluating indicators and some common micro-turbines were taken as evaluating objects in this paper. Considering the difficulty of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method in calculation of the multiple factors and the ignorance of the relationship among evaluating objects, a new weight evaluation process using entropy method was introduced. The entropy method is an objective way for weight determination. The improved method for weight determination of the evaluating indicators was applied in performance assessment of the micro-turbines. The evaluation result of the example showed that this method was favorable for fuzzy synthetic evaluation when there was more than one evaluating objects and the entropy method for determination of weight was a very effective method for evaluating indicators. The method predigested the fuzzy synthetic evaluation process greatly and the evaluation results are more reasonable.

Usability is the basic properties of the product, and it is the overall evaluation to the product usability. In this paper, firstly, establish a usability evaluation index system of the welding clamp. Then, use the improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to assess the usability of welding clamp. In an improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, the index weight which is identified by using AHP method is amended objectively by using entropy technology, the resolution ratio is improved by classifying the differences between qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes. Finally, get the evaluation results of the usability of a welding clamp according to the method above.

Purpose This paper aims to build a scientific evaluation index system for regional low-carbon circular economic development. Taking Sichuan Province as the empirical research object, the paper evaluates its low-carbon circular economy (LCCE) development level and proposes policy recommendations for climate change improvement based on the evaluation results. Design/methodology/approach This paper, first, built an evaluation index system with 30 indicators within six subsystems, namely, economic development, social progress, energy consumption, low-carbon emissions, carbon sink capacity and environmental carrying capacity. Second, develop an “entropy weight-grey correlation” evaluation method. Finally, from a practical point of view, measure the development level of LCCE in Sichuan Province, China, from 2008 to 2018. Findings It was found that Sichuan LCCE development had a general downward trend from 2008 to 2012 and a steady upward trend from 2012 to 2018; however, the overall level was low. The main factors affecting the LCCE development are lagging energy consumption and environmental carrying capacity subsystem developments. Research limitations/implications This paper puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the development of a low-carbon economy and climate change for the reference of policymakers. Originality/value This paper built an evaluation index system with 30 indicators for regional low carbon circular economic development. The evaluation method of “entropy weight-grey correlation” is used to measure the development level of regional LCCE in Sichuan Province, China.

Evaluation index system of traffic simulation is very important to compare the difference of several cases, which contributes to the advance of traffic simulation models and technologies. Under the concept of low-carbon, the paper establishes evaluation index system of traffic simulation. Firstly, the paper analyzes the requirements of the evaluation index system of traffic simulation from two aspects which are the application characteristics and the application under the concept of low-carbon of traffic simulation models and technologies. On the basis of analysis above, it establishes the evaluation index system of traffic simulation which concludes road network structure index, traffic operation state index, traffic environment index and traffic safety index. It proposes the application rules of evaluation index system. Then, it proposes the two-level combined evaluation method for calculating weights on the basis of comparative analysis about two methods, which are the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and entropy method. Finally, it applies the proposed evaluation system to calculate the comprehensive index values of two transit operation cases of Beijing Olympic Games Opening Ceremony audience evacuation. It is shown that evaluation index system of traffic simulation is practicable and effective.

The aim of this study is to investigate and discuss the potential security issues arising from the deployment of the Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning system, and to propose a perfect and standard set of security evaluation index system for Cloud ERP security issues. Considering the issues which may be inherent in the conventional Enterprise Resource Planning systems and new ones brought by Cloud Computing, Cloud Platform, Cloud ERP, we use text mining technology to mine the related standard files in this paper. Since the standard literature is based on the comprehensive results of technology, science and practice, its characteristics of standardization, objectivity and validity also ensure the effectiveness and applicability of indicators. By using NLP methods, we construct a Cloud ERP security evaluation index system consisting of five parts: evaluation method security, information access security, data security, management security and others. The entropy method is used to assign weights for the Cloud ERP security evaluation index system, which is more scientific and rational and the method moderates the lack of objectivity caused by traditional evaluation methods which over-relies on evaluators. By analyzing cases of Cloud ERP collected in various application reports and research papers, we improve our system and find that compared to other evaluation systems, our system can evaluate the security of Cloud ERP more comprehensively.

Based on the model of ecological environment evolution in the process of the economic development, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of marine ecological environment. The results were shown as follows: the evaluation index system of marine ecological environment consists of 1 object layer, 3 element layers (state of marine ecological environment pressure of marine ecological environment and response of marine ecological environment), and 15 factor layers. Index weight was calculated through combination weighting approach of subjective and objective evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy method. The evaluation indicator system and evaluation method have general applicability and strong operability.

To improve the evaluation level for aviation maintenance support system and provide a good decision-making for aircraft maintenance support, a quantitative evaluation method for aviation maintenance support ability is proposed. first the evaluation index system for aviation maintenance support ability is given on the basis of factor analysis for aviation maintenance support system, and then using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each influence factor, finally, based on fuzzy mathematics method, the three-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established. The actual example validates is feasibility and effectiveness.

Supplier management is an important part of supply chain management, combined with the feature of the power industry, the paper design supplier comprehensive evaluation system of power grid enterprises, and put forward comprehensive green degree into supplier evaluation index system to conform to the national grid company production requirements. Firstly, according to the index system, the analytic hierarchy process evaluation method to draw the initial weights, secondly, the modification of entropy weight method to reduce the subjective factor influence on the evaluation results by AHP , finally, an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation index system for the power grid enterprise, it aslo provides a theoretical basis for decision-makers during the vendor selection.
