Aim at the demand of analytical automation of sampling pretreatment, we designed an automatic sampling system which used ARM9 for microprocessor. The system designed in this paper is based on the processor of S3C2440 and the Windows CE operating system, and completed the work of programming in Visual Studio 2005. It uses stepping motors and precision pump as implementing agencies, and TA8435H as the stepping motor’s driver, uses LCD touch screen as human-computer interface. We accomplished software development in a customized Windows CE6.0 operating system. The paper mainly makes the detailed introduction to this system’s hardware platform design and software design based on WINCE embedded operation system.

The design of automatic tri-axial add sample system is mainly used in industrial control. We design this system for solving existence in traditional control system problems. In our system we use based on S3C2440 embedded system. Through SDK which derived from the custom Windows CE Embedded System, we using integrated development environment vs2005 to develop applications program. The advantage of this application program is mainly embodied in the use of LCD touch screen to achieve human-computer interface. Through this interface can control the entire system work so that many people can be freed from the tedious labor, greatly improving work efficiency. By test this system in a practical way show that our design system has a high degree of automation, cost-effective and portable, real-time and other characteristics.

A fault testing device for the electronic instrument of certain type military equipment is developed in this paper. The PC104 bus, modular instrumentation and signal processing technology are integrated in the device. It consists of PC104 bus peripheral system, signal condition circuit, electric distribution cabinet, interface unit, connection cables and peripheral dedicated signal fixture. Based on Windows CE embedded operation system, the application program is implemented with Visual C++ programming language. The device could detect and locate the fault on replaceable unit of modular board and functional block, and could also assist serviceman and technical support personnel in performing quick fault testing and equipment maintenance.
