Multi-car elevator system is a new technique which can reduce the occupied area and improve the transport efficiency in the high-rise and super high-rise buildings. It is remain to be studied in both the control strategy and scheduling method compared with the traditional single elevator group control system, In order to improve the utilization rate and shorten the waiting time, the particle swarm algorithm PSO and GA genetic algorithm optimization control method are studied aiming at the rationality of scheduling strategy of the rationality of elevator. Combining the advantages of two algorithms proposed a novel optimal scheduling algorithm for PSO-GA and carried on simulation analysis, the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the new method of improved PSO-GA.

Elevator group control system (EGCS) is a complex optimization system, which has the characteristics of multi-objective, uncertain, stochastic random decision-making and nonlinear. It is hard to describe the elevator group control system in exact mathematic model and to increase the capability of the system with traditional control method. In this paper, we aim at the characters of elevator group control system and intelligent control, introduce the system's control fashion and performance evaluate guidelines and propose an elevator group control scheduling algorithm based on fuzzy neural network.

Virtual maintenance technique brings new mode for system maintainability design and analysis, however, the theory of virtual maintenance is not fully studied and researches are deficiency in the key field of virtual maintenance modeling and simulation. So virtual maintenance model and simulation control method are studied in the paper. Virtual maintenance model is based on Petri Net and can describe the relations of maintenance resources, and the model structure, formal definition, maintenance object, resource state and model operation are given. In addition, virtual maintenance simulation rules and simulation scheduling method are built in the paper. Simulation scheduling objective, flow and conflict features of maintenance process simulation are analyzed, and conflict strategies are addressed subsequently. Finally, a case study of the LRU repair of an aircraft is conducted, and the result confirms the validation and feasibility of all the studies, which can become a new technique means for maintainability engineering.

energy storage (ES) only contributes to a single-scene (peak or frequency modulation (FM)) control of the power grid, resulting in low utilization rate and high economic cost. Herein, a coordinated control method of peak modulation and FM based on the state of ES under different time scales is proposed. Firstly, for monotone peak and FM control scenarios, the ES configuration and scheduling model is constructed with the goal of maximizing net profit. Secondly, to further improve the ES utilization rate and optimize the operating cost of ES, a cooperative control method of peak modulation and FM is proposed. This method can realize the switch between peak modulation and FM control of ES and improve the ES utilization rate and system economy. Finally, the simulation results show that, compared with that of mono-peak and single-FM control, the ES efficiency of the peak-FM multiscenario optimization scheduling method is improved by 16.25% and 37.29%, respectively. The annual net income is increased by €28,021.50, the investment recovery period is shortened by 0.27 years, and the ES configuration economy is effectively improved.

With the rapid development of the world economic construction and the shortage of energy, it has become a hot research issue to realize the electrification of the vehicle driving system and improve energy efficiency. Most of the electric construction machinery power systems are characterized by low speed and high load. The coordinated driving of multiple motors can increase the output torque and improve the transmission efficiency of the machine on the basis of a compact layout. A novel configuration of electric construction vehicles based on multi-motor and single-speed and its driving torque distribution control method is presented in this paper. The detailed mathematical model is established and the simulation analysis is carried out based on it. The results show that the proposed multi-motor driving system with the control strategy can improve the overall efficiency in the condition of ensuring the driving force when the parameter matching and motors choosing reasonably.

Modular construction, which involves unit production in factories and on-site work, has benefits such as low cost, high quality, and short duration, resulting from the controlled factory environment utilized. An efficient tower crane lifting plan ensures successful high-rise modular project completion. For improved efficiency, the lifting plan should minimize the reaching distance of the tower crane, because this distance directly affects the tower crane capacity, which is directly related to crane operation cost. In situations where units are lifted from trailers, the trailer-to-tower crane distance can have a significant impact on the tower crane operation efficiency. However, optimization of this distance to improve efficiency has not been sufficiently considered. This research proposes a genetic algorithm optimization model that suggests optimized tower crane and trailer locations. The case study results show that through the proposed model, the project manager can reflect the optimal location selection and optimal tower crane selection options with minimal cost.

Windows energy saving design of residential buildings has increasingly got the attention of people. Through a large number of surveys and analysis of residential buildings in Chongqing and consumers personal experience, the author finds problems and deficiency, and then proposes principles of residential buildings sun shading reconstruction in Chongqing city. Taking the high-rise residential building of one university in Chongqing as reconstruction sample, selecting a specific time period, the author recalculates sun shading coefficient with and without sun shading by using Ecotect software to do simulation analysis. A sliding mode controller for semi-active suspension system of a quarter car is designed with sliding model varying structure control method. This controller chooses Skyhook as a reference model, and to force the tracking error dynamics between the reference model and the plant in an asymptotically stable sliding mode. An equal near rate is used to improve the dynamic quality of sliding mode motion. Simulation result shows that the stability of performance of the sliding-mode controller can effectively improve the driving smoothness and safety.

For the rapid response to production scheduling problem driven by high-density production tasks, a dynamic scheduling technology for the large precision strip products assembly with a mixture of task time nodes and line-rail space is proposed. A scheduling constrained model containing coverage, proximity, timeliness and resource is established. A linear rail space production scheduling technology using heuristic automatic scheduling and event-driven method is put forward. The time rule based on delivery and single completion assembly is formed, at the same time the space rule based on the adjacent rail and comprehensive utilization is researched. Supposing the privilege of single product assembling as the core, the scheduling parts filter method based on multiple constraints and former rules. For the space layout problem, a clingy forward and backward algorithms is proposed to judge the assemble position regarding the space comprehensive utilization rate. The classification of the various disturbances in the actual production is summarized. Three basic algorithms are proposed, including insertion, moving and re-scheduling algorithm, in order to solve the assembly dynamic scheduling problem driven by production disturbance events. Finally, take rocket as the example, the rocket assembly space production scheduling system is developed, combining with the proposed algorithm. The practicability of the system is validated using real data.
