New building wall materials is a kind of material which is not at the price of consuming cultivated land, destruction of ecology and environmental pollution, adapting to the construction industrialization, construction mechanization, reducing wet construction operations at the site, improving the function of modern building construction. Presently, as for our country stage, new building wall materials is including all building wall materials except for clay solid brick building wall materials. In our country, the production of new type wall materials has been increasing rapidly and its quality and product has been improved obviously, what’s more, the technology and equipment level also rises fast which created very convenient advantages for the development of exterior wall thermal insulation technology. Presently, there are mainly three kinds which are the out-cell heat preservation, a polystyrene board and wall body casting molding at a time and polystyrene particles insulation pulp outer wall heat preservation.

There are many kinds of external wall thermal insulation, such as wire mesh, rock wool board external insulation, powder particles of polystyrene insulation slurry, and EPS exterior insulation, etc. Among all these technologies, the technology of EPS external insulation composite wall is applied more and more in China. This article aims at the research of the EPS external thermal insulation composite wall structure and the relevant construction technology.

<p>In this paper, the feasibility of winter construction of steel sleeve grouting connection is studied, and two technical schemes of thermal insulation measures for winter construction are provided. This paper mainly introduces the experimental research work of sleeve grouting by simulating winter construction, including test scheme, test operation flow, test equipment and test data collection and analysis. It is concluded that the thermal insulation measures of prefabricated wall panel covering electric heating blanket, XPS insulation board and sleeve outer wall winding electric companion heat preservation are feasible. Finally, according to the actual project case to verify the feasibility of thermal insulation measures, so that the project can progress smoothly, for similar projects in winter construction to provide reference and reference.</p>

At present, the comprehensive utilization of crop straws exist the problem of the lower industrial utilization in Jilin Province, China. It’s well-known that the industrial conversion of crop straws are often used as the building wall materials and thermal insulation materials in our country. According to the above two questions, this paper elaborates the domestic research situation of crop straws that serve as building wall materials and thermal insulation materials, and summarizes the fabrication process, mechanical property and thermal performance of the crop straws as building wall materials and thermal insulation materials. Finally, the article puts forward three key problems of crop straws, which are used as the building wall materials and thermal insulation materials. I hope that this paper can provide valuable reference for speeding up the comprehensive utilization of crop straws in Jilin Province.

Production of building materials is mostly energy consuming. In the sphere of insulation materials we mostly see rock wool based materials or foam-plastic materials whose production process is demanding from material aspect and raw materials aspect as well. At present the demand for thermal insulation materials has been growing globally. The thermal insulation materials form integral part of all constructions in civil engineering. The materials mainly fulfill the thermal insulating functions and also the sound-insulating one. The majority of thermal insulation materials are able to fulfill both of the functions simultaneously. The paper describes questions of thermal insulation materials development with good sound properties based on natural fibres that represent a quickly renewable source of raw materials coming from agriculture. The main advantage of the materials are mainly the local availability and simple renewability of the raw materials. In addition an easy recycling of the materials after their service life end in the building construction and last but not least also the connection of human friendly properties of organic materials with advanced product manufacture qualities of modern insulation materials.
