With the development of economy, people are no longer satisfied with consumption patterns of simple items, but rather towards experiential consumption. French philosopher Jean Baudrillard said: "consumption is not only the consumption or use of goods, but also the consumption of experience self-worth." How to better and more effectively to modify traditional commercial blocks, making it the place of both inheritance of historical culture and can adapt to the contemporary experiential consumer psychology is a problem worth thinking deeply. This paper aims to make an integrated comparison in transformation principles and practices between developed countries traditional commercial blocks and successful cases in our country, summarizes the mutual relations and rules.

The starting point of this chapter is the weakening ability of natural resources to meet the growing and diversifying needs of mankind. This chapter aims to draw attention to the “Ecological Footprint” as a measurable concept of impact of the production and consumption activities on the natural environment. However, every country demands more resources than it has, and developed countries, with their production and consumption patterns, are becoming the primary actors of injustice in the distribution of resources. As seen in the data used in this study, from individuals to countries, ecological footprint is growing steadily, whereas biocapacity to meet the needs is shrinking steadily. By using statistical data demonstrating the ecological footprint and biocapacity changes and differentiation among the countries by years, this chapter clearly reveals the need for a sustainable resource management.

Cancer is among the top three chronic diseases both in developed countries as well as underdeveloped countries. The diagnosis, medication, and treatment for cancer is extremely costly. Typically, cancer treatment involves surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Owing to the extremely high price of medicine and treatment along with cytotoxicity of medication, cancer treatment warrants extraordinary care in treating cancer patients. Oncology information systems (OIS) provide an all-in-one solution for such problems. The OIS can integrate different treatment protocols and update change in dose and treatment in real time.

Abstract Background: Terminally illnesses such as cancer, AIDS, dementia, and advanced heart disease will require special supportive and palliative care, although a few numbers of these patients are provided with these services. Objective: The present study was conducted aiming to perform a comparative study of supportive-palliative care provision in selected countries. Methods: This research was a descriptive-comparative study that its research population was the frameworks of palliative and supportive care provision in Egypt, Turkey, America, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, and China. These frameworks were compared across 6 dimensions of service receivers, financing, providers, service provider centers, type of services provided and training. Data collection tool has included checklist and information sources, documents, evidence, articles, books and journals collected through the internet and organizations related to the health information of selected countries and by library search. Data was investigated and analyzed using data collection tool and checklists.Findings: The findings showed that the developed countries having decentralized trusteeship structure had a more favorable status in palliative and supportive care provision. The type of services provided was a combination of mental, psychological, social, spiritual, financial, and physical and communication services. Provider centers included hospital, the elderly, and cancer, and charity centers. Conclusion: Regarding the investigation and recognition of the status of supportive-palliative care provision, it was observed that the provision of these services was a concern of the selected countries, but they did not have a defined model or pattern to provide these services. Therefore, it is suggested that each country takes a step to redesign and define frameworks and structures in the evolution of supportive-palliative cares in accordance with the particular conditions, indigenous culture, religion and other effective cases of that country and pays special attention to the role and position of supportive-palliative cares.

The presence of technology brings about a change in people's lives, with technology of all activities being more comfortable. Technological changes have taken place in the field of digital marketing, such as shopping online. The presence of an online shop provides considerable comfort in shopping activities. But with that convenience, it can also establish higher consumption patterns. This consumption pattern was analyzed using the concept of the consumption of Jean Boudrilland. The study USES a descriptive qualitative approach with the data-collection technique of structured interviews. In the study two results have been found, the first of these is consensual behaviors among sociology students where they buy goods through online shops out of sheer need. The second result was that a sociology student was seeking to remain unaffected by the ease of shopping through online shops in order to avoid the form of consumer behavior. From such exposure it can be concluded that the concept of consumptive society by Jean Boudrilland is relevant to today's lives where people tend to satisfy the urge to buy things instead of the need.
